Silver’s 8-Year Cycle and the 2026–2027 Outlook: Atichārī Jupiter, Kūrma Chakra and Sarvatobhadra Analysis

Silver peaked at $121.58 on 29 Jan 2026 and has since fallen ~59%. A complete Medinī Jyotiṣa study: the 8-year silver cycle, a review of the 2024–28 Supercycle forecast, Atichārī Jupiter's double leap, Kūrma and Sarvatobhadra Chakra readings, and a month-wise outlook for Nov 2026–Dec 2027.

Silver has already lived through the climax of its cycle. It rose vertically to an all-time high of $121.58/oz on 29 January 2026, crashed about 31% the next day, and slid to $49.56/oz by 30 October 2026. On MCX it has fallen roughly 50% from its January record to near ₹1.9 lakh/kg. This article brings together the 2024–2028 Silver Supercycle analysis first published by VedicSiddhanta, an honest review of how it played out, and a fresh month-wise outlook for November 2026 to December 2027 — read through the 8-year silver cycle, technical levels, Atichārī Guru, the Kūrma Chakra and the Sarvatobhadra Chakra.

Key Takeaways

  • Silver’s 2024–2026 supercycle unfolded as the Atichārī Guru–Rāhu air-sign configuration indicated, but the January 2026 peak (₹3.85–4.2 lakh/kg) far exceeded the projected ₹2.0–2.3 lakh.
  • The Guru–Śani kendra correction arrived in 2026, not 2027: the 30 January 2026 crash came while vakrī Guru in Mithuna squared Śani in Mīna.
  • 2027 is the consolidation leg of the ~8-year cycle; the next full cycle low falls due in the 2029–2030 window.
  • Guru makes a second atichārī leap (Siṁha on 1 Nov 2026, back to Karka 25 Jan 2027, Kanyā on 27 Nov 2027).
  • The year’s key turning window is 1–25 April 2027, when Guru and Maṅgala station within degrees of Ketu in Āśleṣā; the second is 15 Dec 2027 – 10 Jan 2028.
  • In both the Kūrma and Sarvatobhadra chakras, Śani on Revatī (the cāndī nakṣatra) emerges as silver’s governing graha for 2027.

The 8-Year Silver Cycle

Silver’s major lows have arrived roughly every 7 to 8 years — 2001, 2008, 2015 (with a shock retest in 2020) and 2022 — and each base has been followed by a mid-cycle blow-off top and a 50–70% reset. Counted from the September 2022 base, the 2026 peak arrived about 3.4 years in, which is where blow-offs have tended to sit. The next full cyclical low falls due in the 2029–2030 window, with 2027 acting as the consolidation leg in between.

Recurring Planetary Signatures for 2027

Guru at the Siṁha–Kanyā Cusp

The December 2015 base came with Jupiter in late Siṁha (U.Phalgunī). Twelve years later, in November–December 2027, Jupiter is again in late Siṁha / U.Phalgunī. One Guru cycle on, the same degrees mark a base-building zone, not a launch pad.

Rāhu Returns to Śravaṇa

The October 2008 low came with Rāhu in Śravaṇa. One nodal cycle (~18.6 years) later, Rāhu returns to Śravaṇa from April 2027. In 2008 this marked capitulation followed by the strongest rally of that decade.

Śani in Kanyā at the Great Blow-Offs

Śani was in Kanyā at both great silver manias (1980 and 2011). With Śani in Mīna–Meṣa in 2027, no such blow-off signature is present.

Śukra’s 8-Year Rhythm

Silver is a Candra–Śukra metal (rajata). Śukra’s own 8-year rhythm — five synodic cycles returning Venus to nearly the same zodiacal degree — gives the cycle its pulse. The October–November 2026 Śukra vakrī period in Citrā–Svāti repeats the October 2018 retrograde in the same stars. Silver bottomed near $14 in late 2018, and is again making yearly lows during this retrograde.

The 2024–2026 Supercycle: How the Rally Was Built

As per Vedic financial astrology, the period from 2024 into early 2026 was one of the most dynamic and transformational cycles for silver in decades — both technically and astrologically. This section preserves the core reasoning of the original VedicSiddhanta Supercycle analysis, with positions corrected to Lahiri sidereal values.

India’s Chart: Guru and Rāhu Activating Wealth, Trade and Governance

India’s national chart (15 August 1947, 00:00 hrs, Delhi) has Vṛṣabha (Taurus) lagna. From May 2024 to May 2025 Jupiter transited Vṛṣabha and then moved into Mithuna, India’s 2nd house of wealth — a strong impact on India’s financial growth and on the speculative market, including the stock market. When Jupiter moved into Karka (exaltation) — India’s 3rd house of trade, industries and entrepreneurship — and Rāhu occupied Kumbha, India’s 10th house of governance and national productivity, the two together activated the country’s speculative and industrial zones.

Silver, being a Śukra (Venus) metal, resonates strongly with Vṛṣabha — the sign of wealth, stability and material assets — and India’s lagna is itself Vṛṣabha. This configuration, paired with global liquidity trends, set the stage for a historic re-rating of silver on Indian exchanges.

The Vāyu Tattva Triad: Guru in Mithuna, Rāhu in Kumbha

Between mid-2025 and mid-2026, Jupiter’s transit through Mithuna and Rāhu’s placement in Kumbha formed a dynamic air–air alignment. Gemini represents communication and commerce; Aquarius governs mass trends and futuristic industries — a direct resonance with silver’s use in solar, battery and EV technologies. This configuration is historically associated with speculative mania and liquidity booms, rapid valuation surges in metals and technology-linked assets, and expansion in mass psychology, industrial innovation and collective optimism.

Jupiter in Gemini (Air Sign)

Expands communication networks, trading systems and market optimism. It favours speculative sectors and quick capital movement.

Rāhu in Aquarius (Air Sign)

Governs mass psychology, collective enthusiasm and futuristic industries such as technology and green energy — sectors heavily reliant on silver.

Mutual Trinal Resonance

Jupiter’s wisdom and Rāhu’s illusionary magnetism reinforce one another, creating bubbles of optimism and sharp vertical expansions in prices.

Mithuna and Kumbha from Vṛṣabha

Mithuna and Kumbha are the 2nd and 10th signs from Vṛṣabha, the natural significator of wealth and metals; Kumbha in particular is an upachaya (growth) house. The transit therefore acted as an expansionary multiplier for commodities linked to Taurus energy — particularly silver and the white metals, which carry Lunar–Rāhuvian vibrations.

Symbolic Connection: Silver as a Candra–Rāhu Metal

Silver resonates with Candra (Moon) and Rāhu, symbolising emotional waves, cyclical volatility and collective belief. When Jupiter (expansion) energises Rāhu’s domain (illusion and speculation), massive sentiment-driven rallies often unfold — a signature of earlier silver surges, notably 1979–80 and 2010–11. For India, the alignment pointed to:

  1. Expansion of domestic silver refining and industrial usage (solar, EV, semiconductors).
  2. Government initiatives supporting Make in India in renewable technology.
  3. A gradual reduction in speculative imports as India matures into a producer-consumer powerhouse.

The US Chart: Guru in the 8th House

In the US chart used in the original analysis (Dhanu lagna, 4 July 1776), Jupiter’s 2026 transit through Karka falls in the 8th house of monetary transformation. This signals a shift toward digital-asset regulation and commodity-backed security frameworks, de-dollarisation themes gaining traction, and a transition from speculative exuberance to real-asset accumulation. For India, this global monetary rebalancing enhances silver’s prestige as a tangible store of value.

Atichārī Guru in 2025: The Accelerant

A critical factor that intensified silver’s uptrend in 2025–26 was Jupiter’s atichārī (accelerated) motion. When Jupiter accelerates, its expansionary energy multiplies manifold:

  1. Markets witness sharp, sustained rallies with limited retracement.
  2. Investor confidence and liquidity overflow.
  3. Industrial and speculative demand spike simultaneously.

Atichārī Jupiter accelerates the manifestation of growth events — policy decisions, liquidity expansions and speculative runs — and magnifies Rāhu’s shadow influence, swinging markets from complacency to euphoria. For silver this showed as parabolic moves with record trading volumes and industrial hedging. Similar atichārī phases coincided with metal price explosions in 2006–07 and 2010–11. In the closing months of 2025 — August, September and October especially — Jupiter’s aggressive motion aligned with Rāhu’s futuristic vibration: a cosmic signal of mass speculation and industrial bullishness.

Forecast Review: What the 2024–2028 Projection Got Right

The original Supercycle note called the direction and the trigger correctly — an Atichārī Guru–Rāhu air-sign surge, then a Śani-driven correction — but it underestimated the size of the surge and placed the correction a year too late. An honest review strengthens the method for 2027.

Why the Correction Came Early

In sidereal reckoning the Mithuna–Mīna kendra between Guru and Śani was exact in early 2026, not 2027. Once Guru returned to Karka on 2 June 2026, the two formed a water-sign trine (Karka–Mīna), which matched silver’s partial recovery to the August 2026 relief peak of ₹2.49 lakh. Śani also formed an exact conjunction with Neptune on 20 February 2026 (6°29′ Mīna sidereal) — three weeks after the peak — the Saturn–Neptune theme of mistrust in fiat systems that the original note anticipated for 2026–28.

Graha Framework, November 2026 – December 2027

The next fourteen months hold three structural shifts for silver: Rāhu–Ketu move onto the Makara–Karka axis (Ketu in Candra’s own sign), Guru makes a second atichārī leap, and Śani enters debilitation in Meṣa while repeatedly touching Revatī — silver’s cāndī nakṣatra. Dates are computed (Swiss Ephemeris, Lahiri ayanāṁśa, IST noon).

Atichārī Jupiter: Why Silver Rose and Fell Vertically

Jupiter normally spends about a year in each rāśi. When it races into the next sign early and then turns vakrī back into the previous one, the tradition calls it atichāra (over-speeding). Atichārī Guru compresses a year of expansion into a few months and then withdraws it — and silver, the most leveraged of the precious metals, mirrors that compression in both directions.

The 2025–26 Leap (Completed)

Guru entered Mithuna on 15 May 2025, leapt into Karka on 19 October 2025, stationed vakrī at 0°55′ Karka on 12 November 2025 and fell back into Mithuna on 6 December 2025. Silver’s parabolic leg ran from that leap to 29 January 2026, when vakrī Guru stood at 23°26′ Mithuna (Punarvasu) in exact kendra to Śani in Mīna. The 31% crash came the next day. Expansion by atichāra, contraction by the Guru–Śani kendra: the cycle completed itself inside 2026.

The 2026–28 Double Leap (Now Beginning)

Guru re-entered Karka (exaltation) on 2 June 2026 and on 1 November 2026 leaps into Siṁha — roughly seven months early. The pattern then repeats:

  1. 1 Nov 2026: Guru enters Siṁha at speed (+0.12°/day).
  2. 13 Dec 2026: stations vakrī at 2°47′ Siṁha.
  3. 25 Jan 2027: falls back into Karka, now joined by Ketu.
  4. 13 Apr 2027: stations direct at 22°45′ Karka, Āśleṣā — within a degree of Ketu.
  5. 26 Jun 2027: re-enters Siṁha and moves at its fastest (+0.21°/day in August–September 2027).
  6. 27 Nov 2027: leaps again, into Kanyā, returning to Siṁha on 29 Feb 2028.

What the Double Leap Means for Silver

Guru Leaving Karka Is Not Bullish for a Candra Metal

The 2025 leap began in an air-sign Rāhu field that fed speculation. The 2026 leap moves Guru out of Candra’s own sign into a fire sign, while Rāhu shifts into earthy Makara. The speculative fuel silver used in 2025 is not present.

The Vakrī Return to Karka Is the Constructive Phase

Guru back in exaltation, in Candra’s sign (25 Jan – 26 Jun 2027), is the classical support for silver. Because Ketu sits with Guru, the support comes as sudden reversals and short-covering, not a smooth trend.

Guru–Ketu in Āśleṣā Is the Year’s Pivot

Guru stays within about 1° of Ketu from 1 March to 25 April 2027, Maṅgala stations direct two degrees away on 2 April, and Guru stations direct on 13 April. This sits over India’s natal Śukra (about 22° Karka). Expect the most important silver low or reversal of the first half of 2027 inside this window.

The Second Leap Repeats 2025 in a Weaker Key

Guru enters Kanyā on 27 November 2027 and throws front vedha on Revatī from U.Phalgunī. Read it as a renewed liquidity pulse into early 2028, not a re-run of the January 2026 mania.

The Guru–Śani Relationship: From Kendra to Trine

While Jupiter and Rāhu engineer speculative euphoria, Saturn’s influence ensures that markets eventually return to equilibrium. The original analysis described what a Jupiter–Saturn kendra (4/10) brings: central banks tighten liquidity, interest rates firm up, and market exuberance yields to realism. That is exactly what followed the January 2026 peak.

How the Relationship Evolves

Period Guru Śani Relationship Market tone
Dec 2025 – Jun 2026 Mithuna Mīna Kendra (4/10) Tightening, the January crash
Jun – Oct 2026 Karka Mīna Water trine (5/9) Partial recovery, August relief peak
Nov 2026 – Jan 2027 and Jun 2027 Siṁha Mīna 6/8 (ṣaḍaṣṭaka) Strain, liquidity stress
Jan – Jun 2027 Karka Mīna Water trine Constructive turn
Jun – Oct 2027 Siṁha Meṣa Fire trine Expansive, industrial support

Saturn moves slowly while Jupiter continues to aspect supportive sectors, so corrections within this structure are best read as retracements within a larger industrial uptrend — not a permanent reversal.

Kūrma Chakra: Where in India the Silver Story Concentrates

The Kūrma Chakra of Bṛhat Saṁhitā (ch. 14, Kūrma-vibhāga) lays Bhāratavarṣa on the back of a tortoise in nine divisions, each governed by three nakṣatras beginning with Kṛttikā at the centre. A krura graha transiting a division’s nakṣatras disturbs that region; a saumya graha supports it. The 2027 verdict: the South-East (Āgneya) carries the year’s heaviest load, the North-East (Aiśānya) carries Śani for most of the year, and the North-West (Vāyavya) carries Rāhu throughout.

The Nine Divisions in 2027

Division Nakṣatras Modern region (approx.) Silver relevance Main transits Nov 2026 – Dec 2027 Reading
Āgneya (SE) Āśleṣā, Maghā, P.Phalgunī Odisha, Bengal, coastal Andhra Kolkata bullion trade, eastern ports Guru, Ketu and Maṅgala (vakrī), Nov 2026 – Jul 2027 Heaviest load: sharp swings, recovery after 13 Apr
Aiśānya (NE) Revatī, Aśvinī, Bharaṇī Assam, North-East states Cross-border trade routes Śani from 8 Feb 2027 almost all year Slow, restrictive; supply-chain delays
Vāyavya (NW) U.Āṣāḍhā, Śravaṇa, Dhaniṣṭhā Punjab, Himachal, J&K Northern retail demand Rāhu throughout Speculative, rumour-driven premiums
Uttara (N) Śatabhiṣā, P.Bhādrapada, U.Bhādrapada Himalayan belt — Śani until 8 Feb 2027 Pressure easing after February
Madhya (Centre) Kṛttikā, Rohiṇī, Mṛgaśirā Delhi-NCR, UP, MP Agra–Mathura silver hub, Delhi bullion Fast grahas only, May–Jul 2027 Stable core demand
Dakṣiṇa (S) U.Phalgunī, Hasta, Citrā Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala Salem–Coimbatore ornament industry Śukra vakrī (Nov 2026); Maṅgala in Citrā (Aug–Sep 2027); Guru (Nov–Dec 2027) Weak late 2026, firming late 2027
Paścima (W) Jyeṣṭhā, Mūla, P.Āṣāḍhā Gujarat, western Rajasthan Rajkot jewellery; Rajasthan silver mining Sūrya (Dec 2026); Maṅgala and Sūrya in Mūla (Nov–Dec 2027) Production and labour stress in Dec 2027
Nairṛtya (SW) Svāti, Viśākhā, Anurādhā Mumbai, Maharashtra coast Zaveri Bazaar, MCX Sūrya–Budha (Nov 2026); Maṅgala (Oct 2027) Exchange volatility in those months
Pūrva (E) Ārdrā, Punarvasu, Puṣya Bihar, Jharkhand — Fast grahas only Neutral

The modern state mapping is an interpretive compass reading centred on Madhya-deśa; Bṛhat Saṁhitā names ancient janapadas, not today’s states.

What the Kūrma Reading Shows

Karka — Candra’s sign and silver’s natural home — hosts Ketu from 6 December 2026 and Guru and Maṅgala with it through spring 2027, so the Āgneya division is where silver’s 2027 turning point is felt first. Śani’s long stay in Revatī places the North-East under restraint; Revatī is also the cāndī nakṣatra in the Sarvatobhadra reading, so both chakras point to the same graha as silver’s 2027 governor.

Sarvatobhadra Chakra: Vedha on Rajata and Cāndī

Silver’s Two Nakṣatras

In the Sarvatobhadra Chakra (the 9×9 grid preserved in Narapati Jayacaryā and used in the teji–maṇḍī tradition), a commodity is read through the nakṣatra of its name’s first syllable. Silver has two names, so two nakṣatras: Rajata (रजत) → “rā” → Citrā, and Cāndī (चाँदी) → “cā” → Revatī (Avakahaḍā syllables: Citrā = pe, po, rā, rī; Revatī = de, do, cā, cī).

Vedha Geometry

Silver nakṣatra Front vedha from Diagonal vedha from
Citrā (Rajata) Pūrva Bhādrapada Mṛgaśirā, Mūla
Revatī (Cāndī) Uttara Phalgunī Mṛgaśirā, Mūla

Mṛgaśirā and Mūla strike both silver nakṣatras at once, so any graha there is a double hit. The tradition assigns front vedha to grahas in mean motion and diagonal vedha to vakrī and śīghra (fast) grahas; practitioners differ on which diagonal, so both are read here.

The Teji–Maṇḍī Rule

Krura vedha (Sūrya, Maṅgala, Śani, Rāhu, Ketu) tilts toward teji — firm prices, scarcity. Saumya vedha (Guru, Śukra, Budha, Candra) tilts toward maṇḍī — soft prices, abundance. Mixed vedha means volatility.

Monthly Vedha Table

Month Grahas giving vedha or occupying (computed) Balance Tilt
Nov 2026 Śukra (vakrī, then direct) in Citrā Saumya on Rajata Maṇḍī, weak
Dec 2026 Sūrya + Budha in Mūla (both); Śukra in Citrā Mixed, krura stronger Teji attempt from mid-Dec
Jan 2027 Śukra in Mūla (both) Saumya Maṇḍī
Feb 2027 Śani enters Revatī (8 Feb); Śukra in Mūla Mixed Volatile, slow firming
Mar 2027 Śani in Revatī; Sūrya + Budha in P.Bhādrapada Krura on both Teji
Apr 2027 Sūrya, Budha, Śukra and Śani in Revatī; Budha + Śukra in P.Bhādrapada Heavy, mixed High volatility — turning point
May 2027 Śani + Śukra in Revatī; Budha in Mṛgaśirā Mixed Two-way
Jun 2027 Sūrya, Budha (vakrī), Śukra in Mṛgaśirā; Maṅgala in U.Phalgunī; Śani leaves Revatī 3 Jun Krura stronger Teji
Jul 2027 Budha + Śukra in Mṛgaśirā; Maṅgala in U.Phalgunī Mixed Two-way, firm bias
Aug 2027 Maṅgala in Citrā; Budha in U.Phalgunī Krura on Rajata Teji spikes
Sep 2027 Maṅgala, Budha, Śukra in Citrā; Sūrya + Śukra in U.Phalgunī Mixed Volatile
Oct 2027 Sūrya, Budha (vakrī), Śukra in Citrā; Śani returns to Revatī (20 Oct) Mixed, krura stronger Firm
Nov 2027 Guru in U.Phalgunī; Maṅgala + Śukra in Mūla; Śani in Revatī Heavy, mixed Volatile
Dec 2027 Maṅgala, Sūrya, Budha, Śukra in Mūla; Guru in U.Phalgunī; Śani stations direct in Revatī (24 Dec) Heaviest of the year Major turning point

Śani on Revatī is silver’s governor in 2027. Its entry (8 Feb), exit (3 Jun), return (20 Oct) and station (24 Dec) are the four dates that frame the year. April and December 2027 carry the densest vedha — the two windows most likely to produce silver’s major turns.

Month-Wise Silver Outlook, November 2026 – December 2027

The outlook reads as basing into the first quarter of 2027, a decisive turn in the 1–25 April Guru–Ketu window, a firmer middle of the year under the Guru–Śani fire trine, and a second major turning window in December 2027. Each month is a directional sensitivity window — the tilt the grahas favour and the technical condition that would confirm it — not a price target.

Price Levels in Rupees

At about ₹3,650 per $1/oz: $45.5 ≈ ₹1.66 lakh, $57 ≈ ₹2.08 lakh, $64–65 ≈ ₹2.35 lakh, $69.5 ≈ ₹2.54 lakh.

Technical Levels and 2027 Scenarios

Silver has broken the 61.8% retracement of its 2022–2026 advance, and the trend remains down until $57 is reclaimed. The cycle and the grahas both argue that 2027 is a year of base-building with one strong rally leg from the April window, not a return to the January 2026 highs.

Retracement Grid (Sep 2022 Low to Jan 2026 High)

Level $/oz ≈ MCX ₹/kg Role now
50% retracement 69.5 2.54 lakh Major resistance; reclaiming it re-opens the bull case
EMA cluster (Oct 2026) 64–65 2.35 lakh First confirmation level for the April turn
61.8% retracement 57.3 2.09 lakh Broken support, now resistance
Oct 2025 low 45.5 1.66 lakh First real support
78.6% retracement 39.8 1.45 lakh Deep support; the bear-case floor zone

The 2011 Analogue

After the April 2011 blow-off, silver fell a third in a week, rallied for four months, then ground down about 72% into the December 2015 cycle low. The 2026 fall has been faster — 59% in nine months — so more of the damage may already be done, but rallies will meet heavy overhead supply.

Three Scenarios for 2027

Scenario Range ($/oz) ≈ MCX ₹/kg What drives it Astrological signature
Base case (most likely) 45–75 1.65–2.75 lakh Base by Q1, rally from April, firm mid-year, volatile year-end Guru vakrī in Karka with Ketu; Guru–Śani fire trine from June
Bear case 35–45 1.3–1.65 lakh Fed hikes, strong dollar, 2011-style grind Krura grahas fail to give teji in April; Śani on Revatī acts as restraint
Bull case 75–95 2.75–3.5 lakh Supply shock, rate cuts, renewed investment demand Śani nīca in Meṣa triggering mining disruption; second atichāra pulse in Nov–Dec 2027

A weekly close above $65 after the April window would favour the base-to-bull path; a weekly close below $45 before April would favour the bear path.

Impact on India and the World

For India, 2027 brings Ketu, Guru and Maṅgala over the national chart’s Karka stellium — the house of trade — while Śani moves into the twelfth house of imports and outflows. For the world, the US chart shows a currency-and-debt axis under Rāhu–Ketu that keeps the dollar, not demand, as silver’s main swing factor.

India (Vṛṣabha Lagna, 15 August 1947)

Ketu Over the Karka Stellium

India’s Sūrya, Candra, Budha, Śukra and Śani sit in Karka, the third house of trade and enterprise. Ketu there from 6 December 2026 for 18 months brings sudden policy changes — import-duty revisions, hallmarking or purity rules, margin changes on MCX.

Guru–Ketu–Maṅgala Over Natal Śukra

India’s Śukra (about 22° Karka) is the natal significator of silver itself. The spring 2027 conjunction over it is the national-chart echo of the April turning window: a likely moment of policy action and a swing in household buying.

Rāhu Moves from the 10th to the 9th House

Rāhu in Kumbha (India’s 10th) drove the governance and productivity theme of 2025–26. From 6 December 2026 Rāhu in Makara (the 9th) shifts the focus to foreign trade, banking and long-distance capital flows.

Śani Enters the 12th House

Śani moves from the 11th house (gains) into the 12th (Meṣa) on 3 June 2027 — the house of imports, foreign outflows and expenditure. Expect pressure on the import bill and the rupee, which raises the rupee price of silver even when the dollar price is flat.

Guru in the 4th House

From 26 June 2027 Guru in Siṁha, India’s 4th house of household assets, strengthens silver as household savings — coins, bars and ornaments — into Dhanteras and Diwali 2027.

The World (US Chart, Dhanu Lagna)

Rāhu in the 2nd House

From 6 December 2026, the dollar and US public finances become the focus of speculation. A strong-dollar phase — the Fed still hawkish after the 3.4% GDP print — is silver’s main headwind into early 2027. As the original analysis noted, when Jupiter moved from airy Mithuna into watery Karka, the USD strengthened, creating a headwind to silver’s dollar rally.

Guru and Ketu in the 8th House

Between January and June 2027, debt, banking and monetary transformation take centre stage. This is where a sudden policy turn (a pause or cuts) could trigger silver’s April 2027 reversal, and where de-dollarisation and real-asset themes return.

Śani in the 5th House

From 3 June 2027, Śani restrains speculation and risk assets — an argument against a 2026-style mania even if prices recover.

Global Supply, Demand and Fiat Themes

Śani nīca in Meṣa (Maṅgala’s sign, the sign of mining and metals) from June 2027 points to labour, energy or regulatory disruption at mines; with the market in its sixth straight deficit year, supply disruption is the main route to the bull case. Industrial demand from solar, electronics and EVs stays structurally firm, and jewellery demand returns as prices settle. Domestically, the rupee’s weakness keeps Indian prices elevated relative to international ones. The Saturn–Neptune conjunction of February 2026 keeps alive the long theme of mistrust in fiat systems through 2028, supporting renewed faith in tangible assets — gold, silver and real commodities.

Beyond 2027: 2028 and the Next Cycle Low

By the time Śani completes its passage into Meṣa (finally entering on 24 February 2028) and Guru moves through Siṁha into Kanyā and Tulā (27 December 2028), silver will have transitioned from a speculative mania into a pillar of industrial transformation in India’s renewable economy. The original note’s 2028 view — stable industrial support — remains the expected tone. The ~8-year cycle then points to the next full cyclical low in the 2029–2030 window, which would set the base for the following supercycle.

The Dharmic Cycle: From Vāyu to Pṛthvī

This silver cycle is not merely a financial wave — it is a dhārmic cycle of consciousness. It teaches that speculative air (Vāyu) must find grounding in structure (Pṛthvī). When Jupiter and Rāhu align, they expand the mind’s horizon; when Saturn follows, he demands maturity and discipline. The 2025–2026 rally symbolised awakening; the 2026–2028 correction and consolidation represents balance — the eternal rhythm of expansion and contraction.

The 2025–2026 boom will be remembered not merely as a financial event but as a karmic initiation, revealing how the dance between Jupiter’s expansion, Rāhu’s amplification and Saturn’s restraint mirrors humanity’s quest to balance material ambition with spiritual wisdom. Those who understand this cosmic pulse navigate markets not as gamblers but as Yogic investors — harmonising intellect (Buddhi) with intuition (Antardṛṣṭi).

Śāstric Grounding and Practical Guidance

Classical Sources of the Method

  • Bṛhat Saṁhitā (Varāhamihira): ch. 8 on Jupiter’s motion and its effect on prosperity; ch. 14 (Kūrma-vibhāga) on the nine regions; the Arghakāṇḍa chapters on commodity prices rising and falling with graha positions.
  • Narapati Jayacaryā (Svarodaya): the Sarvatobhadra Chakra, nakṣatra vedha, and the role of vakrī and śīghra motion.
  • Bṛhat Parāśara Horā Śāstra: Candra and Śukra as kārakas of silver (rajata) and white metals; dignities of Guru (exalted in Karka) and Śani (debilitated in Meṣa).
  • The teji–maṇḍī commercial tradition: krura vedha for teji, saumya vedha for maṇḍī; the name-syllable method for commodities.

Remedial and Spiritual Practice

  • Candra (silver’s kāraka): on Mondays, “oṁ śrāṁ śrīṁ śrauṁ saḥ candramase namaḥ” (108 times); offer milk or water to the Śiva-liṅga — especially during Ketu’s Karka transit from December 2026.
  • Śukra (natal significator for India’s silver): on Fridays, “oṁ drāṁ drīṁ drauṁ saḥ śukrāya namaḥ”; Lakṣmī pūjā on Śukravāra.
  • Śani in Revatī (silver’s 2027 governor): Śani stotra or Hanumān Cālīsā on Saturdays; give black sesame or oil to those in need, particularly around 8 Feb, 3 Jun, 20 Oct and 24 Dec 2027.
  • Ketu with Guru in Āśleṣā: Gaṇeśa worship before major financial decisions in March–April 2027.

Practical Discipline for the Yogic Investor

  • Treat the turning windows — 10–20 Nov 2026, 6–13 Dec 2026, 1–25 Apr 2027 and 15 Dec 2027 – 10 Jan 2028 — as times of high volatility, when leverage is most dangerous.
  • Households buying silver as savings tend to fare better with staggered purchases across the basing months than with lump-sum buying on rallies.
  • Wait for the technical confirmation named in the month-wise table before acting on an astrological tilt. Astrology shows when to pay attention; price shows what is actually happening.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will silver rise again in 2027?

The base case is a basing phase into early 2027 and a rally leg from the 1–25 April 2027 Guru–Ketu window, with a weekly close above $64–65 (about ₹2.35 lakh/kg) as confirmation. A return to the January 2026 high is not indicated for 2027.

What is Atichārī Jupiter?

Atichāra is Jupiter’s over-speeding: it enters the next sign well before its usual one-year stay ends, then turns retrograde back into the previous sign. It compresses expansion into a short span and then withdraws it, which is why silver rose and fell vertically around the 2025–26 leap.

Which nakṣatras govern silver in the Sarvatobhadra Chakra?

By the name-syllable method, Rajata (“rā”) falls in Citrā and Cāndī (“cā”) falls in Revatī. Grahas in Mṛgaśirā and Mūla give vedha to both at once.

What is the 8-year silver cycle?

Silver’s major lows have come roughly every 7–8 years (2001, 2008, 2015, 2022), each followed by a blow-off top and a deep reset. The next full cycle low is due around 2029–2030.
