In this iteration, we will make an attempt to decode the individual’s past life existence astrologically by utilising the ideas of Jamini, Nadi, and Parashara as our guiding principles.

A small number of writings, like the Jamini Sutra and the Nadi Sutras, give us hints about the hidden knowledge behind previous birth astrology or past lives. This knowledge is closely linked to soul parameters and methods for moving forward in life, which we can learn from the different Nadi scriptures written by seers and Nadi scholars in other times and places.

Though the Jamini Sutras give a profound understanding of the fundamental principles related to the soul’s purpose and learning directly linked with one’s spiritual experiences, whereas classical astrology texts do not provide explicit visual representations related to past birth astrological parameters; however, we can still get an idea of those mentioned in the Parashara Hora shashtra related to the spiritual aspects of human beings, and these writings or short quotes do offer insights into the hidden knowledge associated with previous birth astrology, i.e. Parashara gives emphasis on the 9th, 5th, and 1st houses for understanding the Dharma and righteous duties, which are directly and indirectly linked with native past life karmas, Punyas and the ideas of Past samskaras.

These ancient documents are full of cryptic quotations that can be helpful in supplying information that can be used to gain a better understanding of the incomprehensible complexity that are involved in past-birth astrology. The outcome of this discussion is going to be determined by how much in-depth research a particular person has conducted on the topic at hand. This research should comprise an in-depth review of a number of birth charts. These birth charts should demonstrate high correlates with the individual’s current traumatic life experiences, which we can then tie further to their previous existences. Alternatively, we can analyze these charts by performing a reverse correlation on them.

The well-known astrological treatise known as the Phaladeepika was written by Manteswara, and it provides insightful information on the concepts of previous and subsequent incarnations. In the fourteenth chapter, a significant amount of information regarding astrological markers relating to previous and upcoming incarnations is presented. In the fourteenth chapter, a significant amount of attention is placed on the ninth house and its ninth lord; nonetheless, according to Phaladeepika, the ninth house has a large amount of significance.

If the ninth Lord in a person’s natal chart is in an exalted state, it is possible to infer that the person’s previous existence was connected to a higher social class that was comprised of people who had strong moral principles. This may be determined by looking at the person’s horoscope. If the 9th Lord in the natal chart is discovered to be in a debilitated state or located within the sign of an opponent, then it is possible to draw the conclusion that the person’s previous existence was spent in a specific different geographical area or areas.

According to Manteswara, the placement of the 9th Lord in either the individual’s own house or in the house of a friend denotes a connection between the individual’s current place of habitation and a previous birth that took place in the same country. This is inferred from the fact that the 9th Lord is in either its own house or in the house of a friend.

Users can learn more about these aspects by reading the article on past life incarnations that is provided further down on this page.

Now Questions arises ? Have you ever contemplated the enigmas surrounding your previous existence and the potential impact they may have on your present incarnation?

Vedic astrology, an ancient astrological tradition originating from India, provides valuable insights into the interrelationships between one’s past and present lifetimes. Through the process of scrutinising an individual’s birth chart, practitioners of Vedic astrology possess the ability to reveal the karmic forces that intricately mould the trajectory of one’s life.

In the field of Vedic astrology, the birth chart, commonly referred to as the Janam Kundli, serves as a visual depiction illustrating the precise spatial arrangement of celestial entities during an individual’s moment of birth. The aforementioned acts as a comprehensive framework that delineates the trajectory of one’s previous, current, and forthcoming existence.

Through a comprehensive analysis of several astrological principles, it is possible to explore the intricate interconnections between your past lives and acquire a more profound comprehension of the trajectory of your soul’s evolution.

Indicators of Past Lives in the Natal Chart : Past Life Astrology Connections

There are few astrological pointers one should understand i.e. The examination of the location of Rahu and Ketu, commonly referred to as the North and South Nodes of the Moon, is a significant aspect explored in Vedic astrology to establish links with past lives. The obscured elements within the birth chart are indicative of the karmic imprints originating from previous lifetimes that are perpetuated into the present incarnation.

Rahu symbolises the manifestation of aspirations, ambitions, and lingering emotional states originating from previous incarnations. The positioning of an astrological entity within a specific house and sign provides insight into the domains of existence where one may encounter difficulties and acquire significant knowledge.

In contrast, Ketu symbolises the development of one’s spiritual journey, the act of detachment, and the liberation from previous karmic cycles.

The positioning of an entity might serve as an indicator of the domains in which one has already achieved proficiency in specific classes.

The Interplay of Planetary Aspects and Past Life Connections

The examination of planetary aspects is a significant component in the analysis of the birth chart for the purpose of investigating past life connections. Aspects refer to the geometric angles established between celestial bodies, particularly planets, which can give rise to either harmonious or problematic energetic interactions.

Through the examination of the interrelationships among many celestial bodies, valuable insights can be gleaned regarding the intricate dynamics and interconnections that exist between previous incarnations and one’s current existence.

As an illustration, in the context of an individual’s birth chart, the presence of a hard aspect between the Moon and Saturn could potentially suggest a previous incarnation characterised by a deficiency in emotional support and a dearth of feelings of security, spirituality one has lead life of Sadhu or Ascetic person.

This feature may indicate a necessity to engage in self-care practises and pursue emotional recovery in order to address the karmic imbalances present in your current life.

The Significance of the Ascendant and Descendant in Astrology

The ascendant, also known as the rising sign, refers to the specific zodiac sign that was positioned on the eastern horizon during the moment of an individual’s birth. One’s personal image encompasses both the manner in which they project themselves to society and their outward physical attributes. In contrast, the descendant is the astrological sign situated on the western horizon, symbolising an individual’s interpersonal connections and alliances.

Through the examination of the ascendant and descendant signs, it is possible to discern past life connections in respect to the individuals one tends to attract and the dynamics encountered within partnerships. An illustration of this concept may be seen when considering an individual whose ascendant is in Aries and descendant is in Libra. In such a case, it is plausible to infer that this person may have had a previous incarnation characterised by qualities of autonomy and assertiveness, while simultaneously attracting companions who possessed qualities of conciliation and diplomacy.

In conclusion, it can be inferred that the provided information leads to the stated conclusion.

Vedic astrology provides an intriguing viewpoint of the interconnections between past lives and their impact on an individual’s present birth. Through a meticulous examination of an individual’s birth chart, astrologers possess the ability to reveal the karmic imprints originating from previous incarnations, thereby offering valuable insights and recommendations for effectively navigating the obstacles and educational experiences encountered in one’s present life.

The primary objective of comprehending past life connections is not to fixate on historical events, but rather to acquire profound understanding of one’s spiritual progression and exercise deliberate decision-making in the current moment. The process of embracing the teachings and relinquishing karmic patterns has the potential to facilitate individual development, foster spiritual advancement, and enhance overall life satisfaction.

In this section, we will go into a more comprehensive understanding of the individual using various astrological methodologies and systems, aiming to establish connections between past and present events in an investigative fashion.

Hence, let us commence the process of deciphering the enigma surrounding the prior existence of the indigenous individual, as disclosed by the native in the context of their engagement with the past life therapist during the regression session in the year 2009.

Lets dive deeper in the historical trajectory of the indigenous individual’s previous birth existence. The origins of this event may be traced back to the year 1806, when a regression session took place in close proximity to Dongri, a location situated in Rajasthan.

Specifically, this session occurred in the present-day village of Alwar, which was part of a princely kingdom where the individual in question was born. The individual in question belonged to a royal lineage and was known by the name “Rajveer.” Through the process of regression, the individual was able to witness their own existence.

The indigenous individual provided a comprehensive account, beginning from the first stage and progressing towards the last stage, while also incorporating detailed facts and personal experiences from all stages of life. The entire session with the therapist and native was quite beneficial, as it provided valuable insights and facilitated the comprehension and interpretation of the enigmatic aspects of his previous incarnation.

Due to the distinctive encounter I had with the indigenous individual, I engaged in a series of inquiries pertaining to his astrological forecast.

The process of comprehending his natal and divisional charts proved to be an exceptionally remarkable and unparalleled experience for me. The information provided to him corresponded precisely with the horoscope that the individual described to me during our talk.

In this discourse, I intend to elucidate a process by means of a native chart, which may potentially evoke astonishment and foster a transformative learning encounter.

Dongri Fort, as appeared in his regression process, is currently situated near Jaipur.

The present study aims to do an astrological analysis of the native chart, with a focus on the life that commenced in the year 1806 in the region of Dongri.

Native  as explained me :

” The Native has shared with me that in the year 1806 AD, in a land close to Dongri in Rajasthan, he identified himself as the son, a prince, of the reigning monarch. This individual, known as Rajveer Singh, experienced a previous existence characterised by opulence and regality. Within his kingdom, every conceivable luxury was present, and he derived great pleasure from this former life, surpassing the joys of his present existence. In his previous existence, he displayed great generosity, offering assistance to both nature and his fellow beings. However, it is important to acknowledge that he also engaged in acts of harm, driven by his anger and unbridled emotions.”

In his previous incarnation, the individual’s sibling possessed the same identity as their present existence. This sibling held great significance to the individual, providing substantial assistance throughout their endeavours, particularly in the realm of professional pursuits and romantic romance.

In a previous incarnation, it was seen that the individual of indigenous origin shown a strong devotion towards Lord Shiva, engaging in daily prayers to the deity by balancing on a single leg each morning. However, during his previous incarnation, the individual exhibited a tendency towards aggression and hostility in his interactions with colleagues, subordinates, and military personnel, as well as others in his immediate vicinity, while enjoying a lavish way of life.

rr Decoding Past Life Astrology, Reincarnation & Past life Regression - Part 3 : Unveiling Life's Truths by Astrological Case Study
Astrological Reasoning :

” You can Look at Mars’s Debilitation placement in the 10th house (Following the same routines in the current birth too), 2nd from the 9th house aspecting Both Venus and Mars (1st house and 5th from the 9th house) ”

Native :” Moreover, he recounted an experience in which he was engaged in fervent devotion to Lord Shiva in a secluded area within a dense forest, while balancing on a single leg. During this spiritual endeavour, he unexpectedly encountered the presence of a woman who approached him from behind and forcefully propelled him forward.
As a consequence of this occurrence, he experienced a loss of equilibrium and subsequently descended to the ground, landing on his knee. The individual experienced a profound sense of anger and resentment, likely due to the influence of Mars Debilitation and its aspect on Lagana. On this particular day, the native was engaged in the concluding ritual of a ceremonial procedure. Despite facing significant challenges, the individual made persistent efforts to complete the ritual within the stipulated timeframe, following their departure from the palace. ”
Astrological Reasoning :
” Look at Mars and Moon in Scorpio sign (Hidden places of worshipping) in the D60 chart aspected by Saturn from the 6th house (clearly telling Brutality toward women or lack of emotional balance or sudden turbulence in emotional nature gave him sudden anger in the place of the secret place of worshipping – Scorpio )”.
As I ventured forth, the native elucidated that the lady, in her disturbance, brought about the dissolution of the sacred ceremony, thereby disrupting the sanctity of his worship. This occurrence transpired during the culminating day of the ritual, wherein the native embarked upon a devout journey towards his divine entity. When the observer witnessed the futility of all things, they found themselves unable to restrain their anger, and proceeded to inflict upon the girl a violent and agonising fate, not truly leading to her demise, but rather plunging her into a state of unconsciousness. In the sacred voyage of his yesteryears, this is what manifested.
He shared with me that during his journey of past life regression, he encountered a lady who manifested in his current life as his spouse (his first wife). This manifestation occurred in the year 2008, precisely during the Mars Mahadasha (the period ruled by Mars – Dasha of Uppada lagna) and the Antardasha period of Venus (the lord of the 8th house in Lagana, in conjunction with the 9th lord). This occurrence signifies a profound karmic debt or a connection to past experiences of suffering or events.
It is noteworthy that this manifestation took place during the dasha (period) of the lords of the 8th and 9th houses. In contemplating this matter once more, it becomes evident that the dashas of the lords of the 8th and 9th houses serve as reliable indicators of profound connections to previous birth existences, as well as the interwoven tapestry of accumulated karmic actions, both those presently unfolding (prarabdha) and those yet to manifest (sanchit).

In the pursuit of profound comprehension regarding previous actions and the karmic imprints of past existence, one may explore the profound influence of the native’s 6th Lord Dasha of Jupiter in the Natal chart, residing within the Sagittarius Sign, gracefully positioned within the 4th house in the D60 chart. This celestial arrangement beautifully signifies that the individual was blessed with spiritual enlightenment in their preceding birth, devoutly engaging in daily worship of Lord Shiva within a sacred temple nestled near their regal abode.

In the process of counter-enquiry and analysing the regression journey of the native verbal experience with the natal chart, I found myself in a state of profound contemplation.

As the native continued along his path, he shared with me his experience of encountering frustration with his Saarthi ( one who guided his chariot ) . Each day, he expressed his discontent by subjecting the Saarthi to harsh treatment. However, a moment of profound astonishment arose when it was revealed through regression that this very Saarthi had also been the father of the lady in his recent past.

In the realm of his past life regression journey, he shared with me that a certain lady manifested herself. As he traversed the state of death, this very lady reappeared in his current existence, assuming the form of his present spouse, his first wife. This occurrence took place in the year 2008, during the Mars Mahadasha ( Dasha of UL )  within the Antardasha period of Venus.

It is noteworthy that Venus, the lord of the eighth house, resides in Lagana alongside the ninth lord, establishing a karmic connection from a previous incarnation. This occurrence serves as a profound indication of a deeply ingrained karmic debt or a connection to past suffering or events. It is of particular significance that she appeared during the dasha of the eighth and ninth house lords.

Upon further contemplation, it becomes evident that the manifestations of the 8th and 9th house lords’ dashas serve as profound indicators of the profound interconnections stemming from previous incarnations, as well as the intricate web of accumulated Karmas, encompassing both Prarabdha and Sanchit.

As Explained by Native :
” When Saarthi learned that the prince had brutally treated his daughter, he reported the incident and revolted against the native. further native told me later that he saw in his journey regarding his father of that lady. After he reported, he didn’t say anything else, nor any consequences, nor anything else; he simply overthrew all of his anger and grudge towards the father of that lady (Saarthi).
After that incident, it was a strange fact that the father of that lady, who was once his “Saarthi” and father of that lady in his past birth, was also the father of his Native Spouse in his current birth too. Both instances amply demonstrated that pending karma keeps coming back until the native either expels it or it clears off.
In Native Current Birth, the father of her spouse was the primary person behind the court lawsuit against the native family to torture and harass them, and it was the spouse’s father who was taking the case. It seemed as though some sort of old grudge was involved in it with the members of the native’s family.
Astrological Reasoning :
“Check out that the UL lord (Mangal – Family of Spouse ) is in Debilitation in the 9th house (father and family of the Spouse) from UL and the 10th house from Native Lagana. Again confirming me prarabhda plays its role in this birth too in the same manner too.”

While what he saw in his past journey was also very impressive, Native explained to me further that there was a general in his army in his past birth who always disobeyed his orders and always tried to put restrictions on him whenever he wanted to do something freely. From their childhood days, he used to torture him and always try to apply arm power to the native so that the native wouldn’t go anywhere at a young age, as it was the order given by the native father to that general—never leave him alone and keep an eye on him always like a guard, wherever the native goes, but the native always took this in some other direction with the motive of grudge.

Astrological Reasoning :

“Check out Sun in the 11th house from UL (older brother, in government authority and police), and in the 12th house from the Lagana (Bhadkesha Lord). It was a peculiar reality to learn that during the same life, the same guy had problems in his native life as well as a result of the powers that were held against him by his government.

This again demonstrates that there is some kind of karmic relationship between with that general’s previous incarnation and with the native; this is the reason that in this birth, that general is likewise exacting revenge via the powers vested in him by the government. In a previous life, the natives enjoyed torturing the general when he was older and always displayed his powers towards him; in this life, Prarabdha once again played his role by taking on the role of the general’s husband and brother.”

Native went on to tell me that the general who had appeared in his journey is today his brother-in-law. He is working in the police department at a senior rank, and he is also functioning as the personal security officer and secretary of various ministers. One of the primary antagonists was constantly in a rush to bother locals at whatever cost, and he displayed all of his powers simply so he could realise that he had made the same mistakes in a previous incarnation by chance.

Native informed me further that this was the person who actually was taking revenge for no reason in their current life; he used all of his police powers to mentally harass his whole family by throwing police force into his home, filling out a fake FIR case against his family without any proof or evidence, making a case of fugitive against native with the help of that saarthi (person who runs the chariot) (Now Father of native spouse and that general) in his current birth, and presuming that native.

In the end, it was pretty clear to declare that there are significant ties in the native previous life with the family of the person the native is married to at the present time. The only people Native mentioned to me throughout his voyage into his past lives were those that belonged to the same family as his current wife or girlfriend.

In addition, Native shared with me during his past-birth regression therapy session that his 11th wife was the same woman he was dating at the time he married his current wife; both of them were head over heels in love with one another and loved as if they were one soul. It’s almost like having a soulmate for a partner; it’s the same way with his current native girlfriend, who is still by his side and has given him all of her honesty, loyalty, and love. She is still generous and making an effort to build relationships with the locals and provide support for them.

Astrological Reasoning :

” Check out UL2 (8th from 1st UL (Scorpio Sign) is Gemini Sign, UL2 Lord Mercury is with Venus in Native Lagana aspecting 7th house, again displaying love from Poorva Life (9th lord in 1st house), indicating strong desire from both the pair to say linked in this birth also. Check out UL2 (8th from 1st UL (Scorpio Sign) is Aquarius Sign. Because of this, my love for reincarnation astrology has grown even stronger. “

Native continued by telling me that in his previous incarnation, he had the lifestyle of a king, and that during that time he had several Patraani who were deeply in love with him; roughly ten of them were present. This again proves to be accurate; during the native’s time spent serving in the merchant navy, he travelled to many different countries, and during those travels, he met a large number of female members (Moon in the seventh house, lord of the tenth house in the seventh house, exchange of both the seventh and tenth houses—many relationships) who were deeply in love with the native and who always took care of him with genuine love and devotion.

Mercury and Venus are conjugated in lagana in the Native American natal chart. This means that they are facing the moon in the seventh house, which represents a diversity of romantic partnerships. Also, the 7th lord Mars is in a debilitated position in the 10th house, which is the sign of Cancer (a water sign), which indicates that he formed many partnerships when he was travelling over the ocean (Jara Yoga). This provides further evidence that past birth connections exist, as well as the existence of numerous linkages with female members and locals who continue this pattern in current birth as well.

Astrological Explanation of Past life Karma

Now, let me explain further how everything can be seen astrologically: Native Lagana is Libra (confirming me as a person with kingly style life standards and a lover of justice, truth, and balance in current life with a taste of beauty and style). As I have already explained earlier, a native is having Malavya Yoga. He must be living lavishly with high standards in life; hence, it is proven that a native brought the same thing in his current birth too, all the habits, qualities, and attributes of his past birth.

In my last article on “Past Birth Karma,” I have already explained that the 9th house should be seen for all the Sanchit Karmas (past life) and should be taken as a seed house for past birth, which means we can take it as a reference for past birth lagana. The reason being that D60 lagana changes within a fraction of minutes, and unless and until we are confirmed with accurate birth times, we can’t make it a final varga for past life assessment. Now, for a better understanding of past birth, treat the 9th house as past birth Lagana; in the native case, Gemini Lagana should be treated as past birth Lagana.

In the native case, if we take Gemini as Lagana, Gemini will be rising, and its lord Mercury is with Venus, falling in 5th (Punya of the past). It also happens to be Laganesh in Libra, forming Malvaya yoga (luxurious and kingly style of life), Adhi yoga (a king and chief of the army), and Raja Laxmi yoga (a fortunate and higher yoga of achievements).

In the native case, both Mercury and Venus are falling in the 5th from the 9th house, which means Lagana will act as “Purva Punya Karama “for the 9th house, indicating past birth good deeds. Simply the fruits of your past birth good karmas, as both the 9th Lord and Laganesh are forming Raja Yogas in the 1st house, clearly telling me natives will enjoy king-like status and will belong from a kingly background in their current lives too because of past birth good actions and deeds.

Now, this is quite true to say, 9th lord in Lagana: a self-made man who will be known for his kinglyship; here both the planets are 5th (Punya or fruits of Punya) from the 9th house of past birth, telling natives that they will be treated as ideals in their past birth or maybe a famous person known for their great kingship, nature, and big hearts. Anything 5th from any Bhava indicates the Purva Punya of Bhava it is placed from, or the fruits you will get because of your Punyas or good deeds you have done in the past or your willingness to do good for others benefits means the native will continue to enjoy his luxurious lifestyle in this birth too, whenever Mercury and Venus Dasha periods will be operative in his life.

Moving further, the Native having Ketu in the 5th bhava, 9th from 9th house (what native actually did by which native is getting Punya to this birth or simply can be said Bhagaya or root connected with the past), 9th to 9th indicates the luck of that previous bhava.

The 5th house is actually the Purva puna ya Bhava from the Lagana, which indicates what you did in the past by being placed in the 9th house, and also the bhava of Bhakti or Pooja, or the devotion you did in the past by also indicating your strong faith in the deity. 9th to any bhava is the Bhagaya connected with the Bhava. Here, Ketu in the 5th house is placed 9th from the 9th house, indicating the bhagaya of the 9th house (Gemini, the past birth Lagana).

Here, indicating that the native might be very spiritual indeed and should be a devotee of that Avtaar that has no form, i.e., Sada Shiva or Narayana (Ketu-Aquarius) which is quite true in the native case as he devoted Para Brahma avatar of Shiva in the past. The disposition lord of the 5th house is Saturn placed in the 11th house in Leo with Jupiter and Rahu, where Jupiter is the 6th lord too, again confirming Prarabdha connected with the bhakti of the native in the past, as the presence of Rahu also shows some sort of disturbance occurred in the bhakti too.
The 5th Lord is in the Sign of Leo (Sign of Shiva) with Jupiter (the A form, which has greater meaning). The question is: if the native was such a devotee in his past birth, a great donor, and a helping king, then why did he face so much suffering in this current birth?
Now, here comes the next picture: 4th to any bhava indicates happiness connected with those bhava; 4th from Gemini is the Virgo sign, where the sun is placed in the 12th house from Lagana; and 4th is the disposition sign of Atmakarka Saturn. 4th from 9th house is “the Storage of Sanchit/Past Birth Karama “. Native belonged to a royal family and was a worshipper of the family deity belonging to the sun (Lord Shiva). As natives reported to me, he was also a strong devotee of Lord Shiva in his birth and is still doing hard worship of Lord Shiva.

Understanding Past life Karma via Nadi Astrology Method

AdobeStock 600627611 scaled Decoding Past Life Astrology, Reincarnation & Past life Regression - Part 3 : Unveiling Life's Truths by Astrological Case Study

Note: Nadi method to check previous life:

If we look at it from the Nadi perspective, we need to regress (moving backward to previous placement to see the immediate past life of the native (Jeeva), Jupiter progression (forward) shows about Jeeva’s current life growth and regression shows about how Jeeva has gone through his previous life) the Placement of Jupiter (in 10th house) (which is currently placed in 11th house), which will go back in the native 10th house over Mangal in If the Native’s Jupiter and Moon are in a trine with Mars, and Mars is in a trine with Jupiter, it is apparent that in a prior life, he had a position of royalty.

From Jamini Angle, from Lagana Sun is Bhadhakesha Lord, being lord of the 11th house for Chara Lagna (indicating previous birth deity) is placed in the 12th house from the Lagana, bhadhakesha in the 12th house (meaning a place where natives used to do worshipping) is considered to be a good placement for bhadhaka among all placements of bhadhaka in the natal chart for removal of all troubles, also indicates that the native was a devotee of Lord Shiva (Sun – Shiva).

Atamakarka lord (5th lord Saturn) is placed in the 11th house in Bhadhaka House with 3rd and 6th lord Jupiter (who is the 10th lord from the 9th house, indicating what Karama you have done in past birth), with 5th lord Rahu clearly indicating the disturbance happening or even happening in Bhakti at the place of worshipping in the past.

12th from Bhadkesha Lord Sun having Jupiter (6th Lord), Saturn (5th Lord), and Rahu (5th Lord) means something bad happened in the place of native worshipping in the past, which is resulting in suffering in current birth and anger to worshipping deity “Lord Shiva”; Moreover, with 3 planets placed in the bhadhaka house, the placement of Saturn and Rahu also happened to be in the 12th house from the Bhadkesha Lord Sun, further showing mismanagement (Saturn) or some sort of disastrous (Rahu) happened in the place of worshipping with Jupiter (event is something related to devotion, in the sign of eo-Bhakti).

Further, Jupiter is the 6th lord and is also placed in the 6th from the 6th house (punishment of the praradbha), and the 11th is also the 6th from the 6th, which means punishment of the diety as a result of karma you have done in the past, clearly telling me what action the native did in his past birth.

If we see the root cause, Jupiter also happens to be the lord of the 3rd house, which is also further placed in the 11th house, falling from the 9th to the 3rd, further confirming the past birth Karma phala (action). This shows the native had done something bad in the place of worship by beating that lady, and as a result, a lady came into his family in the form of his spouse (shows Rinna of past life) just to take revenge and realise suffering to the native, which is what all natives had faced after marriage, and all these sufferings are counted as a result of Native Praradbha Karam.

All the suffering that the native gave to the lady came to him as a matter of his bad deeds because of his uncontrolled anger. This clearly shows the whole matter was connected with the place of worshipping in past birth, and the involvement of the 3rd lord (arms, courage, and power) and the 6th lord Jupiter (suffering, debit, and Praradbha karma) confirms the actions in the past.

Hence, it is proved that past birth does come in the same way; maybe later, but it will come back to you to realise what you have done as a result of your Prarabhdha karma. All three planets are also placed in the 11th house, also indicating desires from the past, and also in the house of Bhadhakasthan (Karka of Root Desire—Rahu is there in Leo—indicating root reason of past birth—Disturbance in Bhakti (Sign of 5th Leo)) with 6th Lord Jupiter and Saturn, which signifies that whenever Rahu, Saturn, and Jupiter Dasha period will be operative, Native may face lots of unknown hurdles in its life because of his past birth bad deeds, or you can say praradbha karma.

This actually started after the Rahu Mahadasha period in 2009, when the native started facing sudden problems in his life in the same Antar Dasha period. Native lost everything because of his past deeds or actions done to him unintentionally.
It was not the native dire intention to hurt that lady, but it happened because of his controlled anger, which further shows the unhappiness and anger of Lord Shiva (Rudra) in the form of miseries in this birth. Lord Shiva is considered the Serpent God, and Rahu is the ruler of the serpents and Bhadha, which further shows the Rahu Dasha period would be the main root dasha for triggering these life sufferings in his current life. Placement and the Dasha period of the Rahu are clearly telling about the root reason for past birth desires.
When I further inquired with Native about that lady regarding his brutal action in his last birth after the regression therapy, Native reported to me that he was doing a great sadhana of Lord Shiva in the jungle, in an isolated place in a dense jungle. He left everything just for the love of Lord Shiva with his single leg, and he was very happy as the sadhana was about to complete or end soon when suddenly he felt someone push him forward, and he lost all his control and his penance got broke.
It was a major break in his sadhana, which influenced native anger. As a result, the native brutally beat that lady to a state of death, and now the native is facing suffering and misery on account of the same in his current birth.
Further Native told me he was very courageous as well as brave and violent in his nature, having a straight-forward approach to everything in his life.

It is quite easy to understand in this life, too. Mars is at his debilitation point in the 10th house in the sign of cancer, having an exchange with the moon, and Mars is giving the result of the sign aries as well (showing native courage and valor). He is also falling into the 2nd house (speech) from the 9th house. Further, Rahu, Saturn, and Jupiter also fall in the 3rd house from the 9th house (indicating bravery and courage) in his past lives, and it’s also another reason for rebirth because of his killing and brutality towards others.

Native also reported to me that from the beginning of his past birth, it was his dire desire to go to a place near water. He had a great love for water and a passion for ocean travel. As a result of his strong past desire, Native travelled across the world via ships and air mediums via his merchant navy profession (water travel is seen from the signs cancer and moon, and air travel is seen from the airy signs Rahu).

The Moon’s placement in the 7th house of the Aries sign and the 7th Lord Mars’ placement in the 10th house of the water sign, both of which clearly demonstrate a great passion for water and the oceans, have confirmed this. Both Moon and Mars are in 4/10 relationships and will also be in exchange yoga with each other, with the 7th and 10th exchange falling in the 11th house from the 9th house (past birth desire), indicating gain via travelling in the ocean in this birth as a result of the past desire.
Native further told me that he had 11 queens in his past life, and again, it was true, as further confirmed while discussing with Native. Wherever a native went to any country, he was having relationships with women, and all the women have always shown so much love towards him, which actually appeared like a relationship with the spouse. The fact that Mercury and Venus are in the first house and are aspecting the seventh house—a strong desire from a previous birth—and that the seventh lord is associated with the tenth lord, who also exhibits Jara Yoga and has multiple relationships in the present life, confirms this.

Conclusion:

Therefore, it is rather clear to claim that the processes of previous lives and incarnations have had a larger role in this current birth and suffering. This conclusion can be drawn from the case study that was just presented. I am expecting that now people can comprehend how to use past-life astrological principles with current birth sufferings, which I have mentioned above via native horoscopes and the past-life regression process of natives. I have explained this information via native horoscopes and the past-life regression process of natives. In the future, I plan to do additional case studies on former life astrology principles in order to provide users with a deeper comprehension of their own past lives.

I really hope that you have enjoyed both the aspects of previous life astrology that have been revealed by past life regression as well as the astrological methods that have been used to comprehend how one’s past and present lives are intertwined with one another.

Therefore, I urge you to spread the word, provide feedback, and continue your education with Vedic Siddhanta and do not forget to like comment, share, spread and clicking on the ad that can help me to write more such articles.

Introduction

This article, which I published in 2017 in the thick winter of Jammu and Kashmir, analyses the profound mysteries of past life astrology and the connection between past life regression and true life events of the native, whom I met through the close connection of a friend. The article is based on real-life facts and the events that I gathered through the investigation of the life events of natives in a mystical journey of native past and present life connections from the years 2009 to 2017 onward. An interesting point is that, when I was doing deep research on native life, Saturn transited over my Natal Ketu in the sign of Sagittarius in the winter of 2017.

Past Life Astrology, Idea and Experience

In spite of the fact that I have no intention of disclosing the identity of the native nor drawing attention to the native’s private life concerns, the purpose of this article is to investigate the profound secrets of past life astrology and the relationship between past life regression and how these practices might assist us in evolving beyond them.

This article’s purpose is to provide a comprehensive discussion on the ways in which past life astrology and past life regression can assist you in comprehending the profound challenges you face in this life that remain unsolved but for which there are solutions that can be found by reading this article. It is my sincere wish that you will find this post fascinating to read by using the techniques of Vedic astrology and previous life regression.

Purpose of this Article : Why Past Life Astrology ?

The purpose of this article is to facilitate self-learning, foster comprehension, and facilitate personal growth in the realms of self-awareness and self-realization. Its aim is to assist individuals in comprehending and advancing their spiritual journey towards unity, spirituality, and in the pursuit of truth, which can be partially understood through the analysis of one’s birth chart. However, it is important to note that a comprehensive understanding can only be provided by a yogi or Siddha purush  ( A spiritual master) . In times of adversity, the acquisition of knowledge can serve as a guiding force, illuminating the way towards truth and enlightenment.

Now, let us commence the process of unravelling the intricate enigma of indigenous life experiences, systematically exploring each narrative through an engaging storytelling approach, articulated in my own unique manner with the help of Bhagavad Gita Quotes, Vedic Astrology principals, and little understanding on the  karma, Past life astrology and the past life regression principals.

I have high hopes that you will adore this.

What is past life Astrology ?

Have you ever wondered about the mysteries of your past lives? Do you believe that your current life is influenced by the events and experiences of your previous incarnations? If so, past-life astrology and regression might hold the key to unlocking the secrets of your soul’s journey.

Past-life astrology is a branch of astrology that focuses on exploring the connection between your birth chart and your previous lives. It believes that the positions of the planets and other celestial bodies at the time of your birth can provide clues about your past life experiences, lessons, and karmic patterns.

By analyzing your birth chart, an experienced past life astrologer can uncover information about your past lives, such as the time period, geographical location, and significant relationships. This knowledge can help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the patterns that may be influencing your current life.

Author View on Past Life Astrology, Spirituality and Karma cycle

Although there is no other way to understand the past birth Karama process or what the soul went through in the previous birth or what it will bring to the new birth, God’s way and process of management and operations are way beyond our imagination to comprehend how the life and soul cycle is moving around the birth and death cycle.

This is despite the fact that there is no other way to understand the past birth Karama process. Because we are physiologically extremely small electrically charged energies existing in physical bodies with restrictions up to the material universe, it is not an easy task to explain the life cycle in a straightforward and simple manner.

We won’t be able to comprehend how the deeper roots of the soul’s karmic accounts are related to the cycle of life and death until we are able to cultivate our Kundalini Shakti through intense spiritual penance. Until then, we won’t be able to do anything about it.

Role of Yogic Kriyas, Yogis and Past Life Astrology

We are neither yogic people nor are we born as godly souls with extraordinary sensory abilities that allow us to experience futuristic visions or dreams and be able to understand for what purpose we took birth; however, there are certain methods through which we can understand how our past births are connected with our past karmas.

Past life regression therapy ( PLR)  is one of the common methods, and having extraordinary astrological knowledge about studying past birth astrological cases via various astrological charts is another.  However, in order to be successful, astrologers need to have a lot of experience collecting and analysing various life experiences with natal charts.

Context of Writing Article on Past life Astrology

In this post, I have done the best I can to explain the processes of past birth astrology and incarnations as well as how a soul is associated with both prior and current karmas using the information and understanding that I have of certain astrological principles outlined in the Jamini and Nadi Sutras.

I hope that you find this article helpful. Even yet, there are a great number of gaps and inexplicable occurrences, making it impossible for me to explain everything in clear English. However, a yogi or a saint can better explain and comprehend everything on a deeper level thanks to their respective spiritual and yogic shaktis.

It is possible to communicate spirituality more effectively by using straightforward language and by taking a deeper and more nuanced approach to elucidating the Karama and rebirth processes.

When a soul undergoes rebirth into a new body, it forgets everything; the only things that remain attached to the soul are its qualities, which include its previous memories, activities, talents, skills, learning, and sufferings, as well as the events that occurred while the body was in existence.

The most significant aspect of this reality is the fact that the soul never forgets the very last instant before it departs from its physical body. The soul also retains a memory of how it feels right before it leaves its physical body and begins its trip to the hereafter.

Vedic Astrological Rules for Past Life Astrology

Vedic astrology, rooted in the Vedas, Hinduism’s oldest sacred texts, emphasizes the connection between celestial phenomena and human experience. This astrological practice is based on the belief that the positions of celestial bodies at the time of an individual’s birth can influence their personality, life path, and karmic experiences.

Fundamentals of Past life Astrology

The fundamental principles of Vedic astrology include the influence of planets, the twelve zodiac signs, and the birth chart (Kundali). Each of the nine planets—Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, and the ascending and descending lunar nodes—plays a crucial role in shaping an individual’s destiny. These celestial bodies interact with the twelve signs of the zodiac, which represent different aspects of human life and personality traits. The birth chart serves as a blueprint of an individual’s life, illustrating how these planetary influences manifest throughout their existence.

Vedic vs Western Astrology in Past life Astrology

One key distinction between Vedic astrology and Western astrology lies in their approaches to karma and past life influences. While Western astrology often focusses on personality analysis and psychological aspects, Vedic astrology delves deeper into the concept of karma, positing that one’s present life circumstances are the result of past life actions. This perspective encourages individuals to acknowledge their past life influences, facilitating better understanding and resolution of current challenges.

More calculations based on the sidereal zodiac further enhance predictive accuracy in Vedic astrology, offering a unique and holistic view of one’s life journey.

Vedic philosophy and concept of past life Astrology

Vedic philosophy intricately weaves the notion of past lives into the understanding of the self, karma, and the cycle of rebirth. Central to this perspective is the concept of karma, which asserts that every action—be it good or bad—creates an impression that influences future experiences. This belief posits that the consequences of one’s deeds not only manifest in the present life but can also extend across multiple incarnations. Therefore, this belief views individuals as continuous beings shaped by their past incarnations.

Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads and Past life Astrology

Vedic texts, particularly the Bhagavad Gita and the Upanishads, delve into these profound ideas, elucidating the concept of the soul (Atman) embarking on a series of rebirths. The Bhagavad Gita introduces the principle of eternal life, asserting that the soul is cyclical in nature, simply transitioning from one body to another. This cycle of samsara, or wandering through various forms of life, emphasises the importance of one’s actions in shaping the future incarnations.

Upanishads and Soul Understanding ( Knowledge of Self Realization )

The Upanishads expand on these themes by discussing the relationship between karma and the soul’s liberation (moksha). They indicate that understanding and mastering one’s karma is essential for breaking free from the cycle of birth and death. This liberation signifies the culmination of a spiritual journey where the soul reunites with the ultimate reality, transcending the material world. Through meditation and self-realization, individuals can attain insight into their past lives, fostering a deeper comprehension of their current life’s challenges and experiences.

Overall, Vedic philosophy provides a rich and nuanced framework for exploring the concept of past lives, emphasising the interconnectedness of actions, consequences, and spiritual growth across multiple lifetimes.

Astrological Indicators of Past Life Astrology and Karma

Specific astrological indicators are critical in Vedic astrology for interpreting past life karma within an individual’s celestial chart. These indicators primarily include the positioning of particular planets, houses, and zodiac signs, which often reveal significant experiences and lessons carried over from past incarnations. A planetary alignment could point to unresolved seismic issues, denoting areas of both challenge and opportunity.

Understanding Karmic Planets in the Past Life Astrology

One of the key players in this analysis is the planet Saturn, often referred to as the planet of karma. Its placement can indicate past life responsibilities and the consequences of previous actions. For instance, if Saturn resides in the fourth house, it may imply lessons related to home, family, or emotional stability, suggesting that these themes have historical roots that need addressing in this lifetime.

Role of the 12th House in Past life Astrology

Furthermore, the twelfth house commonly represents past life experiences and hidden aspects of one’s self. Planets or specific signs that prominently activate this house may suggest that the individual is carrying forward unresolved issues or debts from previous lives. The North and South Nodes of the Moon, known as Rahu and Ketu, play a significant role; they represent the lessons the soul must learn (Rahu) and the tendencies it must overcome (Ketu), offering further insight into karmic patterns.

Role of the Navamsa ( D9) chart in Past life astrology

Another vital analytical tool in this context is the Navamsa chart, or the D-9 chart, which offers deeper insights into an individual’s spiritual and relational karma. By examining the Navamsa chart, astrologers can uncover past life influences that are affecting one’s current relationships and personal growth. For example, a significant placement in the seventh house of the Navamsa may indicate unresolved issues with partnerships that have spiritual roots and need careful navigation in this lifetime.

By thoughtfully analyzing these astrological factors, one can gain a more profound understanding of their past life karma, ultimately aiding in the journey of self-discovery and spiritual development.

Applications of Past Life Astrology

Past life astrology offers a profound lens through which individuals can gain insights into their current life dynamics. By examining astrological placements and karmic debts from previous incarnations, one can decipher the influences that shape present experiences, relationships, and personal growth. Understanding these past life implications not only fosters introspection but also paves the way for self-improvement and healing.

Past life Astrology and Personal Growth

Personal growth is one practical application of past-life astrology. Individuals can analyse their natal charts to identify recurring themes or patterns that hinder their progress. For instance, an individual consistently facing challenges in relationships may benefit from understanding a past life’s lesson related to trust or communication. By acknowledging and addressing these issues, individuals can implement strategies to break negative cycles and foster healthier interactions.

Understanding Relationships via Past life Astrology

Relationship dynamics is another significant area where past-life astrology plays a crucial role. By comparing charts with significant others, one can reveal karmic connections and unresolved issues stemming from previous lives. This astrological insight helps individuals navigate their relationships with awareness, enabling them to resolve past conflicts and create a more harmonious connection. Embracing these revelations allows for deeper emotional intimacy and encourages forgiveness.

Sadhna, Meditation, Spiritual practices and the Past life Astrology

Moreover, spiritual practices such as meditation and rituals can be instrumental in working through past life issues. Engaging in guided meditations focused on past life regression can facilitate the release of old traumas and help individuals align with their soul’s purpose in this lifetime. Incorporating rituals that honor past life energies can also aid in karmic healing, promoting a sense of closure and renewal.

Conclusion of Application of Past life Astrology

In conclusion, integrating insights from past life astrology into daily life can enhance personal growth, improve relationships, and facilitate holistic healing. By actively engaging with these tools, individuals can embark on a journey toward self-discovery, transforming past influences into pathways for a more fulfilling life.

Before Moving forward we need to understand few astrological pointers to decipher past life  astrology clues :

Decoding Natal Planetary Placements, Prarabdha karma and Past Life Astrology

Firefly Karmic Lessons and Bondages 16479 scaled Mystery of Past Life Astrology and Past Life Regression decoded -Part 1: Astrological case study of Past Life

Any planetary placement in the natal chart sheds light on the Prarabdha and pending karma that are associated with the corresponding house. It’s only a sketch of your history, showing how Prarabdha and Rina were tied to that living creature and the house.

God has a plan for you when you are born into this world, and one of those plans is for you to either realise the prarabha, liberate yourself, or achieve moksha. However, only a yogi has the ability to free themselves from the bonds of their karma. What about the average member of the human race?

The second reason for this is that you are obligated to provide or do seva with regard to the bhava in question and any living creature that is considered to be a member of mankind. In layman’s terms, the second type of karma is known as your punya karma, which refers to your good deeds in the here and now.

The consequence of that punya, which you will receive in your subsequent birth, is that only God knows what he has in store for you.

Simply said, it is to carry out the obligation or duty that has been entrusted to you for the sake of a greater cause or to take part in the activities associated with that divine cause.

Role of the 9th house in Past life Astrology
  • To understand astrology, readers should focus on the basic fundamentals in Jyotish, i.e., 9th is the bhagya, fortune, and root connection with any house; 4th shows it happiness, Mood & content nature  – good or bad it all depends how well any house is placed 4th from any bhava, it is the storage house of any  bhava that impacts your mind, happiness and mood ; 5th shows its purva punya; 7th shows its complement or completeness or an added part to it that helps to grow; 8th from any bhava shows its length or longevity; debts or missing dots; and 10th from any bhava shows karmic actions to any bhava.
Role of the Trik Bhavas ( 6th, 8th and 12th house) in Past life Astrology
  • The 6th, 8th, and 12th lords ( Moksha Trikona) in natal charts reveal what you have inherited from the past, as well as what you have done and what you have left behind as in karmic state. The sixth house and its lord are concerned with the deeds, both good and evil, that resulted from your actions in the past. In your current birth, the sixth house reveals the service that you are obligated to perform for any given cause, its your house of action to the past life that is seen from 9th house that shows many karmic journeys of past life native has gone through.
Role of Jeeva Signs ( Sagittarius ) and Jeeva Graha ( Jupiter)
  • Same way Sagittarius sign ( 9th Sign ) , Retrograde Jupiter &  9th house shows root issues of past life that bind soul from many life journeys. This 9th house, also known as the “Blessings of the Past and New Life Mission of the Present” house, represents what you already have done.
  • Happy fruits from the past, which are the Dharama you have done in the past and received from the Dharama master ( Teacher and your Father ) , are the same Dharma that you have to spread again. It’s your sanchit karma, so deal with it. You must also give to others in order to maintain the temple in which you currently worship.
  • It’s the blessings you received in the past that you now have a responsibility to bestow upon others in the same way. You have an obligation to keep the promise that the Guru made to you in the distant past.
Role of the 12th House in Past life Astrology
  • The 12th House, often known as the Root House of the Past Karmas, Storage of the karma, Subconscious part of the  life that is hidden in nature, ones private life that is connected with sleep and subconscious mind which is fourth from the ninth is the twelfth, which is the Rina of the Past or any debt that you have to exhaust in this life by giving it to the person with whom you are associated in current life.

  • It’s like going back in time to the house of debts. It’s the one that causes the most trouble. It is the domain of settling old obligations from the past.
  • Reason being our mind is the storage house of all the seen and unseen karmic actions  that’s why moon bring back all the karmic actions of past and is deeply connected with out present life.
Role of the 6th house ( Actions of Past life ) in Past Life Astrology
  • 10th place from 9th is 6th, hence this is the 6th house. (Deeds Committed in the Past): This is what you did in the past, and in the same way, you have to examine the causes and ramifications of those actions in this incarnation of yourself.
  • You will now witness the results of your actions. It comes down to Karma from the Past vs Karma from the Current Birth.
  • It is your prardbha; it cannot be undone; it must pay back with the same degree of ferocity and anguish as it originally caused.
Role of the 8th house in Past Life Astrology
  • 8th House: The Root Cause of Rebirth is located in the 8th House (12th from 9th). This indicates that whatever you have left to do, you need to complete it right away.
  • Unfinished Business that needs to be paid back. The same manner you bring about the downfall of others and the suffering that comes along with it, you will also have to experience the downfall of your own.
  • It’s Tat for Tat at this point. The same way that you transform other people is the same way that you see your own transformations occurring via the experiences and challenges that you go through in life.
Role of the 5th house in Past life Astrology ( Poorva Punya Karmas )
  • 5th House: 9th from 9th is 5th (Learning of Pasts- Poorva Punya Karma ): This represents what you have learnt in the past that you are responsible for passing on to other people and teaching them.
  • It’s your Sanchita, it’s your Dharma, and it’s the results of what you’ve done in the past in the form of good deeds in many past journeys of life.
Role of Retrograde Planets in Past Life Astrology
  •  Retrograde planets in the chart shows what that burning desire, wish, or unfinished karma is that the native wants to complete in this life; house placements show the area of that desire or karma.
  •  Retrograde Jupiter shows past life native experiences, all sorts of environments, and everything about the past when you regress it back, whereas direct motion shows about these life native actions.
  • Same way Retrograde Saturn is all about your total karma and shows relationships with actions of past, present & future life.
Role of the Rahu-Ketu ( Nodes ) in Past life Astrology
  •  Ketu is all about what you have already learnt, exhausted, and experienced in a past incarnation, while Rahu is all about what natives want to experience, which is burning in current life because of unfinished business and karmic leftovers.
  • Both Rahu and Ketu show burning desires from a previous existence. Because of this, everything that we try to learn and experience in this revolves around on the karmic punishment that a native has to go through when nodes afflict any bhava or planet in natal chat.
  • This is the reason why this is the case of current life leftovers and burning desires that one need to counter in any case.

Decoding Vedic Astrology Dasha system and how does it impacts our Karma and life-cycle

Dasha Predictions Decoding Vedic Astrology Dasha system and how does it impacts our Karma and life-cycle

Vedic Astrology Dasha Systems

What is Dasha period ?  How does it impact our Karma and life-cycle ?

Dasha is all about your total sanchit karma , the storage point of all the Karma’s that you have gathered from the total birth journeys. It has two major points one should always keep in mind; major portion of dasha period speaks about  your prarabdha karma that is we can only see from the placement of the planets in the natal chart, means your all the bad deeds from the portion of total accumulated karma’s rest of the Karma is your sanchit karma (Left behind) where it shows good part of karma that can be trigger at any moment in native life. Choices always depends on your prayers and good deeds, they are changeable in nature. That’s the reason whenever there is an adverse dasha running in your natal chart it is very hard to avoid the results of the dasha period  as they represents all the misdeeds in the form of prarabdha karma. But if your 9th house or its lord is well placed or there are placement of beneficial planets in the 9th house or lagnesh ( 1st house lord) or 9th lord is forming relationship with each other you can get relaxation in the form of remedies. For remedies to work there should be a good linkage between 9th, lagna and 12th house if 9th is not forming any relationship with the said houses it is very difficult for a native to get expected results for their respective remedies. 9th house is the house of higher god, dharma and prayers, if it is well disposed it is possibly a good reason one can expect the results of remedies soon. Majorly karmic remedies always start working in your life via the 9th house activation with the help of Guru or a good jyotishi guidance. Majorly Dasha period speaks about your temporary Karma’s that one has to face during the time period those are difficult to change and that can trigger at any moment in any fixed duration. But when that results can comes in your life is totally dependent on the transit of the major planets like Saturn, Jupiter and Rahu/ketu over your natal planets. Transits are the delivery boy and dasha period is your parcel of all the Karma’s. When that event has to come only deliver boy can decides it. Transits has major role in transforming your whole life as they indicates about the actions period of the karma or in layman language it shows the timing of the events. Transits are indicative of the new karmas that one can do during the dasha period. It gives you a chance to work on your self, improve your life and do good deeds in the form of kiryamana karma ( The new Karma). Generally we can know the kiryamana karma by the Prashna chart  or by the 6th and 10th lord in natal chart.

In Dasha Systems, Vimshottari Dasha is most famous among all. Vimshottari Dasha that operates in any native life explains about certain life events those are in sync with your age like if Saturn MD or AD dasha operates in the age of 36 native will learn, grows or matures a lot w.r.t to his life lessons, karma, Career and he will meet many people in his life which will totally changes his experiences, wisdom and thinking power. Same way if Mercury dasha operates at the 32 of age of he will experience certain learning experiences wrt to expanding his social circle, meeting and leaving new friends, enhancing new skills, learning new sets of logic’s, improving intelligence etc. Thing is Purpose of every dasha beginning is to teaches you certain life lessons and understanding your life path at those fixed age. Vimsotri dasha is all about understanding and experiencing your Prarabdha and sanchit karmas and when certain transits align or meet with these dasha periods native life get total change in his life and in this new life cycle and life experiences both the Rahu/Ketu plays very a major and important roles in either giving you or taking everything you have in their Dashas and transits over natal chart.

The Biggest truth of planetary motion is  that they have major role in impacting human life cycle and certain karmas. The greatest impact of planetary force on human being is it can effect your state of mind, decision making, circumstances, situations, appearance, aura, and most importantly all the personality traits are dependent on the transits and dashas and it has greater impact on human mind first. Vimshottari dasha is one such tool you can read and analyze it well and in my observation Vimshottari dasha is all about your traits and planetary placements from the moon in natal chart, which can read your mind setup, environment and circumstances. That’s the reason I prefer to see vimsotri dasha first-most for all the human traits those can impact your status of mind, thoughts and decision making. One should always gives much focus on all these parameters while analysing the vimsotri dasha and impact of planetary force on human mind setup but one of major loophole in vimsotri dasha is decision of karma is always pending in your hand in any of the dasha period. your Agami karma always decides your kiryamani karma,so do not ignore the importance and purpose of birth given to you over vimsotri dasha.Your birth is all about your current karma over previous prarabdha.

In This article we will try to learn about all the Major dashas system and we will explain each dashas in their consecutive parts in future articles. So first lets try to understand  different dasha systems we can use in natal chart one by one.Among all Most famous is Vimshottari Dasha respectively and rest of the dasha periods are used according to their requirements and condition’s in natal chart.

1)Vimshottari Dasha:

Most Known Dasha System based on Movement of Moon on the progression of Nakashtras at the time of birth (Tithi – Longitudinal distance of Sun and Moon).Total 9 Nakashtras Forms a complete 120 year of dasha system as equals as life cycle in kaliyug, as suggested by some of sages. It is presumed as total life span of human being in kaliyug would be of around about 100 to 120 years.

Total Nakashtras are 27 ( 9*3 = 27 Nakashtras – forms 3 different Nakashtras based progressive Vimsotri Dasha system). for e.g If one is Born in Jyestha Nakashtra – Dasha of the native will starts from Mercury ( Lord of Jyestha) and it goes further up-to rest of 8 Nakashtras, like Moola ( Ketu Dasha) ,Poorva ashada ( Lord Venus) and finally it will end at Uttrabhadra Nakaashtra (Lord Saturn). Every Preceding Nakashtra has Major role in Forming Mental Setup of Native during the progressions of Vimsotri Dasha lords in VM Dasha system .Starting point of Dasha system is Ashwani (Nakashatra lord is Ketu) and end of Dasha system is Revti Nakashtra.

VMD Dasha System is a Commonly used Dasha system but Less in its accuracy and timing Events, in its application & usage, if one is not aware of Usage of Nakashtras and Degree Concepts with accurate Birth time in VMD system, than its not easy to Use it wisely with perfection, VMD perfection need case studies of lots of people and in depth knowledge of Nakashtras, Degrees, Padas and art of Birth time rectification process. So, what i believe is knowledge of Degrees and Nakashtras is must while timing events in VMD Dasha system.

If during the birth, Moon is Stronger in strength; means birth In Brighter nights (Shukala Pakasha), we considered Moon as Stronger. During Brighter Nights Moon is ahead of Sun and more powerful to receive Sun Beneficial Rays which are directly gone impact people mindset, who will take birth in earth during this period of time.

Most of Beneficial Works are done in Shukala Pakasha tithis. Even in Bhagwada Geeta it is Mentioned as – Birth in Shukala Paksha leads to Heaven and people who gone die at same tithi and same Pakasha never come back to earth in material world.

Those who are Born in Krishana Pakasha they used to come back to material world again and again until and unless karmic balance is equals to zero. So, those people who are born in Brighter Nights (Shukala Pakasha tithi ), can use VMD Dasha system blindly in Natal and Divisional Charts without any 2 views.
For its applicability, Check the Strength of VMD Dasha lords by Making Moon as Reference Point and Extracts the result of VMD Dasha lord by its Nakashtra and its Lord in Natal Chart.
Those who are Born in Darker Nights ( Krishna Pakasha), we considered Moon as weaker being in darker side of Sun, not able to receive full rays of Sun. Those people who are born in Krishna Pakasha Tithi – Either they should use Yogini Dasha System or Ancient Dasha system based on 108 years of cycle (Ashtottari Dasha system) as explained by Lord Shiva for timing events and Dasha results in Kaliyug.
Moon & Nakashtras are the base for Vimshottari Dasha System & it should be given Higher Priority over Planets placement in Natal and Divisional charts while analyzing Results for any Dasha Period ( Either it is MD , Ad or PD or Sookashmaa Dasha). VMD Gives Events based on what Mind Will Show and Experience you a Picture.
In My calculation its Accuracy is 60-70%.

2) Yogini Dasha System:

Best Dasha System Used in Kalyug for timing Events based on 8 Yoginis and Starting from Moon Nakashtara.Goddess Parvati asked Lord Shiva, “There are innumerable dasha systems in astrology, but in the Kaliyuga, which dasha would tell us in a flash the results of a person’s Karma?.”Lord Shiva said, “It is the Yogini dasha.” And thus Lord Shiva revealed this dasha to Goddess Parvati. In the Kaliyuga, after careful examination of this dasha on a chart, the results do not go wrong. By knowing the mere name of the Yogini operating for a person, the things happening in the life of that person during the period of Yogini can be known.

According the Rudrayamal, the Yogini dasha gives excellent results in Kaliyuga:

There are eight types of Yoginis: Mangala, Pingala, Dhanya, Bhramari, Bhadrika, Ulka, Siddha and Sankata. It is believed that the planets Moon, Sun, Jupiter, Mars, Mercury, Saturn, Venus and Rahu have evolved respectively from the Yoginis Mangala, Pingala, etc.

The total duration of Yogini Dasha is 36 years. Shorter the Dasha system is More accurate is the result.

It is the Best Dasha System for timing events based on Nakshtras unconditionally. Yogini dasha is a nakshatrika dasha based on the nakshatra of the Moon at the time of birth.Quite Accurate in predicting events approximately about 90 to 95 % what i believe in its usage.

3) Ashtottari Dasha System:

Ashtottari dasa is also another Dasha System based on Nakshtras but it is conditional Dasha System applicable on Some of Conditions and perhaps the most popular dasa system in India after Vimsottari dasa.Based on 108 Cycle of years. It as a conditional dasa applicable only in some charts.

Maharishi Parashar explained as: O Brahmin, the sages have recommended the adoption of Ashtottari, when Rahu not being in Lagn, in any other Kendr, or Trikon to the Lord of the Lagn. From 4 Nakshatras from Ardra commences the Dasha of Surya, from 3 after that begins the Dasha of Candr, 4 after that will bring the Dasha of Mangal, 3 after that the Lord of Dasha will be Budh, 4 therefrom will have Sani, as the Dasha Lord, 3 thereafter the Lord will be Guru, Rahu will be the Lord of the Dasha 4 Nakshatras after that and then Sukr will take over the lordship of the Dasha 3 Nakshatras from the last one mentioned above.

The Lord of the Dasha at birth will be determined by counting in this order up to the Janm Nakshatr. The duration of Ashtottari Dasha for Surya, Candr, Mangal, Budh, Sani, Guru, Rahu and Sukr are 6, 15, 8, 17, 10, 19, 12 and 21 in that order. Thus in this Dasha system only 8 Grahas play the role of Dasha Lords, Ketu having been denied this privilege.

Simply Its Working is based on , If the birth (of the native) is in Krishna paksha (or the dark half of the month) or at night in sukla paksha (the bright half of the month) and that Rahu is in a quadrant (Kendra) or trine (trikona) from the lord of the lagna ( that location is also called the paka lagna).

In this system, the sum of all dasas is 108 years.

Ashtottari means “ashtottara sata”, i.e. one hundred and eight. Because poornaayush (full life) of a man is 108 years suggested by some of sages for kaliyug, some scholars have suggested that ashtottari dasa is best used as an ayur dasa, i.e. a dasa that shows longevity.

There are three different views on the applicability of Ashtottari dasa:

(1) Ashtottari dasa is applicable in all charts.

(1) Ashtottari dasa is applicable if Rahu, who is not in lagna, is in a quadrant or a trine from lagna lord.

(1) Ashtottari dasa is applicable for daytime births in Krishna paksha (darker fortnight) and night time births in Sukla paksha (brighter fortnight).

Some people use Ashtottari dasa as an ayur dasa and see longevity in it. Some other people use Ashtottari dasa as a phalita dasa. Because only chara karakas, i.e. Rahu and the seven planets, have dasas under the Ashtottari dasa scheme, it may also be suggested that it shows events related to sustenance, achievements, raja yogas and moksha (just like chara karakas do). Some people, however, prefer to see all matters in Ashtottari dasa..Accuracy is higly depends on its usage.

4) Kalachakra Dasha system:

Kalachakra Dasa is also Nakashtras Based Dasha like Vimsottari based upon the position of the Moon in Lunar mansion.Kalachakra is based upon Nakshatra Padas (instead of Nakshatras). It is a Rasi Dasa and Rasi Dasa lords are important to Predicting events not the planets.

The Dasa is extremly sensitive for birth time and Ayanamsa changes. So it is applicable only if the native’s birth time is quite accurate. A change of Ayanamsa can result in completely different results. It is Only Applicable in Navamsa. It is Quite accurate in Predicting marriage related events and accuracy is about 90% if birth time is accurate.

5) Narayana Dasha:

One of Best Dasha System in vedic Astrology based on Movement of Rasi’s. Narayana dasa is a very important rasi dasa as It is a phalita dasa that shows all general results based on Material Success, if the Lord Naryana is Promising the material success in our Chart this Dasha will show how we Growing Materially and this Dasha works with Sudasa Dasha(Laxmi Dashsa) and Runs Parallel with Narayana Dasha if Narayana is Promising than Goddess Laxmi will shower Extensively result for Success and growth.

Narayana dasa is computed differently for different divisional charts and we can use Narayana dasa of a divisional chart to predict matters related to that divisional chart.

Narayana dasa is based on the progression of lagna in one’s life. As one dasa ends and another starts, one rasi stops being the progressed lagna and another rasi becomes one’s progressed lagna. Using the progressed lagna as the reference, we find out the events that happen in that dasa. Thus we get twelve charts for each person, with each chart applicable in one dasa.Very accurate in Predicting and timing Events in Horoscope approximately 99%.

6) Chara Dasha:

This is another very Important Dasha system based on Rasi dasha.this Dasha System is made By Jamini based on 7 Chara Karkas and Predictions are Purely timed on 7 charakarkas and their meanings.Very accurate Dasha system. This Dasha System works on the basis of 7 PlanetsSun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus & Saturn and their Proceedings Degrees.

The planet with highest degree in a Natal Horoscope is known as Atmakaraka (AK – enjoys the status of Lagna); the planet with 2nd highest degree is known as Amatyakaraka (Amk – signifies 10th house/professional matter); the planet with 3rd highest degree is known as Bhratrikaraka (BK – signifies coborns/3rd house significations); the planet with 4th highest degree is known as Matrikaraka (MK – signifies/4th house significations); the planet with 5th highest degree is known as Putrakaraka (PK – offspring/5th house significations); the planet with 6th highest degree is known as Gnatikaraka (GK – enemies/obstacles/diseases/6th house significations) and the planet with 7th highest degree is known as Darakaraka (DK – significator of spouse/7th house significations).

7) Sudasa Dasa System:

Sudasa is a rasi dasa. It is also called “Sree Lagna Kendradi Rasi Dasa” or simply “Rasi Dasa”. Its computation is based on kendras etc from Sree Lagna. Sudasa is important for materialistic things like money, power and authority. It can be used to predict financial matters and matters related to status and power. If a political leader occupies a post of power, he must be enjoying a favorable dasa as per Sudasa. If a businessman sees increasing profits, he must be enjoying a favorable dasa as per Sudasa. If someone struggles with tight finances, he must be going through an unfavorable dasa as per Sudasa. If Someone Struggles with the Tight Finances, He Must be Going through an unfavourable dasa as per Sudasa Dasha.

Narayan dasa indicates how the environment is presented to you.Vimshottari or Ashtottari Dasa shows how the native responds to the influences of the environment.the final decision of the native (Vimsottari) will depend on the resources available at hand (Sudasa) so it Shows effort and environment provided by Narayana Dasha..Lakshmi is the giver of all prosperity and it shows when you get opportunity . While Narayana governs the environment and effort, Lakshmi governs the prosperity and well-being. As Rajya Lakshmi, she gives power. As Dhana Lakshmi, she gives money. As Arogya Lakshmi, she gives health. As Vidya Lakshmi, she gives learning. And so on. She is the giver of all prosperity.

Thus we can see when Lakshmi’s blessings come in a particular matter (in terms of prosperity). Remember that Narayana governs effort and Lakshmi governs prosperity! Both together define what happens to a person. This Dasha is quite Accurate wrt to Narayana Dasha and works perfectly with 99%.

8) Drig-Dasha System:

It is also a Rasi Dasa Which Means Visions and works on Aspects of Rasi dashas. It Shows How Spritual Vision Develops in a native Move ones life.It Shows Religious and Spirituals activities and the evolution of ones Soul.

9)Niryaana Shoola Dasha:

Niryaana Means Death and Shoola is a Weapon of Lord Shiva and who is the lord of Distruction and this dasha dasha system is Works as per Mahesh destruction so it is used for timing of death , Pain and Suffering one may face during the Life last Part.

Introduction
Understanding Past life astrology, Karma Phala, and Karma Yoga astrologically
153 image 2 Past life Astrology and Karma Theory : How to analyse Past life Karma, life purpose and destiny

Astrology says,

“Avashyam anubhoktavyam kruta karma shubhashubham”

which means, one has to experience the effects of karma in any case whether it is part of good or bad actions.  Karma Phalas act like Newton’s third law of motion which clearly says that,

“To every Action, there is an equal and opposite reaction”.

Karmaphala or the result of our actions equally works like newton’s third law of motion and the same are equally powerful, whether we do good or bad karma in any birth or life. All our actions and work in society act like an arrow shot. Once it is shot from the bow, there is no chance to recall it in any case. Karma Phala or cause or effects work in the same way, so everyone has to be very cautious and one should always think before any action.

Karmas are majorly classified into three major categories. Dridha, Adridha & Dridh-Adridha karmas or Uddishya, Anuddhishya & Uddishyanuddhishya karmas.

It means, intentional or willful karmas, un-intensional karmas & karmas done at any moment without any prior thought. whatever the nature of karma, results or karma phalas are bound to happen and no one can escape from it.

According to our Hindu philosophy, it is based on the Karma & reincarnation theory. Without understanding the twin theory of Karma and Reincarnation no one can able to follow or decode divisional charts.

What is the Natal Chart all about?
energy healing calgary astrology Past life Astrology and Karma Theory : How to analyse Past life Karma, life purpose and destiny

Natal Chart is all about the Prarabdha Karmas that we had performed in any many of the birth and that we have to face in this birth, where Planetary placements of Retrograde planets, Malefic in trik Bhavas, and affliction to the Karka planets via nodes shows what our major Prarabdha that we have to experience without getting any redemption from it, whereas Fixed signs are more rigid in nature as there is no pran Vayu in fixed signs, where Dual signs are totally blessings of Vishnu and Chara rashis shows the Blessings of creation or Brahma. If we look deeply, Dharma Trikonas in the D1 chart show what are our Total sanchit karmas of the past which have a good karmic part bag in it from the total portion of the karma, and that can come at any moment of life in Dashas, Antar Dasha and in transits.
All the Divisional chart shows the Root cause of the Past Karma and shows subtle reasoning behind any karma that what we had performed in past and also shows what we have to do in near future, whereas D9, D3, D10, and D60 are the root houses that exactly speaks about the Karma and portion of its phala from the past life.

Whereas, Drekkana (D3) and Navamsa (D9) are the, most important Divisional charts after Shashty-amsa chart in Vedic Astrological Strength system. Whereas, Drekkana / Dreshkana means a sign which is equally divided into three equal portions of the 10 degrees majorly in 1/3 of a sign equal to 10 degrees, which means there are three Drekkana in each sign rules nature of the Sign.

There are 4 Major Drekkana (D3) Charts, which are described in classical texts which are as follows:-

Fruits of actions could come in any form or by anything, either in a form of relationships or in any activity we do in society but before going deep to understand Karama and its phala from Jagannath Drekkana, we just need to understand What is Karma Phala, Karma yoga, and fruits of our karma (Actions) we had done in any of birth.

First of all, we need to understand what is karam phala and how it is linked with our past life actions and karma phala.

Understanding Karma Phala, Work, and Modes of actions according to Bhagwad Geeta

BG 2.47: You have a right to perform your prescribed duties, but you are not entitled to the fruits of your actions. Never consider yourself to be the cause of the results of your activities, nor be attached to inaction.

Commentary by Swami Muktananda :

This is an extremely popular verse of the Bhagavad Gita,  It offers deep insight into the proper spirit of work. The verse gives four primary instructions regarding the science of work:

1) Do your duty, but do not concern yourself with the results.

2) The fruits of your actions are not for your enjoyment.

3) Even while working, give up the pride of doership.

4) Do not be attached to inaction.

As per the Article Need, I am only Highlighting the first part to understand The  meaning of Karam or actions or what is work in society :

Do your duty, but do not concern yourself with the results. We have the right to do our duty, but the results are not dependent only upon our efforts. A number of factors come into play in determining the results—our efforts, destiny (our past karmas), the will of God, the efforts of others, the cumulative karmas of the people involved, the place and situation (a matter of luck), etc. Now if we become anxious about results, we will experience anxiety whenever they are not according to our expectations.

So Shree Krishna advises Arjun to give up concern for the results and instead focus solely on doing a good job.

The fact is that when we are unconcerned about the results, we are able to focus entirely on our efforts, and the result is even better than before.

In the Next Verse, Shiri Krishna is advocating about the necessity of the actions or work that we have to perform in any case that we cannot avoid or move away from it.

Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 18, Verse 11

न हि देहभृता शक्यं त्यक्तुं कर्माण्यशेषत: |
यस्तु कर्मफलत्यागी स त्यागीत्यभिधीयते || 11||

na hi deha-bhṛitā śhakyaṁ tyaktuṁ karmāṇy aśheṣhataḥ

BG 18.11: For the embodied being, it is impossible to give up activities entirely. But those who relinquish the fruits of their actions are said to be truly renounced.

The explanation was given by Swami Mukundananda:

Shree Krishna clearly says that the state of complete inactivity is impossible for the embodied being. No, one can stay away from any sort of action and work. one has to perform every sort of action in any case. However, Shree Krishna states here that if one can give up attachment to the fruits of actions, it is considered perfect renunciation.

Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 18, Verse 27

रागी कर्मफलप्रेप्सुर्लुब्धो हिंसात्मकोऽशुचि: |
हर्षशोकान्वित: कर्ता राजस: परिकीर्तित: || 27||

rāgī karma-phala-prepsur lubdho hinsātmako ‘śhuchiḥ

Translation

BG 18.27: The performer is considered in the mode of passion when he or she craves the fruits of the work, is covetous, violent-natured, impure, and moved by joy and sorrow.

The explanation was given by Swami Mukundananda:

” Karmas or work are described according to the nature of the doer and categorized into three parts majorly; Satvik, Rajasik, and Tamasik. The sāttvic workers are motivated by the desire for spiritual growth, the rājasic workers are deeply ambitious for materialistic enhancement. They do not realize that everything here is temporary and will have to be left behind one day. Agitated with immoderate rāg (desires of the mind and senses), they do not possess the purity of intention. They are convinced that the pleasure they seek is available in the things of the world. Hence, never satisfied by what comes their way, they are lubdhaḥ (greedy for more). When they see others succeeding or enjoying more than them, they become hinsātmakaḥ (enviously bent on injury). To fulfill their ends, they sometimes sacrifice morality and hence become aśhuchiḥ (impure). When their desires are fulfilled they become elated, and when they are daunted they get dejected. In this way, their lives become harṣha śhoka anvitaḥ (a mixture of delights and sorrows).”

Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 5, Verse 14

न कर्तृत्वं न कर्माणि लोकस्य सृजति प्रभु: |
न कर्मफलसंयोगं स्वभावस्तु प्रवर्तते || 14||

na kartṛitvaṁ na karmāṇi lokasya sṛijati prabhuḥ
na karma-phala-saṅyogaṁ svabhāvas tu pravartate

Translation

BG 5.14: Neither the sense of doership nor the nature of actions comes from God; nor does he create the fruits of actions. All this is enacted by the modes of material nature (guṇas).Commentary

The explanation was given by Swami Mukundananda ;
In the above-mentioned verse, the word Prabhu has been used for God, to indicate that he is the Lord of the world. He is an omnipotent and controls the entire universe. He conducts the activities of the universe, he remains the non-doer. He is neither the director of our actions nor does he decree whether we will perform a particular virtuous or evil deed. Had he been our director, there would be no need for elaborate instructions on good and bad actions.
All the scriptures would have ended in three short sentences:

“O souls, I am the director of all your works. So you do not need to understand what good or bad action is. I will make you do as I wish.”

Similarly, God is not responsible for our getting stuck with the sense of doership. If he had deliberately created the pride of doing in us, then again we could have blamed him for our misdoings. But the fact is that the soul brings this pride onto itself out of ignorance. If the soul chooses to do away with ignorance, then God helps dispel it with his grace. Thus, renunciation of the sense of doer ship is the responsibility of the soul. The body is constituted of the three modes of material nature, and all actions are performed by the modes. But out of ignorance, the soul identifies with the body and becomes implicated as the doer of actions, which are in fact done by material nature (verse 3.27).
Conclusion:

From all that we have found ultimate goal or motive of any soul is Self-realization from all sorts of Karam yogas or spiritual paths, which are majorly discussed in the Bhagavadgita in most of the chapter and it is the only purpose why a soul is kept taking on birth and keep doing the Karma and experiencing the phala for same until and unless soul becomes totally purified from every sort of actions and causes. Astrologically, Jagannath Drekkena Chart along with Privritti-traya Drekkana is widely used to understand every sort of karma one has to perform in the material world.

Understanding Karma Yoga?
krishna Past life Astrology and Karma Theory : How to analyse Past life Karma, life purpose and destiny

At the opening of the Third Chapter,  Arjuna is confused by Krishna’s instructions in the previous chapter.

He has misconceived that Krishna’s telling him to control his senses and fix his mind and intelligence on the Supreme is incompatible with the performance of the action. Therefore he questions why Krishna is requesting him to engage in warfare (1–2). In response, Krishna explains karma-yoga, the performance of actions free from desire for selfish, fruitive gain and dedicated to the Supreme (Krishna) (3–35).

tumblr inline o6wmpbld0b1rcan9b 1280 Past life Astrology and Karma Theory : How to analyse Past life Karma, life purpose and destiny

Karma, or fruitive work, brings both material enjoyment and material suffering. Whether the results of the action are pleasant or unpleasant, however, they bind one to the bondage of repeated birth and death in the material world.

Krishna explains further that inaction is insufficient to save one from material reactions (and subsequent bondage to the material world).

By nature, everyone is forced to act. Even to maintain the physical body, one must work.

Therefore, one should work in a way that will not further entangle one in material bondage but will lead to ultimate liberation.

That art of work is karma-yoga; working and acting under the direction of the Supreme (Vishnu or Krishna) for His satisfaction.

(Source: Speaking tree)
Why sinful acts:

In the last section of this chapter, Arjuna asks, “By what is one impelled to sinful acts, even unwillingly, as if engaged by force?”

Krishna answers that it is lust (material desire) :

the “destroyer of knowledge and self-realization”, which incites sinful acts, and He prescribes the method to conquer it: sense regulation inspired by spiritual self-knowledge.

Understanding Karma Phala and Past life astrology
how to remove bad karma of past life with astrology Past life Astrology and Karma Theory : How to analyse Past life Karma, life purpose and destiny

What is Drekkana and how Jagannath Drekkana is different from the usual Drekkna chart?

In the Current article, we will study the Jagannath Drekkana along with D1 and D9. Generally, D3 or Dresh-Kana, drekkana has a root connected with the word Darshan which means seeing or visualizing objects those are apparent and hidden in nature. Kana means the corner and in the astrological language, it speaks about the Trikonas or trine.

Thus, the word  Drekkana represents the division where the sign, trine speaks about the Apparent and hidden personality and nature of the native chart.

Mathematically, The Drekkana is1/3rd of the divisional chart and it has a deep link with the 3rd house, as the 3rd house is falling in the 8th from the 8th house which shows roots connected with the 8th house. Generally, Drekkana is calculated by dividing each sign into 10-degree segments.

Planets those are falls, in the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd division of each sign, are then placed in the Drekkana Chart in Trines ( the 1st, 5th, or 9th ) from that sign. In every Drekkana chart, every sign is divided into 3 equal parts of 10 degrees each of which is known as Drekkana.

The first Drekkana of every sign ( 0-10) would be of the same sign. the 2nd Drekkana ( 10-20) of every sign would fall in the 5th sign from it. The last Drekkana (20-30) of every sign would fall in the 9th sign from it. When a sign is divided into three parts each of them constitutes a Drekkana.

The Jagannath Drekkana starts from the Movable sign in trine to the sign. For a movable sign, drekkana would start from the sign itself, for a fixed sign, drekkana would start from the 9th from the sign and for dual signs drekkana would start from the 5th from the sign. Please follows the below-mentioned Scheme for calculating Jagannath drekkana
Jagannath Drekkana Calculation
JaganathD3 Past life Astrology and Karma Theory : How to analyse Past life Karma, life purpose and destiny
For Predictive purposes, Jagannath Drekkana is used for understanding Deep-rooted karma phala those are results of the actions one’s soul has done in its previous birth and also speaks about the What soul has to do in current birth or to know about the sole purpose or what native has to do, in order to fulfil the task assigned to him or her by the divine master based on his previous birth karma. Jagannath Drekkana works based on the tripod of life, i.e Lagana is seen for the physical body creation ruled by the Lord Bramh and the moon is seen for the mind and the Sun is seen for the Atma, soul).
The body comes and goes in this world because of the karma we did and keep on uniting or exiting from the body, what matters is our actions which decide our birth and death. Based on one’s action when one is dying we see where one can go and in the same case when one takes birth we can see where one comes from, That Stoppage point shows the Loka where one goes and comes back in this body which decides on the time of the death and birth. Each planet and Sign decides at what loke one came from and one goes in. Below is the chart for the same:

At the time of death and Birth chart, we can find out the position of the sun and moon and their strength( lordship) and their placement in the chart to see the previous and future destiny of the soul.
1st Drekkana of each sign is called Karma Drekkana, 2nd is called Bhoga Drekkana and 3rd Drekkana is  Called Nasha Drekkana ruled by the Devarishi Narda,  Maharishi Agastya, and Bramha Rishi Durvasa respectively.
Moveable signs represent Rajas Guna, and Maushya and the presiding diety is Lord Bramha and Rishi Durvasa. fixed signs represented by  Tamas Gunna, Rakashas Gana, and the Presiding deity is Lord Shiva and Maharishi Agastya and dual signs represented by Satva Guna, Deva Gana, and the presiding deity are Vishnu and Devarishi Narada.1st Drekkana of Dual signs is karma drekkana represented by devas and Maharishi Narada.
2nd Drekkana of moveable signs represents bhoga ruled by the lord shiva and the person one born here should practice maximum discipline to avoid falling from his dharma and karma.
3rd Drekkana of fixed signs have raja guna ruled by the Lord Brahma and people born in this drekkana should live unattached life else they will keep on getting in birth and death cycles to reap their fruits of actions.
( Source and information; Varga Chakara, Sanjay Rath )
That is what we had studied in the Karma theory and we called it Karma yoga or the sole purpose of this birth. This is the only reason why Jagannath drekkaṇa is the most important divisional chart to understand the task assigned or the life direction of the native for its success or failure, to understand all sorts of fluctuations one may face in current birth.
Even it shows, what Native has brought back from the past life that one has to bear it or go through it in current birth. This can be understood in a way that what is the root cause of this birth actions as a result of the past karma done by the soul.
It is more about understanding one’s Karma and actions related to self, for self-growth and self-evaluation, and bearing pain or suffering for the next journey of the soul. To understand one’s actions and karma phala of one, the focus is on the third house and its lord, it will speak more about the nature of karma yoga and the phala connected with it.
Step 1: What you have to do

A True Approach To Horoscope Analysis Past life Astrology and Karma Theory : How to analyse Past life Karma, life purpose and destiny

1) First, of all, we have to study or see the 3rd lord of the Natal chart which acts as Karyesa then see where the Karyesa is placed in the Jagannath Drekkana chart (D3) and which house does it lord.

2) The placement and houses lorded by the Karyesa of the D1  in D3 indicate what is the prime area where one has to go through it, it could also indicate one about its suffering or the redemption one can get from his past life karma.
3) Meanwhile, any Planet in the 3rd house of the D3 Shows what the native has to do in the future for fulfilling the goals of life that have been assigned to the native.
4) Placement of the 3rd lord of D3 shows what is the Karma Phala that one brought from the past life and also shows how he has to manifest or perform in this current birth, spiritually or materially if the 3rd house of the D3 is vacant.
Step 2: Check the Tattava or nature of the Signs in the D3 Chart :
All the Chara Rashi’s shows – Bhu-loka (Earth),
All the Sthira Rashi’s shows – Bhuva-loka (Grahas or Deities of the Solar System),
All the Dual Sign shows – Swarga-Loka (Higher Gods and Deities),
Bhu-Loka (Chara Rashi), shows the earth and any planet in it show suffering due to bad karma one has done on earth in the previous life to someone. This also indicates that sufferings are dynamic in nature and it can go and come on the journey of life during its Dashas, Bhukti, and Pratyantar dashas. Basically, it shows about Suffering those are temporary in nature and shall not carry forward till the whole life.
Any Planet in the Sthira Rashi (Bhuva-Loka), shows the sufferings that one gets via the anger or affliction of the planetary deity toward the native actions in the past life. Any planet in the Dual Rashis (Swargaloka) shows that Gods or Higher Deities are not happy with the native previous birth actions. It majorly shows the anger of the higher god toward the person and affliction is at the Nakashtra level (Health). Here, there is no redemption from such Suffering and painful experiences. The motive could be lying in the eternal growth of the native or future spiritual manifestation of the soul.
Suffering one gets at the Bhu-Loka is changeable and temporary in nature and we have to check it from the lagna level (Body- Tanu – Ascendant) in the form of other people, relationships, and nature we might receive from them. It’s more like the influence on us via others (More it is like Rinanubandhan) who are closely associated with us.
Suffering one gets at the Bhuva-Loka is at the Aatmic level (Soul realization, Sun Lagna). One might get in the form of wealth, Finance, and Soul transformations which are all represented by the nature of the sun (Sun Shows Wealth of any type i.e knowledge, Aatmic Gyan, Financial wealth, Wealth from Children’s, Name, Fame, and Status etc). Wealth could be in any form as might also show one of the Punya of the past life too. Suffering one gets at the Swarga-Loka shows realization at the subconscious Level (Mind, ruled by Moon), it mostly indicates suffering one will face via mental actions, via Manan and it is mostly seen at the nakshatra level and majorly affects the health of the native and it is impossible to redeem in any case.
Now, Let’s understand the Jagannath drekkena chart by a Few example charts:

Chart 1: Author of the Article

Natal%2BChart Past life Astrology and Karma Theory : How to analyse Past life Karma, life purpose and destiny
Decoding Past Birth Root cause – Karma Phala
Untitled 1 1 Past life Astrology and Karma Theory : How to analyse Past life Karma, life purpose and destiny

In the Above mentioned natal chart, Karyesa is mars being the 3rd lord in Aquarius Lagna, also being Chara Amatya-karaka placed in the 8th house in Virgo Sign (Dual Sign) with lagnesha Saturn, also Atma-Karka, clearly shows that the native has born to explore, research and write about the hidden meaning of traditional knowledge (Jyotish, occult, and Mathematical Sciences) in a new shape or modern form with the more technical, scientifical or analytical approach via writing down journals or research paper socially.

As Both the Ak(Mars) and Amk (Saturn) are Retrograde in nature, this shows about the strong desire of the native from the past life to keep on exploring, researching, and presenting the new idea about traditional knowledge to the masses for their well-being in a more profound way astrologically.

Now, lets check in D3 chart, Mars being Amk and Karyesa is placed in the 4th house  with retro (Ak) Saturn in dual Sign of Virgo (Sign of Swarga-Loka),  having rashi drishti of Exalted Nodes from Gemini and Sagitarius sign  (Rahu and Ketu- shows  Deep rooted karmic Phala and also shows Technically sharp intellcual and Research oriented tendency) Shows that native is born for Serving (Saturn being Karka of Service and also Retrograde Ak – it is the deep desire of the native to serve other that native got from the previous birth)others via traditional learning and knowledge and decoding literature (Sign of Virgo – shows about Literatures, Generalism, Writing, Research or Journals or scholarly articles based on Scientific parameters) into new form in a more technical and scientifical way, as Retro Saturn (shows Strong Desire brought from the past life) being AK and Lagnesh of the Natal chart and also 9th lord of the D3 is conjoined with Karyesha Mars in dual sign sharing vargottam placement.

This clearly shows hardcore passion and learning as Keryesa is sharing the same vargottam sign placement in both D1 and D3 charts. Here, the Native soul’s purpose is very strong for future birth, that he has to serve others via his Technical, traditional knowledge, and writing capability in Jyotish and occult. But it also shows one will also suffer regarding his health matters and might feel issues in his work, routine job, and career matters.

As Karyesha is in the dual sign – Swarga Loka, the Higher god or deity is in anger state toward the native and there is no redemption from the suffering one might face in his life, as Karyesa Mars being Amk and Ak both are in the retrograde state. This clearly shows that regarding native has to face self-evaluation, self-experience, and go through the phase of self-realization via his Work and passion and it might disturb his Mental, Physical health (Abdomen ruled by Virgo) and Career related issues.

As Karyesa is the 6th and 11th lord, the 8th lord from the Karyesa (Virgo)  in the D3 chart (Suffering would be related to 6th (Routine job, Service and health) and 11th house (Financial gains) matters), So overall native will face issues regarding his health and career matters and one has to work hard and need to accept his destiny accordingly with no choice left, as there is no redemption given to the native.

Here Remedies won’t work. The most important part is the Virgo sign is the native pakka Lagna Rashi too, which also shows matters related to health.

Karma Yoga of the Future

Natal%2BChart Past life Astrology and Karma Theory : How to analyse Past life Karma, life purpose and destiny

For future actions or direction of the native, this chart shows strong karmic root and karma yoga in this life, and for that, we have to look for the 3rd house of d3 which is vacant. In that case, we have to look for placement of  3rd lord in the d3 chart.

In D3 chart, lord of the 3rd house is Sun who is placed in the 2nd house with the moon getting Rasi aspect from the Venus and Jupiter from 9th and 12th house, clearly shows one has to be responsible regarding 2nd house matters (Family Wealth, Values, Family Responsibility toward parents) and one has to be spiritually align toward higher path of Bhakti or eternal devotion, as both the sun (Ruled by the Para Vidya – it is knowledge of higher spirituality and divine path, lorded by the Sun, who is the natural atmakaraka)and moon (Apara Vidya – is the knowledge of the material realm and is lorded by the Moon who is natural ruler of the mind and shows resources) are involved here in the Sign of Cancer  (Sign of basic learning, education, and Bhakti experience) with the rasi aspect of Jupiter (all form of Non-material Knowledge, including Guru guidance, and teaching – shows all form of Shashtric knowledge those are spiritually in nature including jyotisha – the light of illuminating darkness) and Venus (Knowledge of those are governed by the Material things including healing, Mantric, Tantric or siddhis etc).

Conclusion:

This clearly shows that a native has to learn, serve and share his spiritual experience via Jyotish, Occult, and healing sciences after experiencing it by self and that would be his “Karma of the future Birth” to help, lift and guide others in a right direction via the modes of deep spiritual experiences and knowledge. For accomplishing this task native need to utilize his knowledge and learning in Jyotish and Healing sciences and later needs to share it via the modes of technical writing and research Journals.

Chart 2: Swami Viveka-Nanda

Swami%2BViveka%2BNanda%2BD1 Past life Astrology and Karma Theory : How to analyse Past life Karma, life purpose and destiny

In the Swami Viveka Nanda chart, the 3rd house of the Natal chart is ruled by two lords Rahu and Saturn and both Saturn and Rahu are somehow interconnected with each other. Saturn being (BK- Bharti Karka) is in the 10th house from the Sun (AK) with the 8th lord Moon and Saturn is aspecting Rahu from the 3rd house that shows deep-rooted Karmic task assigned and given to Swami Viveka Nanda for the well-being of the society and mankind by Karma Yoga (Moon and Saturn in 10th – A yogi is born).

Saturn is all about studying deep-rooted karmas and experiencing and realizing deep karmic roots for uplifting those who are in need. It’s a good yoga of learning Karma and its pahla by self-realization and, as in Swami Vivekananda’s case Saturn is the 3rd lord associated with the 8th lord moon, so it is all about finishing the task of past birth assigned to him for liberating many souls those are directionless or unguided from the present birth tasks.

Karyesha (3rd lord of the D1) is Saturn and is placed in the 6th house in Sthira Rashi of Taurus (Sign of Wealth, family & values). As Karyesha is placed in the fixed sign, Suffering is at the Bhuva-Loka, which means one who realized at the Soul level, here Soul experiences are mainly ruled. It is about learning at the Atmic level (Soul realization, Sun Lagna) and one gets in the form of wealth, Finance, and Soul transformations. Here Wealth could be in any form as might be one of the Punya of the past life too.

In Swami Vivekananda’s chart, Graha  (Planetary deity) is angry toward him and affliction is at the graha level and he will suffer on account of planetary anger. In D3 chart Saturn (BK- shows Guru teaching for the karma yoga of the future) is placed in the sign of Taurus (Wealth and family values)  with Moon (Amk –  Task given to him) and Mercury clearly shows Swami Vivekananda has to leave or sacrifice family life or follow the path of Moksha or liberation, or on account of his family wealth.

This will happen only when he will meet his guru and will realize his Soul purpose, as Saturn being Bk also the lord of the 2nd and 3rd house in both D1 and D3 charts placed in the 6th house with Moon and Mercury. Swami will accomplish this task via self-learning, self-realizing it via Manan, or practicing it via deep self-questioning or via meditation. As in both D1 and D3 charts, Karyesha Saturn and other lord Rahu is placed in the sign of Pisces and Taurus getting the Rashi aspect from Jupiter and Sun (Ak).

As the 8th lord moon is involved here with Karyesha Saturn (BK), swami Viveka  Nanda will realize this life Karma-Yoga after meeting his divine guru who would be a Kali or Devi worshipper (Saturn is with Moon shows Devi worshipper or deity who illuminates one’s darkness from the soul and karma) and then he will realize his life goal or would understand his task given via his guru teaching, guidance and he will undertake this task Via mediation – Manan (Moon is ruled by the Apara Vidya and also Amk too, shows all form of knowledge one experience, realize or one get it via manan or via senses and it includes all the worldly knowledge in any art and science, including the knowledge of Vedas, Vedanta, and Vedanga).

Apara Vidya encompasses the entire spectrum of ‘objects’, that is, anything that can be objectified by our senses or mind. Anything that can be ‘seen’ is an object of Apara Vidya. Under this category comes all our worldly knowledge. Science, arts, commerce, management, technical knowledges, etc.

Interestingly the teacher even classifies the knowledge of the Vedas and Vedanga’s in this category, because they are also a part of the limited & changing world in front of us. Apara Vidya is worth knowing because of various reasons. One, specialization in any one field of the objective world, helps us to serve our society & world better, two, the pursuit of knowledge disciplines our mind & intellect, so that we become capable of thinking deeply & properly, and last but not the least, this pursuit of Apara Vidya helps us to realize the ephemerality of the objective world, and thus helps us to get qualities of vairagya, etc, and also motivates us to look out for something more permanent in this ever-changing world.

The objective of this categorization is to indicate to us that however much we may know about the world outside, by this pursuit alone we shall never move towards omniscience. Apara Vidya shall help us to make a living, have a dignified & respectable life, and have a thoughtful intelligent mind, but never ever hope that you shall move towards omniscience. This is not the way for the fulfillment of such an aspiration.

This clearly shows swami Vivekananda’s eternal goal for this life is to awaken people who are misguided in the path of darkness to move toward balanced material and spiritual knowledge.

In the D3 chart, Karyesha is placed in the 6th house and is the ruler of the 2nd and 3rd houses showing that swamiViveka-Nanda has to accomplish this  Karma yoga task via visiting too many places, communicating, via delivering the speeches, traveling or leaving his family life. As Both Jupiter and Venus are Aspecting it from the 11th and the 2nd house from the D3 lagna via Rasi drishti. He has to do this task via learning and experiencing every sort of material and non-material knowledge and he needs to travel across the globe to deliver it in many of the forms, as the sun being AK placed in the 8th from the Karyesha and lordship of the 8th from it, Jupiter also aspecting it shows that the, its a long-lasting task assigned to him for the well being of the society till his conscious soul is alive. Its an Atmic task given to him for uplifting mankind.

Final Conclusion:  I hope from the above-mentioned example charts and understanding of the Jagannath Drekkana D3 chart, one can understand his karma yoga and find his soul purpose, and able to do his destined karma yoga for the future life.

“The strangle hold of mind”

by Vishal Sood

Raghu, a 35 year old man from a city of Punjab, facing problems in various facets of his life. He approached to discuss his case for the work related issues he was facing and he was trying to settle himself in various professions but nothing worked for him and he could not settle anywhere. The most peculiar was his complaint for himself that whatever he does, he could not sustain for more than few months and then, again he would begin to look for something else. Sudden rushes of fear was the most common.

Taking out his past life through astrology, the reflections were more upon his home affairs and his behavioral patterns towards his family and associates. While in his past birth, born as a male, he belonged to a financially weak family but yet a family with the background of occultism and religious approach. His father being into the occult practices; used to heal people for their various physical issues. He too learned the trade from his father but being financially weak, he used to fear people as well as he threatened people for his monetary gains; which created fears among people by using his practice to earn more and more.

The way people were feared because of his work and gains, the psychological impression which people brooded over for long and long because of being cautious about their lives; the same fear was, what Raghu was facing in this birth related to his work. The bigger blessing he carried was being born in a financially rich family with greater cultural values but the biggest challenge of his birth was to overcome his fears related to failures in the work life. This is how the karmic distortions and deceit which one poses other, follow him as well in the consecutive birth in order to learn through the impressions and emotions.

Astrology gives the clear insights not only about the upcoming situations and milestones but also, it helps one find out the cause of the major areas of actions in ones lifetime.

Sakshi, from Ambala; living in US, discussed her case, almost a year back, where she reported about her issues with her husband; Akshay being overly possessive about her. Although, she had a very successful marriage, of 15 years, with him but still Akshay’s overly concerned nature was becoming an obstacle in her life, where she was finding it difficult to step out of her house, as
Akash would give plenty of security reasons to her for not going out of the house and this was becoming suffocating for her as she was already in the traps of opinions to create a highly enigmatic and challenging image of the outside world.

And, she wanted to know the reasons from her past life analysis, about Akshay’s such nature towards her. Upon exploring the past life analysis through her complete astrological birth journey, it was lucis to find out why was she posed with such situational reflections I’m her current life. She, being born in an army family, was more keen to work because of her influx of martian energies in the past life behavior. So, on the repetitive plea and compulsion of her parents, she got married to a guy and later on she left him because of her own freedom and this was very clear miasmic karmic distortion, reflecting in her past birth chart.

Every action reflects in our life, when we take any action without considering its look out for others in our life and it creates distortion in their life, it is bound to reflect back in our lifetime, which we have to face as an emotional lesson.

Past Life Birth Analysis gives us a clear picture about the various challenges that we are posed in our current lifetime, as it’s the time tracking which works on the time scale to maintain the balance.Much More Coming Up Next!!

Introduction

Become familiar with the idea of karma and the relationship it has with runanubandha. Discover how our actions and intentions impact the experiences we have now and will have in the future. Examine the relevance of karmic ties and the ways in which they impact the relationships we have and the situations we find ourselves in. Explore the ways in which gaining an awareness of karma might enable us to make decisions that are conscious and so build a life that is more satisfying and meaningful.
First and foremost, it is essential that you have a solid understanding of the concepts of karama and karmic ties, as well as the ways in which these are connected to the debts of the past. Clearly, this demonstrates the cause for those seeds and how they are connected to previous incarnations. As will be shown in the following paragraphs, karmic deeds are neither a punishment nor a reward; rather, they are only a means of gaining insight into oneself and the unmet desires that continue to return from previous births in the cosmic cycle.

Understanding Runanubandha, Karma, and Karmic Connections

runanubandha in vedic astrology vedicsiddhanta Runanubandha part 1: Soulmates, Karmic Ties and Concept of Rinanubandhan in Vedic Astrology

Karma is a notion that has its origins firmly ingrained in a wide variety of philosophical and spiritual institutions. It is the conviction that our deeds, intentions, and ideas all have repercussions that have an effect on the experiences we have as well as those we will have in the future. Every every action that we perform leaves an energy imprint that has an effect not only on our own lives but also on the lives of others around us, according to this concept.
The idea of runanubandha is one facet of karma that is often disregarded by people. Our karmic ties or debts with other people are referred to as runanubandha, which is a phrase that originates from the Sanskrit language. It is the concept that we are connected to other people as a result of the repercussions of our acts in the past, and that these ties have a substantial part in determining the situations that we are now facing.

Understanding Karma

The concept of karma is often characterized as a circle of cause and consequence. Every action that we perform will have a corresponding result, according to the rule of action and reaction, which states that they are inextricably linked. In addition to our physical and mental well-being, our relationships, and the circumstances of our lives, these repercussions may present themselves in a variety of different ways.

Keeping in mind that karma is not just about punishment or reward is an essential point to keep in mind. The system in question is not one of divine judgment; rather, it is a natural rule that functions in an unbiased manner. We are not subject to the influence of an outside force; rather, the outcomes of our activities are the direct result of the decisions that we exercise.

Samskaras are impressions or imprints that are created on our awareness as a result of our actions, intentions, and thoughts. These samskaras build throughout time and have an effect on the experiences that we will have in the future. Actions and intentions that are good lead to positive results, while actions and intentions that are bad lead to negative consequences.

Exploring Runanubandha

Through its emphasis on the interconnection of all creatures, Runanubandha develops the idea of karma and expands upon its definition. Essentially, it implies that we are connected to other people via a complex network of karmic relationships. These connections are developed by our encounters and relationships with other people, both in this incarnation and in prior lifetimes.

The concept of runanubandha suggests that every individual we come into contact with has a karmic tie to us. These associations may be either favorable or negative, depending on the nature of the activities that we have taken in the past. As an instance, we could have good connections with those who have assisted us in the past, whereas negative connections may exist with others whom we have caused damage to.

These karmic ties have an impact on the situations and relationships we are now experiencing. These things have the potential to influence the people we bring into our lives, the lessons we need to learn, and the difficulties we have to overcome. Insights into the patterns and dynamics of our interactions may be gained via the process of comprehending and accepting these connections.

The Significance of Karmic Connections

One of the most transformational experiences we may have is when we become aware of and comprehend our karmic ties. It enables us to accept responsibility for the acts we have taken and the results those actions have produced. It is possible for us to get a more profound comprehension of both ourselves and the relationships we have if we acknowledge these connections.

In addition, taking the time to acknowledge our karmic links may assist us in breaking away from destructive behaviors and cycles. It gives us the ability to think things through and make decisions that are in line with our goals and ideals. Through the cultivation of good acts, intentions, and ideas, we have the ability to realize a life that is more harmonious and meaningful.

It is essential to approach the idea of karmic links with an open mind and heart in order to get the best results. In spite of the fact that it may be tempting to place blame or seek retribution, the fundamental meaning of karma rests in the process of human development and change. We are able to break away from the cycle of bad karma and create a world that is more positive and loving if we concentrate on our own acts and intentions.

In conclusion, knowledge of karma and the notion of runanubandha, which is closely tied to it, provides significant insights into the interwoven nature of our lives. Understanding Runanubandha from Mahabharata

krishna bhishma Runanubandha part 1: Soulmates, Karmic Ties and Concept of Rinanubandhan in Vedic Astrology

Story Begins :  Mahabharata , Bhisma, Arjuna and Runanubandhan

An excerpt from the short narrative that depicts Bhishma and Arjuna having a conversation is shown here. During the Mahabharta conflict, Bhishma was fully aware of the fact that he was also on the side of the Kauravas; nevertheless, it was just his physical body that was on their side; his heart was not on their side.

During their conversation, Bhishma shared with Yudhishthira the following:

“My son, Duryodhana, was doomed when he ignored Krishna’s advice; your victory was guaranteed.” Place Shikhandi in front of me while we are engaged in combat, and I will let down my bow and arrows. I will not have a fight.”

Now the issue that has to be asked is, “Why Shikhandi?

“In his previous existence, Bhishma had turned down the opportunity to marry Amba, and he was aware that Shikhandi was none other than herself “.

It was her desire to get revenge on him. After that, she prayed to Lord Shiva, wishing for a blessing that would allow her to eliminate Bhishma herself. The blessing was bestowed upon her by Lord Shiva; she was reborn with the intention of killing Bhishma; however, Bhishma refused to acknowledge Shikhandi as a man and would not engage in combat with her.

This one again demonstrates that karmic connections always come to us in whatever form, whether it be in the form of revenge, love, or hatred, and that it often manifests itself as pains as well. Runanubandham, which translates to “karmic relationship with them,” is the format in which one must pay off his karmic obligation.

In addition, while Bhishma was laying down at the conclusion of the Kurukshetra War, after being wounded by Arjuna’s thousand arrows, Bhishma provided Arjuna with the following explanation of the previous life:

bhishma lozhe Runanubandha part 1: Soulmates, Karmic Ties and Concept of Rinanubandhan in Vedic Astrology

Oh,  Pandavas !  The actions that we have taken in the past have resulted in everything. The seeds of plants will never germinate if they are not planted.

In a similar vein, actions that were carried out in the past, whether they were good or terrible, have the potential to bring about positive or negative outcomes in the present. One may acquire huge fortune in the present without exerting any effort if they have made charitable contributions in the past.
Tapas that were prepared in the past bring about joys in the present.

Through the performance of service to elders and gurus in previous lifetimes, one is able to acquire knowledge and intellect without having to formally study under any guru. If a person is able to observe non-violence in their previous life, then they will continue to live for a significant amount of time in their current existence.

Because of this, sadhus, also known as saints, constantly practice nonviolence, donate to charitable causes, respect gurus, and serve elders and visitors, among other things. Then and only then will they be able to take pleasure in the next death. To put it another way, it is all about carrying out good or bad karmas in the past in order to achieve a positive or negative outcome in the present.

Behind the Scenes: Figuring Out What the Story Is Trying to Say

106 b7935d0673 Runanubandha part 1: Soulmates, Karmic Ties and Concept of Rinanubandhan in Vedic Astrology

Its the Karama that become the reason of this birth, after accumulating new karamas it leads to the basis of your next birth. After the death, soul of a person gathers all accumulated karamas from current one like a reservoir in that person’s mind. Later Divinity or God as per the divine Karmic law takes a handful of those Karmas and further it leads to a new karmic seed in the form of body.

So if a person has done good Karmas with those individual people, he/she might gets a good godly body in heavens first and then further they takes birth in a same learned, Religious and dutiful families, forms Close association with those family members in as a brother, sister, mother or father as a part of Karmic Rina, those having done good karama with that soul, during this whole process they enjoys relations with them.

If he/she has done bad karmas in past life then that person’s soul further goes to lower wombs of birds and animals. After moving through those lower Varnas, exhausting bad karmic seeds Soul further takes birth in those families having bad pending karmic deeds with them to further clear off debts in the form of karmic relations. This way process of Birth and death in the karmic relations keep going on unless and until karmas neutralises into zero.

Law of Karama and Runanubandhan as per Bhagwad  Geeta

Below are verses of Bhagwat Gita further justifies the Laws of Karama and connection with the Runanubandhan Theory:

“sariram yad avapnoti yac chapy utkramatishvarah grhitvaitani samyati vayur gandhan ivasayat”
(Bhagwat Gita: Chapter Fifteen verse 8)

“Sri Krishna said:O Arjuna, As the wind carries away odours from their seat, even so the Jivatma (soul), the lord of the body, snatching these (the mind & the senses) from the body, which it casts off, migrates into the body, which it acquires.

“yada sattve pravrddhe tu pralayam yati deha-bhrt
tadottama-vidam lokan amalan pratipadyate”

(Bhagwat Gita: Chapter Fourteen verse 14)

“Sri Krishna said: O Arjuna, When one dies in the mode of goodness, he attains to the pure higher planets of the great sages.”

“rajasi pralayam gatva karma-sangisu jayate
tatha pralinas tamasi mudha-yonisu jayate”

(Bhagwat Gita: Chapter Fourteen verse 15)

“Sri Krishna said:  O Arjuna, When one dies in the mode of passion, he takes birth among those engaged in fruit producing activities (i.e. as a man or woman on earth); and when one dies in the mode of ignorance, he takes birth in the bird & animal kingdom.”

Explanation : This shows that its Karamic debts which become the seed of our many births we take in any given life cycle.
If we See further Definition of Karmic action, Below mentioned quotes are well justifying the theory:

Karma has been a pop culture term for ages. But really, what the heck is it? Karma is not an inviolate engine of cosmic punishment. Rather, it is a neutral sequence of acts, results, and consequences.

Receiving misfortune does not necessarily indicate that one has committed evil. But it is a sufficient indicator of something else. And that something else can be anything, as long as it is a logical consequence of what has come before.

Consider: if you fall into a well, you are not a bad person who deserves to suffer—you are merely someone who took a wrong step. Or someone who had one drink too many. Or got a head rush due to poor circulation. Or forgot to wear your glasses. Or— The reasons are plentiful, and all plausible. But the chain of cause and effect goes way, way back into the deepest hoariest recesses of your personal past. So never rule out retribution. But never expect it.”
by Vera Nazarian, The Perpetual Calendar of Inspiration
When you seek questions those are unfulfilled and having no clue from anywhere, that simply indicates those are nothing but are deep rooted lessons of past karmic actions.

“If you want to know the answer to ‘Who am I?’, then you will have to go to a Gnani purush [the enlightened one]. The Gnani Purush will give you Knowledge of your real Self [Who Am I] in the presence of the egoism. Thereafter your accounts (karmic) will be settled [& things will start falling in place].If the ‘effect’ is experienced, [karmic] bondage is created. If one experiences the ‘effects’ alone by himself, the [karmic] bondage will not be sticky. If he involves another person in it, the karmic bondage will be sticky.”

The Relationship Between Runanubandha and Vedic Scriptures in Padma Purana

An explanation taken from the Padma Puran

There is a notion that posits the presence of karmic relationships between persons. This idea is known as runanubandha, which is also known as the cycle of indebtedness. According to this theory, every single human being is linked to other people by means of a complex network of debts and responsibilities that have been accumulated over the course of several incarnations.

The consequences of these relationships may be either favorable or harmful, and they have an impact on the way our lives unfold.

Runanubandha is a notion that is extensively treated in the Padma Purana, which is one of the eighteen Mahapuranas. This ancient literature places a strong emphasis on the significance of comprehending and resolving these karmic debts in order to achieve spiritual emancipation attained.

Vedic scriptures, including the Vedas, Upanishads, and Puranas, serve as a guiding light for individuals seeking spiritual wisdom and enlightenment. These ancient texts contain profound insights into the nature of existence, the purpose of life, and the interconnectedness of all beings.

Within the Vedic scriptures, the concept of Runanubandha is intricately woven into the fabric of karma and rebirth. It is through these texts that we gain a deeper understanding of the intricate workings of the universe and the role of our actions in shaping our destiny.

Quote from Padma Puran :

“Runanubhanda Rupena Pashu Patni Suta Aalaya Runakshaye Kshyayaanthi Tatra Parivedana.”
(Padama Puran)

Meaning: Every Relations are the result of previous birth bondage. Once the debt is annihilated there is no relationship and hence end of suffering in this Samsara.

The Hypothesis behind Runanubandha

When we are tied by karmic links that have lasted for many years, it is not simple to comprehend what these relationships are or why we continue to adhere to them from the time we were children. We engage, share, love, and react to a large number of individuals in a manner that is unique to each of us. One of the most effective methods for comprehending karmic bonds is to just be quiet, comprehend them, and pose a multitude of inquiries to one’s own soul.

In layman language, a karmic relationship is a deep-rooted karmic action-based romantic bond that is formed with someone with whom you feel connected always and somehow you think you are made for, and most probably it might belong to your soul group categories in order to repent, heal past life lessons, and ease the pain a soul has been going through for many years.

The category of karmic connections is the kind of relationship that seems to be a soulmate-like tie, which is something that no one seeks in a direct manner, but in the end, everyone will obtain it in the karmic cycle of this life. In addition to being difficult to comprehend and emotionally draining, these relationships may sometimes manifest themselves in the form of verbal and physical aggression, and most crucially, they are characterized by a dominating and manipulative nature from the beginning.

There is no way to escape such karmic bindings until and until the soul has been able to acquire a profound understanding of his karmic teachings. In the meanwhile, they continue to go through a cosmic cycle for years in order to comprehend one another.

Those are awaiting them from this birth system. The only way to mend and comprehend a karmic connection is for one or both of the parties involved to make an effort to comprehend the spiritual foundations of the relationship and to make the choice to break free from the karmic cycle and develop their spirituality. In order to put a stop to a karmic connection, one must improve their strength and broaden their perspective, as well as develop their spirituality and think more deeply about life. When any of the individuals involved in the karmic relationship make the decision to entirely disengage from the connection, whether it be physically or spiritually, the relationship will come to an end.

In order to get a complete understanding of a karmic connection and to cure it, you need to devote a significant amount of time to self-realization or evaluation. Before you decide to go on to the next relationship, you need first look inside yourself to completely grasp the process of the whole connection, which includes the lessons that the relationship has taught you that you need to learn.

Does the Really True Soul Mate Exist? : The Seed of Karmic Lessons

Is it a Chain of Karmic Relations ?

You will find that things continue to repeat themselves in any new relationship if you immediately jump into a new relationship without even realizing, repenting, or self-evaluating the entire situation of the bond without understanding the pattern of the relationship. This is due to the fact that the deeply rooted issues have not yet been fully healed and realized within the new relationship.

The decision to If you get into a new relationship too soon after the conclusion of the previous karmic tie, you will once again reopen some portions of the pattern cycle of karmic pains. The realization of the error that you are making in previous relationships is the core of a karmic tie in any karmic misery that you may be experiencing. The time and the scars that have been caused by all of the relationships, as well as the time that they need to educate and heal you, must be given to them.

Once you have learned the karmic lessons and patterns of keeping falling in multiple relationships and you have tried to break down this pattern by growing spiritually, at the end you will be free from all of your patterns in a one-way go and you will be a free bird for forever where there will be no pending karma in your basket. Without any involvement from you, even this cycle will finish itself for the other person on its own without any involvement from you. In any life, if you have made an effort to thoroughly heal the lessons that you have learned inside yourself, you will be free from all of the karmic connections that are still lingering from the past.

After the ultimate ending revelation and the breaking of the pattern of karmas, learning, suffering, and mending the karmic tie, the only method to meet genuine love soulmates will be feasible. This is the only circumstance in which this will be achievable. One of the reasons that a karmic connection appears in our life is to bring to our attention the shame, remorse, and unresolved grief that we have carried with us from a number of previous incarnations. As you go through the suffering that is associated with your karmic cycle, you will be able to open yourself up to the possibility of experiencing the genuine love partner that you truly deserve throughout this life cycle.

Does Astrology Have an Answer? The Investigation

Astrologically, we can understand those karmic bonds but not in an easy lay man language via what we are studying from classical scriptures but yes there are many tools and system to understand ” runanubandham” concept or Karmic relations between two people via Jamini and Nadi systems.I have tried to explain the concept of karmic relationships and Runanubandha concept from many of jamini sutras and what i have observed from past many years in many different charts. but first of all we need to understand the basic concept, what actually is Runanubandha or Karmic debit of two people or the people we interact with them.

What are soul mates? Are they different from karmic relations?

When it comes to the spiritual realm, a soul mate may be any relationship that has a significant position in your life. It might be a member of your family, a close friend, or even your romantic partner. These are spirits who have a different purpose in life and come into our lives for more significant causes. They also have more profound lessons and teachings associated with them.

Every single human being has a certain kind of soul, such as Satvik, Tamasik, Rajasic, and so on. When we come into contact with other souls of this kind in our lives by following tatava in them, it often results in frictions that are similar to two energy forces that may produce effects that are distinct, exciting, and difficult. Some souls may have the impression that they have known each other from previous lives; others may have a conflict with one another; and yet others may have the impression that they have never been in the company of such a person before.

Some of the souls who enter our lives assist us in developing a deeper love and knowledge for one another, while others assist us in gaining insight into universal truths or learning challenging lessons in life, whether they do it in a harsh manner or in a really genuine one. Every single one of those souls who enter our lives brings about crucial life-altering situations for the sake of a higher cause.

Spiritually speaking, soulmates are like mirrors that reflect who we are. Our own soul is reflected in what we perceive in the soul of another person. When we are able to understand other people’s souls as “mates,” even our adversaries, as members of our family who are there to teach us lessons about life, then our whole perspective of other people and our relationship with them undergoes a complete transformation.

The deeper meaning of “Runanubandha” ?

RainbowStreams6 Runanubandha part 1: Soulmates, Karmic Ties and Concept of Rinanubandhan in Vedic Astrology

We take birth in a family, we meet friends, we meet parents, we meet many partners, we indulge with them, we create further karmas, and finally, after doing many sins and karmic actions, we fall in a good relationship, or either we feel like marriage is a burden to us, we feel that parents are not listening to us, and we leave our parents and close friends circle and live in isolation to repent those sufferings; the question is, why is it so??. We carry certain karmas and exhaust some of them, and those that we left behind we brought away with us for the next incarnation. This is a concept that is quite plain to understand. What are your thoughts on the fact that this karmic cycle contains a profound mystery?

Sri Sri Ravishankar’s view on the concept of Rnanubandhan

According to Sri Sri Ravishanakr ji’s explanation of the law of Rnanubandhan, we shall encounter a variety of people during our life. These individuals may take the shape of a mother, a father, siblings, sisters, a spouse, children, and so on. Only because of the unpaid obligations from previous lifetimes that we carry with us, we are able to give birth to a family. According to the mathematical explanation, at the same time that we are establishing accounts, we are also debiting and crediting all of those karmas with those accounts. Because of our indulgence in them, we have accumulated a large number of karmic debts with all of the people with whom we contact. Each and every one of our karmic obligations, also known as Rina, ultimately results in some kind of bondage or attachment, also known as bandhan, with the others with whom we engage in interactions. What it says about karmas, according to the principles of the Bhagavad Geeta, is that all of these karmic attachments will attempt to drag us into the wheel of life, or you might say the karmic or cosmic cycle, again and again, until and until we exhaust them. This is what it says about karmas if we examine thoroughly.

The True Definition: Runanubandha

In reality, Runanubandhan is the bond of karmic activities that occurred in previous births. These actions are the outcome of karmic debts that are at the base of the repeated lives that we participate in within this cosmic cycle. The many karmas that we are doing in our day-to-day lives lead us to a great number of “Rina,” and this Rina, in turn, leads to karma once again.

It is a cycle that goes in both directions. If you have ever given or done anything to another person in a previous life, the memory of those karmic deeds will be stored in your soul, which is also known as your astral body, and there will be a connection between the soul and all of the memories. In this life, the person or soul to whom you have done anything, whether it be something good or something harmful, will be your debtor or your creditor. In the event that you have taken anything in the past, it will be taken away from you in whatever birth that you take; it may be this present delivery, or it could be because of some birth. You will be rewarded in some way in the future for the good deeds you have performed in the past.

The astral body continues to store the memories, sorrows, and joys of all of the Runanubandham relations in countless incarnations. This occurs in the various births that we take. There is no use in attempting to break free from the cycle of birthing unless and until all of the karma that is stored in the soul body is either burnt away or exhausted by the physical body. According to logic, we are recollections of the runanubandham that occurred throughout each and every incarnation, and the numerous karmas that we do in each connection are a reflection of some kind of runanubandha.

Those individuals with whom we have a strong connection or relationship will be a part of our strong runanubandha.

In this life, these individuals typically become our parents, spouses, children, and close friends.

What Sadguru has to say about Runanubandha

I have discovered that in many instances, individuals continue to engage in several sexual and physical intimate relationships with a large number of others, and even they do not feel or know what they are doing. This is something that I have personally seen. Later on, when karma begins to play its part in the form of pain in their intimate relationships, such as marriage and children, people either make an effort to forgive themselves or experience intense feelings of guilt in their subconscious mind.  It is the issue of why this is the case.
It is clear that Sadguru Ji has stated, “Sexual relationships have the greatest impact on our lives in terms of the amount of memory or subconscious impression they leave in our minds as compared with any other kind of touch or any substance you come into contact with.”
This statement is in accordance with the Runanubandha theory, which is explained in Karma and Memory. In order to get a complete grasp of Runanubandhan, it is essentially the physical memory that is connected to the soul that we carry from. The acquisition of this memory may occur via any sexual interaction, even those that are based on blood.

It is said by Sadguru Ji that when it comes to sexual interactions, a woman’s body has a far greater memory and tolerance ability to experience the pain and amount of suffering that is associated with that, and it may lead to feelings of guilt or a sense of distinction. The body of a male has a far greater capacity for memory when it comes to genetic material.

In general, a woman’s body stores less physical memory than a man’s body does after the age of eighteen to twenty-one years old. A woman is required to have a kid from a guy who is not genetically related to her in order for this to occur. This is the primary reason why nature has proceeded in this manner. Her genetic memory must be reduced in order for her to be able to carry the kid to term. This is of the utmost importance.

Resolving Karmic Debts

The Padma Purana provides insights into how to resolve our karmic debts and liberate ourselves from the cycle of Runanubandha. It emphasizes the importance of self-reflection, selflessness, and acts of compassion.

By engaging in selfless actions and cultivating a mindset of forgiveness and understanding, we can gradually dissolve our karmic debts and alleviate the burdens they impose. The scriptures encourage us to let go of resentment, seek reconciliation, and strive for spiritual growth.

The Path to Liberation

The ultimate goal of understanding Runanubandha and resolving our karmic debts is to attain liberation or Moksha. The Vedic scriptures teach that by breaking free from the cycle of birth and death, one can merge with the divine and achieve eternal bliss.

Through self-realization and spiritual practices such as meditation, yoga, and selfless service, individuals can transcend the limitations of their karmic debts and realize their true nature as divine beings.

Conclusion

Runanubandha is a concept that is addressed in the Padma Purana and other Vedic traditions. It provides significant insights into the interconnection of all creatures as well as the role that karma plays in molding our existence.

By gaining a knowledge of our karmic obligations and working to resolve them, we may create the road for our own spiritual development and freedom. In order to break free from the cycle of Runanubandha and achieve spiritual emancipation, let us take the lessons of the Vedic texts to heart and make it our goal to develop compassion, forgiveness, and selflessness in our daily lives.

In the next section, for the purpose of gaining an understanding of the astrological notion of rinanubandha, we shall examine several sample charts.
