Return, Refund & Shipping Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience at VedicSiddhanta. This policy explains our approach to cancellations, refunds, returns and the delivery of both our digital services and physical products — clearly and fairly.

This Return, Refund & Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through VedicSiddhanta.in, operated by Krishndhāma Astrology & Spiritual Consultancy, Jammu, J&K 180011, India. Because we offer both digital services (astrological consultations, written reports, courses, webinars) and physical products (sacred handicrafts, books, ritual items), different terms apply to each — please read the relevant section carefully.

At VedicSiddhanta, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver authentic, high-quality astrological consultations, research reports and sacred products. This policy outlines the circumstances under which cancellations, refunds and returns are accepted.

Section 02

Digital Services & Consultations

Astrological consultations, written reports and other digital services involve significant personalised effort, research and the dedicated time of Rocky Jamwal. As such, the following terms apply:

Consultations & Written Reports

  • Once a consultation has been conducted and delivered, or a personalised report has been prepared and dispatched, the service is considered complete and is non-refundable.
  • Astrological analysis is interpretive and personalised. A refund cannot be claimed on the grounds of disagreement with the analysis, predictions, or because predicted events unfold differently — please refer to our Disclaimer.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the quality or completeness of a delivered report (e.g. a question you paid for was not addressed), contact us within 7 days and we will review and, where justified, revise the report at no extra cost.

Courses & Webinars

  • Course and webinar enrolment fees are refundable if cancellation is requested at least 5 days before the course/batch start date — a refund will be issued minus any payment gateway charges.
  • Once a course or webinar series has commenced, or once access to recorded materials has been granted, fees are non-refundable.
  • If we cancel or reschedule a webinar/course for any reason, you will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to the next available batch.
Nature of Astrological Services Astrological consultation is a professional service rendered through dedicated time and expertise. Like a doctor's or lawyer's consultation, once advice has been delivered the service cannot be "returned." We ask clients to read service descriptions carefully before booking.
Section 03

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our consultation cancellation terms are designed to be fair to both you and our practitioner's reserved time:

Practitioner Cancellation If Rocky Jamwal must cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason (illness, emergency, etc.), you will always be offered a full refund or a free reschedule to a time that suits you — your choice.

To cancel or reschedule, contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email (see Section 11) with your booking reference as early as possible.

Section 04

Physical Products

For tangible goods purchased through our store — sacred handicrafts, printed books, gemstones, rudrākṣa, yantras and ritual items — the following return and refund terms apply.

We take great care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, as many of our items are handcrafted or natural (such as gemstones and rudrākṣa), slight variations in colour, texture, size and natural markings are normal and are not considered defects.

Return Window

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving a physical product, provided it meets our return eligibility criteria (Section 5).
  • To initiate a return, contact us within the 7-day window with your order number and the reason for return.
Section 05

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, a physical product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags, certificates (for gemstones) and accessories intact.
  • The return is requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • The item is not on the non-returnable list (Section 7).

Return Shipping Costs Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping charges are borne by the customer. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.
Section 06

Refund Process & Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, or your eligible cancellation is approved, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original method of payment.
  • Refund processing begins within 3 working days of approval. The time for funds to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • Payment gateway transaction charges (typically 2–3%) are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount, as these are charged by the payment processor and not retained by us.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received an approved refund within the stated timeline, first check your bank account again, then contact your card company or bank — processing time varies by institution. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@vedicsiddhanta.in.
Section 07

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Completed astrological consultations and delivered personalised reports
  • Downloadable digital products and resources once downloaded or accessed
  • Energised, activated or consecrated (prāṇa-pratiṣṭhā) ritual items, once activated at your request
  • Gemstones and rudrākṣa that have been worn, used or had their certification seal broken
  • Customised or made-to-order items (custom yantras, personalised mālā, etc.)
  • Items returned without original packaging, tags or certificates
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Sale, clearance or promotional items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards and donation payments
  • Course and webinar fees once the programme has commenced
Why Energised Items Cannot Be Returned Sacred items that have undergone prāṇa-pratiṣṭhā (consecration) or energisation rituals at your request are spiritually personalised to you. For this reason — and out of respect for the sacred process — they cannot be returned or resold.
Section 08

Shipping & Delivery

This section applies to physical products. Digital services and reports are delivered electronically via email or your account, with no shipping involved.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment confirmation.
  • Custom, made-to-order or energised items may require additional preparation time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details (where available) once your order ships.

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, weight and dimensions, and are displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs (for international orders), festivals, weather or other factors beyond our control.
  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information.
Remote & Restricted Areas Some remote locations may experience longer delivery times or may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If your location cannot be serviced, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.
Section 09

International Orders

We are pleased to ship sacred products to clients worldwide. Please note the following for international orders:

  • Customs duties & import taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
  • Customs delays: International shipments may be delayed by customs clearance processes. Such delays are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.
  • Restricted items: Certain items may be restricted from import into some countries. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the items ordered can be legally imported into their country.
  • Returns from abroad: International return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and refunds exclude original international shipping charges.
Section 10

Damaged, Defective or Lost Items

We pack every order with care, but occasionally items may be damaged in transit or a wrong item may be sent. In such cases, we will make it right.

If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging.
  • Once verified, we will offer you a free replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund including shipping — your choice.
  • For damaged/incorrect items, we bear the return shipping cost.

If Your Item Is Lost in Transit

  • If tracking shows your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
  • If the item is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.
Our Commitment You should never bear the cost of our error or a courier's mishandling. Damaged, defective, incorrect or lost-in-transit items are always replaced or refunded in full, including all shipping charges.
