Can I ask a question about my chart here?
No — chart questions need a consultation so your birth details can be studied properly. For a single quick question, use Ask a Free Question; for anything more, book a session.
How quickly will I hear back?
WhatsApp messages are usually answered within two hours during working days, emails within 24–48 hours. Messages sent Monday to Thursday are answered from Friday.
I paid but have no booking confirmation.
Confirmations go out within 24 hours. If you have none after that, open a support ticket with your order number, or email support@vedicsiddhanta.in.
Can I visit without an appointment?
Please do not. The office receives visitors only on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, and only after a time has been fixed by email.
How do I ask my three follow-up questions?
Every Jyotiṣa consultation includes three follow-up questions within three months. Send them through the Follow-Up Questions page so they reach your astrologer with your session details.
