Return & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 7 days calendar days to ask for a return and digital services item from the date you received or ordered it in our store portal.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or the services are not delivered within the time frame of 7 days, and in the same condition that you received it.
Your items i.e ebooks, digital Jyotish reports, voice reports must be falling in the quality benchmark of e-goods, for that either it should not be according to user satisfaction or the report delivered not according to the quality of astrologer or reports are totally undeliverable in the required time frame.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive a request for a refund, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your request for a return. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the request. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or via NEFT or IMPS.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
