How am I charged?
Per minute, from your wallet, at the rate shown for the astrologer. A chat is charged from the moment the astrologer joins; a voice or video call from the moment you can hear each other. You are not charged while waiting.
How much do I need in my wallet?
Enough for at least 5 minutes with the astrologer you choose. If your balance runs low during a consultation, you are told in time to add more.
How do I schedule an appointment with an astrologer?
Press “Book” on any astrologer, choose the length, a free day and time, and whether you want a phone, voice or video call. It is paid from your wallet; the astrologer confirms, and if they cannot, the full amount is refunded.
What if the astrologer does not respond?
Your request expires after a short wait and nothing is charged. Tap “Notify me” to get a message the moment they are online.
What information does the astrologer see?
Your name, your question and the birth details saved in your Profile — date, time and place of birth — so the chart can be prepared.
What is a specialised consultation?
A detailed consultation — career, marriage timing, health, in person and more — at a fixed price and time, booked under Appointment Scheduling.
