- A research proposal of 300–800 words: your question, sources, method and expected outcome
- Your academic qualifications, and any traditional training or paramparā
- Titles and links of earlier writing or work samples
- A short public biography, in case you are accepted
- Your CV as a PDF, DOC or DOCX file under 5 MB (optional)

- Keep the reference number you receive. You can check its status at any time
