Brief Vaastu consultation with written report is a form of service or consultancy that we offer to our clients locally (J&K Users) as well as online users based on mutual communication for small plots or small constructed houses or properties ( around 1000 Sq Feet  area ) 

In this form of consultation our expert / Vaastu consultant visit the client’s plot, House or property to discusses or examine the site for existing property if the property is located in J&K and for online users we can discuss the case over Video conferencing, Geo Mapping, Snapshots of the plots etc.

Dimensions covered: 1000 square feet

The consultation will include a Vastu-designed soft/hard copy map.

Area Covered: Jammu and Kashmir Area/Online users

Travelling Covered: By House/Plot Owner

Fooding Covered: By House/Plot Owner

Later based on analysis we provides a written report on the same after going through deep research analysis of the property in 15-20 days.

If the Case is based on local site, during Site Vaastu consultation our Vaastu expert will provides necessary details pertaining to site, plot, soil etc that we will later explain in the written report with full scrutiny and examination. This Site visit consultation analysis is mainly applicable for Residential properties and Small business shops only just to understand the site structure those are under 1000 Sq ft.

Note : Industrial, Corporate & Resturant and Hotels Vaastu Consultation or visit charges depending on the Size and dimension of the property is cover under Industrial Vastu Consultation ( Complete Vastu Analysis ), Not in this Vastu Consultation report.

The benefits of Brief onsite consultation are exclusively for owner and architects who can interact deeply about their plot and defects in order to get maximum advantage. Mainly in Site consultation, it involves site visit, analyzing typography, soil testing, examining directions and environment.

Residential Site Visit Consultation involves following steps:

1) Checking direction of plot, House or existing property.

2) Soil testing provided if the property is new and about to construct.

3) Assessing typography of the plot.

4) Checking details of exteriors to discern Vaastu defects if any.

5) Checking directions of every room (existing property)/interiors for Vaastu defects.

6) Giving a detail report on every area in terms of directions, location and placement.

7) To provide exact locations for kitchens, rooms and other places.

8) To provide exact location of electronic equipment's.

9) To discuss about placement of bedroom, living room, locker room, worship room.

10) To discuss location for bathroom & toilet, balcony and doors and windows.

Note : Vastu Site Visit charges are 5100/- Including written Report, analysis, observations, faults analysis for small sized Plot dimension for residential properties and we only consider 1000 Sqft properties for brief Vastu Consultation analysis.

Very First step will be understanding the customer : Our very first step would be to analyze details of all the family members case histories, their personal and professional life and the obstacles in achieving them.

1. * Site Survey : Our Local Vaastu team member will visits your residence, Under constructed plot, and will map an accurate site structure of your plot. He will note down all the crucial details about the surroundings e.g. Take photograph, take video footage of whole house, nearby society, parks, roads, lanes, hospital, any Grave yard location, temple, roads direction etc.

* Note : ( Site survey Travel cost is not included in this report it is totally depended on the Lodging, mode of transportation and distance.)

2. Vastu Report: We will provides hand written report with detailed analysis of the findings and list of activities that you have to perform for Vastu correction.

3. Aura Cleansing and Remedies : Aura Cleansing will be based on the Vedic rituals ( I.e Homam, Mantra Jaap etc) systems to align the energy of the plot for betterment of life, ensuring flow of positive energy. ( * This is Excluded in this report and will be depends on the customer requirement).

4.House Map Structure analysis : Customer has to share House Map structure to understand the plot dimensions, structure and mapping of plot to further do corrections on the house structure.We will not Create new Vastu Map in this report, and works on existing map structure.

4. House Owner Birth chart analysis : Based on the owner birth chart details , we will provide you remedies based on the Vedic system to mitigate or neutralize the effects of the bad planetary alignment and placements for enhancing the positive results of the house. 

5. GPS Location: You need to share the GPS location ( Longitude & Latitude ) of the plot with us. We might also require photos of the actual site also.

6. Site Visits Consultancy:  Site visit consultancy is including in this report only customer has to pay the cost of traveling, fooding & Lodging. It's for those users who does not want to pay the Complete Vaastu Project analysis cost, if their Plot is already build or constructed and they only need Suggestions for their plot.
