Site Vastu consultation is a form of service or consultancy that we offer to our clients locally (J&K users) based on mutual communication. In this form of consultation, our expert or Vastu consultant visits the client’s plot, house, or property to discuss or examine the site for construction or existing property.
During the Site Vaastu consultation, our Vaastu expert will provide necessary details pertaining to the site, plot, soil, etc., subject to thorough scrutiny and examination. This site visit consultation analysis primarily applies to small-scale residential and business shop properties.
Dimensions covered ( Plot Size ) : 1000 to 2500 square feet
The consultation will not include a Vastu-designed soft/hard copy map.
Area Covered: Only Jammu Area
Travelling Covered: By House/Shop/Plot Owner
Fooding Covered: By House/Shop/Plot Owner

The benefits of onsite consultation are exclusive to owners and architects who can interact deeply about their plot and defects to gain maximum advantage.
Please note that site consultation primarily involves a visit, where we analyze typography, conduct soil testing, examine directions, and assess the environment. Depending on the transportation and distance involved, users may incur additional costs for travel and logging.
Constructed Residential Site Visit Consultation involves the following steps:
1) Verify the direction of the plot, house, or existing property.
2) Checking the details of the interior and exterior to discern Vaastu defects, if any.
3) Checking directions in every room (existing property) or interior for Vaastu defects.
4) Provide a verbal analysis of every area in terms of directions, location, and placement.
5) We will deliberate on the arrangement of the bedroom, living room, locker room, and worship room.
6) We will discuss the locations of bathrooms and toilets, balconies, doors, and windows.
Vaastu site visit charges are 2100/-, excluding travel charges, irrespective of the plot dimension given above for the small residential properties and shops.

* Site Survey: Our local Vaastu team member will visit your residence or shop area and construct a plot and will map an accurate site structure of your plot. He will note down all the crucial details about the surroundings, e.g., take photographs, take video footage of the whole house, nearby society, parks, roads, lanes, hospital, any graveyard location, temple, road direction, etc.
This site survey does not include any pdf report of this information, and the customer’s requirements will determine its inclusion.
GPS Location: You need to share the GPS location of the plot with us before visiting the site. We might also require photos of the actual site before the visit.
Site Visits Consultancy: Site visit (Rs 2100 (consultancy) + Travel + Logging) If a user has already built or constructed their plot and only needs suggestions for it, the analysis will be chargeable or applicable.
