I made a payment but did not receive any booking confirmation. What should I do?
+First, please allow up to 3–7 working days for payment verification and confirmation, as our team reviews all bookings manually. If you have not received confirmation after 7 working days:
1. Email Krishndhaam@gmail.com with your full name, transaction ID, amount, and service selected.
2. Or WhatsApp +91-7006278941 with your payment screenshot.
3. Or fill in the Support Form above — select "Payment & Transaction Issue" as the category.
Please do not call without prior email communication — email is faster for payment verification.
I have not received my PDF report within the stated timeline. How do I follow up?
+Our report delivery timelines are: Praśna / Medical Reports — 5–7 working days. Standard written reports — 20–30 days. Research-based analyses — 20–45 days. Vāstu reports — 7–14 working days.
If your report is beyond the stated timeline, please submit a support ticket using the form above — select "Report Delivery & Content" as the category and provide your booking reference. We will follow up within 24 hours.
Also check your spam / junk folder — automated PDF emails sometimes land there.
How do I reschedule or cancel my consultation appointment?
+To reschedule, please contact us at least 12–24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Email Krishndhaam@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91-7006278941 with your name, booking date, and reason for rescheduling. Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.
For cancellations: cancellations up to 24 hours before the session are accepted without penalty. After that point, the session may be forfeited. All sales are final once analysis has commenced — please read our Terms & Conditions for full details.
I submitted a Praśna form but have not heard back. What is the status?
+Praśna reports take 10–14 working days to process from the date your payment is verified and your form is received. If you have not heard back within 7 working days of payment confirmation, please contact us.
Important: Praśna forms submitted without payment reference cannot be processed. Please ensure your payment reference was included in your form submission or email.
How do I use my included follow-up consultation sessions?
+Three follow-up query sessions are included in eligible consultations and must be used within 6 months of your primary session. To use a follow-up:
1. Email Krishndhaam@gmail.com with your name, original consultation date, and your follow-up question(s).
2. Include an update on remedies implemented since your last session.
3. We respond primarily on Saturdays and Sundays.
Follow-up questions must be raised within 3 months — not 8–9 months later. New questions beyond the original scope require a fresh booking.
My international PayPal payment was made but not acknowledged. What should I do?
+PayPal transactions are verified manually. Please allow 3–5 working days for acknowledgement. If not confirmed after that:
1. Email Krishndhaam@gmail.com with the PayPal transaction ID, amount, currency, and service selected.
2. Attach or paste the PayPal receipt in your email.
3. Or submit a ticket using the form above — select "Payment & Transaction Issue".
I cannot log in to my account or access my past consultation reports. How can I get help?
+For account or login issues, please use the Support Form above and select "Technical / Website Issue". Provide your registered email address and describe the issue in detail.
Alternatively, email support@vedicsiddhanta.in with the subject line "Account Access Issue". Our technical team will respond within 24 working hours.
When and how does the support team respond to tickets?
+Our support team responds to all submitted tickets within 24 working hours. We are primarily available on Saturdays and Sundays for phone and email responses, though email tickets are monitored throughout the week.
