Vaastu Shastra is known as the yoga of design and its guidelines come from the ancient Indian knowledge contained in the "Vaastu Vidya." Buildings constructed using the principles of Vaastu Shastra are said to provide a healthier living space and a better energy balance, making them ideal for practicing yoga.

What we will cover in Complete Vastu Reports

Complete Vaastu analysis only meant for those customers who want to get analyze their plots before or after its construction along with paying site visit charges via an Vaastu Expert for bigger Housing properties ( either constructed or non constructed one ) , Hotels, Resturants, Industrial areas, Corporate structures etc.  This report analysis will be done after completion of Site visit or site Survey and we will be sharing complete hardcopy as well as PDF of the report based on the findings, observations  related to the customer shared Plot maps, Site coordinates and Photographs of the Plot to us in both the formats.This will also come along with Vastu Designed Map that we will prepare after the site analysis.

Dimensions covered: 2500 square feet onward as per plot dimension ( For large areas Commerical Plots, Industries, Hotels, Corporates Offices, Residential Houses and properties) and for more than 2500 Square feet it will be costing as per 5 Rs/ Sq feet.

The consultation will include a Vastu-designed soft/hard copy map for both Residential and Commerical properties.

Area/City/State/Countries Covered: Jammu and Kashmir Area / Any Indian States/ Online users both ).

Vastu Consultation : For Residential and Large area Commercial properties only.

Site Visit Applicability : For both Commerical Constructed/Raw Plots/Under Constructed plots/Residential Houses/ Properties.

Travelling Covered:  ( As Per mentioned Travelling Budget).

Fooding Covered: ( As Per Mentioned Fooding Budget ).

* Note : Complete Vastu Analysis and report evaluation charges are dependant on the total property dimensions Per Square feet and rest of the costing structure is given below in the description of this report.

Costing Structure based on Square  feet : 

Charges mentioned above are Token Amount for this report and for Properties those are under 2500 Sq feet ( length x breadth) in total dimensions and if the Property size is bigger then 2500 Square feet then we will deduct this amount from the total costing structure of the report and share the Final invoice that includes Final Report in both hard copy & in pdf format , Fooding, Lodging, Travelling, Site Survey & Final consultation based on the 5/- Rs Square feet for the properties more then 2500 Sq feet.

What does this reports includes:

1. Vegetation evaluation (Upvan Sayonjan, Vriksha pariksha)

2. Basic plot map (Directions)

3. Dik nyas (layout with true north not magnetic north)

4. Consultation on phone.

5. Consultation charges are different for commercial and residential properties for this report.

6.Traveling expenses (both sides) are extra and has to be paid by the customer (In case the client requires a personal visit to site).

7.There will be hard-copy report will be given in this consultation.

8.Site visits are entertained for one time in complete Vaastu analysis. All site visits afterwards are chargeable.

This applies to both the plots ( Under constructed or Constructed ) , If the plot is constructed we need to visit the site which will be chargeable (Only applicable to Jammu and Kashmir Location, within same city, transportation & lodging etc. as local charges ).

Note : For Rest of India, Charges will be depending on City Travel cost, Fooding and lodging charges of the city.

Note : Report charges are 11,000/- irrespective of the Plot dimension and Site visit charges + Travel + Fooding + Lodging are excluded.

Let us first Understand how we will follow up the case study :

1.Very First step will be understanding the customer : Our very first step would be to analyses details of all the family members case histories, their personal and professional life and the obstacles in achieving them.

2. Site Survey : Our Local Vaastu team member will visits your residence, Under constructed plot, and will map an accurate site structure of your plot. He will note down all the crucial details about the surroundings e.g. Take photograph, take video footage of whole house, nearby society, parks, roads, lanes, hospital, any Grave yard location, temple, roads direction etc.

3. * Expert Visit :  If customer wants an expert visits for advance analysis of the site, our Expert Vaastu Scholar will visit the site location for detailed audit of your Plot to observe and note all possible details. ( * This is Excluded in this report and will be depends on the customer requirement).

4. Vaastu Report: We will provides a PDF Report having detailed analysis of the findings and list of activities that you have to perform for Vaastu correction.

5. Aura Cleansing : Aura Cleansing will be based on the Vedic rituals ( I.e Homma, Mantra Jaap etc.) systems to align the energy of the plot for betterment of life, ensuring flow of positive energy. ( * This is Excluded in this report and will be depends on the customer requirement).

6. Vastu Map Analysis : We will make Vastu Map of the house based on already existing Map of the constructed plots given by the architecture or if the Property is non constructed then we will Make Vastu Map of the property for structure division based on the Vastu energies and division.

7.House Owner Birth chart analysis : Based on the owner birth chart details , we will provide you remedies based on the Vedic system to mitigate or neutralize the effects of the bad planetary alignment and placements for enhancing the positive results of the house. ( * This is Excluded in this report and will be depends on the customer requirement).

8. Costing Structure : This Vaastu analysis includes site visits or site survey and if the users want an expert site visit then User need to pay Site Visit charges separately that will be Rs (2100/- ( Consultancy ) + Site Visit charges) for Jammu and Kashmir, only applicable for Local site survey visit and if the case is complex, there is requirement of an Expert Advice, then our Expert team member will be visiting the site, that charges customer has to bear and it will be Rs 3500/- ( Train Charges, approximately for both departure and arrival cost),+ 1500/- ( for 1 Day for Hotel Stay) and total expenses will be around Rs 5000/- for whole 1 day Visit.

9. GPS Location: You need to share the GPS location of the plot with us. We might also require photos of the actual site.

10. Vaastu Solution : You will get a basic map with directions and a suggestion whether you should buy the plot or not. It also applies to plot which is already purchased and is devoid of any construction.

11. Final Report : Final detailed Vaastu analysis report will be prepared after all the analysis mainly for unconstructed plots that includes plot design, remedial measures, fixes and owner birth chart analysis. It does not apply to plots which carry constructed structure, this will be applicable only to unconstructed plots.

* For Constructed Plots only : For Constructed Plots we may require a Site visit (site visit is chargeable) + Blue Print Map of the Plot with dimensions + Site Video Footage + Photographs of the plot and mainly GPS location of the plot ) and customer need to pay the complete Vaastu Report charges of Rs 11,000/-.

Site Visits Consultancy: Site visit charges is 2100 /- is not part of this report and will be chargeable or applicable to those users who want to pay the whole Vaastu Project analysis cost of Rs 11,000/ including site visit consultancy for further suggestions on the both constructed and unconstructed plots.
