How am I charged?
Per minute, from your wallet, at the rate shown on the astrologer’s card. A chat is charged from the moment the astrologer joins; a voice or video call from the moment you can hear each other. You are not charged while waiting.
How much do I need in my wallet?
Enough for at least 5 minutes with the astrologer you choose. If your balance runs low during a consultation, you are told in time to add more.
What if the astrologer does not respond?
Your request expires after a short wait and nothing is charged. Tap “Notify me” on any astrologer to get a message the moment they are online.
What information does the astrologer see?
Your name, your question and the birth details saved in your Profile — date, time and place of birth — so the chart can be prepared.
Can I book a call for later?
Yes. Choose “Book a call”, pick the length and your preferred time, and pay from your wallet. The astrologer confirms a time; if they cannot, the full amount is refunded.
What is the difference with “Book an appointment”?
Talk now is pay-per-minute with any astrologer who is online. Book an appointment is for specialised consultations — career, marriage timing, health and in-person — at a fixed price and time.
