Vāstu Consultancy?
Site Vāstu consultation is a specialised service where our expert Vāstu consultant physically visits your property in the Jammu region — examining the plot, house, or shop on-site to discuss, evaluate, and provide directional and spatial Vāstu guidance.
During the visit, our expert analyses the soil condition, plot typography, directional alignments, surrounding environment, and existing structural layout to identify Vāstu defects and offer corrective verbal guidance.
This is Option A of our Vāstu service suite — designed specifically for small-scale residential properties and commercial shops where a physical presence enables the deepest level of site-specific analysis.

A detailed verbal analysis of every area of the property — covering placement, location, direction, orientation, and Vāstu recommendations.

Deliberation on the arrangement of the bedroom, living room, locker room, kitchen, and pūjā room for optimal Vāstu alignment.

Understanding the case histories of all family members — personal, professional, health, and financial — to identify the specific obstacles they face and correlate them with the property's Vāstu.

GPS & Pre-Visit Photos
Before the visit, you must share the GPS coordinates of your property. Pre-visit photographs may also be requested to help our team prepare for the on-site examination.

Site Survey & Mapping
Our local Vāstu team member visits the property, maps the site structure, documents surrounding roads, parks, hospitals, temples, graveyards, and nearby structures with photos & video.

Verbal Report & Follow-Up
Detailed verbal analysis and recommendations provided on-site. A follow-up phone call or WhatsApp session is available to address any remaining queries after the visit.
Clarification
The site survey does not include any PDF or written report of information gathered during the visit. Any written documentation beyond verbal analysis is available as an additional service subject to a separate charge. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
