2019 General Elections: Jyotish Assessment

Secondary assessment based on Election Schedule

Note: This is the final analysis based on the Election schedule announced by ECI. The main article can be seen here in this link > https://drive.google.com/file/d/1CpNkXJPUghY3d3LcZ57fRA__8d4HOP1C/view

1] This short article is the final assessment based on the announced dates. Most importantly the start date i.e. 11th April 2019 and the result date i.e. 23rd May 2019.

Let’s observe the Grahas in the above chart (date 23.5.2019) w.r.t Bharat’s Vrishabh Lagna and below pointers reproduced from the Main article.

23rd May 2019 Elections Results Who is going to win in 2019 General Elections on 23rd May 2019

1) If Guru (8th lord of Modern Bharat’s chart – MB) in Transit aspects 10th Bhava and 10th Lord(s) in transit, the Government changes. I.e. the ruling Government falls.

2) If the above condition is happening AND Shani and Rahu (10th lords) in transit are strong & positively placed, then it indicates powerful (full majority) government coming at the Center.

3) If Transit Guru does not aspect 10th Bhava and he is not exalted, the incumbent Government retains the power. Here again, how strong this government possibly could be well indicated by situation of Rahu and Shani (as indicated in point no.2 above).

4) Weak Shani and Rahu in transit shows weak government at Center. It also shows sinister, corrupt, incapable, appeasing & highly communal government. Detrimental to the interest of Bharat and her people.

5) Strong Lagna Lord venus in transit (in Lagna, 4th, 9th or 10th or 11th) along with strong Rahu and Shani are likely to provide strong and stable government.

* Guru on 23.5.2019 chart neither aspects 10th Bhava nor aspects Shani & Rahu (10th Lords). Guru is also not in exaltation Rashi. Thus, it does not fulfil the conditions for the “Fall of the ruling Government” as mentioned in the point no.1 above.

* Rahu as the 10th lord is exalted in the 2nd Bhava generating the powerful Simhasan Yog. The other 10th co-lord Shani (Retrograde) is placed in the 8th Bhava in very close conjunction of Ketu. Shani aspects 10th Bhava with his 3rd aspect. Exalted Rahu also aspect 10th Bhava with his 9th drashti. Thus both the 10th lords (Rahu and Shani) aspect their own Bhava as well as mutually aspect between the two. Shani being retrograde can also provide result of being in 7th Bhava where he gets directional strength. Ketu and Mars are Marakas. However, Mars and Ketu provides a lot of fire power to Rahu and Shani. Shani provides results of being in 8th as well as 7th (partially due to Retrograde motion).

Thus, all of this assessment shows that Shani and Rahu are strong in Transit w.r.t Bharat’s chart.

*Venus is placed in 12th Bhava. I would have ideally wished Venus to be in 9th, 10th or 11th Bhava. In 11th Bhava, it would be exalted. However, Shukra remains in Kumbha (10th Bhava) and exalted in Meena (11th Bhava) during most part of Elections, but during result day, it has already moved to the 12th Bhava. For all the other Grahas, LL in transit placed in the 12th Bhava would have been bad and losses, however, Venus is the ONLY Graha which gets very strong in 12th Bhava. He enjoys 12th Bhava. Thus LL Venus in transit placed in 12th Bhava on the day of result is strong.

Mercury (5th lord0 and Sun (4th Lord) placed in Lagna in Transit, generates powerful Rajayoga.

*Moon is going to be Vargottam (in same Rashi in Main chart and Navamansh chart) throughout the day on 23rd May 2019. From 5:15 am to 11:42 am in Dhanu Vargottam and then until 18:15 in Makar Vargottama!. Moon is the 10th lord of NaMo’s chart and his vargottama strength on that day shows fortified 10th lord in transit.

Assessment of all the transit Grahas mentioned above paints a picture which says that the result will come strongly in the favor of Ruling Government!

2] I wish to point out a unique observation on Narendra Modi (NaMo)’s chart w.r.t. Guru and Rahu’s transit cycle.
When NaMo took the oath as CM of Gujarat for the 1st time on 7th October 2001, Guru and Rahu were jointly passing through Mithun Rashi which is the 9th (Bhagya) Bhava of NaMo’s Tula Lagna chart.

I am providing 7.10.2001 chart below (taking Tula Lagna)

2001 chart Who is going to win in 2019 General Elections on 23rd May 2019

As said earlier, Guru and Rahu were passing through Mithun Rashi when NaMo took oath as Gujarat’s CM for the 1st time.
Guru completes one cycle in 12 years and Rahu completes one cycle in 18 years.

When Guru competed for one cycle and came back to Mithun (in 2014), NaMo became PM for the 1st time. Now in 2019, when General Election results are going to be declared, Rahu is completing his cycle and coming back to Mithun Rashi. These three events are amazingly co-related.

What Results now Rahu should give to NaMo when he is completing one round since 2001 and coming back to Mithun?
Unrestricted

1st let’s check the above chart of 7.10.2001 (in relation to NaMo’s Tula Lagna). Rahu is the 5th co-lord and close friend of LL Venus. Rahu gets exalted in Mithun Rashi. Thus Rahu, as the 5th co-lord exalted in 9th Bhava generates powerful Rajayoga and triggers the “Bhagyodaya”!

Now, check the 1st chart given (of 23.5.2019) w.r.t. Tula Lagna (of NaMo). Rahu’s Rajayoga mentioned above is again repeating. Not only that, but Rahu is also in Mutual aspect with another PYK Shani. Shani in the 3rd Bhava with Ketu is extremely powerfully placed (Natural Paap Grahas in Upachaya gives great results).

Mars & Rahu’s angarak yog happening in Mithun on the result day has a special significance. There is a dictum in classics. Rahu in Kendra with Trikona Lord or Rahu in Trikona with Kendra lord generates a powerful Rajayoga.

Here, Rahu is placed in Trikona (9th Bhava) with Mars who is a Kendra Lord (7th Bhava). Thus Rahu+Mars combination in Mithun is generating powerful Rajyoga in Transit w.r.t. Tula Lagna of NaMo.

Venus on that day is in Mesha and directly aspects own Bhava from 7th and this fortifies Lagna Bhava.

RAHU, MARS, SHANI AND KETU all powerful Natural malefics are directly influencing 3rd Bhava of NaMo’s chart which is providing him with unprecedented energy, bold actions and parakram (valor). NaMo is going to be in extraordinary action even by his own standards in these 2 months.

3] A small observation: In 2014, when Elections started (on 7th April 2014), Moon was in Mithun Rashi along with Guru. This time around on 11th April 2019, Moon is again in Mithun along with exalted Rahu.

Not to forget that Moon is the 10th Lord in NaMo’s chart and also the current Dasha lord. Thus, the 10th Lord of Karma is placed in Bhagya bhava at the start of the Elections indicates Auspicious results!

On the result day, Moon comes to Makar Rashi around 11:40 am. Moon will aspect own 10th Bhava for NaMO.
W.r.t. Bharat’s Vrishabh Lagn chart, Moon in Makara will be the 9th Bhava.

4] W.r.t. BJP’s chart, result day transit is as under:

9th co-lord Rahu will be exalted in Lagna with 6th/11th Lord Mars. Another co-lord of 9th i.e. Shani
Would be placed in 7th in Digbala and aspect Lagna. Shani will be with 6th lord Ketu. 10th lord Guru will be in 6th and aspect 10th bhava. LL Mercury will be 12th with Sun. Yogakaraka Venus will be in 11th bhava. Moon will be in 7th until 11:40 am and then move to 8th Bhava.

Thus, from Mithun Lagna chart of BJP, Transit shows mixed indications.

*Shani-Ketu degree-wise close conjunction in Scorpio (7th Bhava of modern Bharat’s chart) happened during 1984 Elections. Absolute sympathy wave due to the assassination of Indira Gandhi got 414 seats to Congress (I) which is still a record.
*Shani-Ketu conjunction (degree wise quite apart) happened again in Meena Rashi (11th Bhava) during 1996 Elections. No party could get a majority. Atal Bihari Vajpayee became PM of a weak government which fell in mere 13 days and political instability set in.

*We have to now see what Shani-Ketu degree-wise close conjunction, happening in Dhanu, has in store for our beloved Bharat Mata and to all of us! To me, looking in isolation, retrograde nature of Shani would provide effects as if Shani is in Scorpio. This coupled with the comprehensive assessment made in these two elaborated articles, I am confident of the windfall for one party which is headed by the current Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Conclusion: Judging all the four – 1], 2], 3] & 4] – points given in this article, I have come to the conclusion that the results on 23rd May 2019 are going to be strongly in favor of NaMo. I have to say that in this elections, NaMo’s chart is going to be much heavier in its influence than the BJP’s chart.

This assessment is not in isolation to the conclusion drawn in the main article, on the other hand, it derives its main direction from there. (link is given at the start of this article). Important point to note is that even the independent assessment in this article quite nicely corroborates with the conclusion arrived in the Main article.

NaMo is quite likely going to surpass the success of May 2014 and even cross 300 Mark comfortably on his own. Let’s see, if He can surpass Indira Gandhi’s electoral success of Jan 1980. Narendra Damodardas Modi is the chosen instrument of Jagadamba. His 2nd term as PM will completely realize this statement. May he completely realize his burning desire to take our great Bharat Varsh to the glory before he winds his mortal coil.

A Nadi Research to predict the year of BRAHMOPADESHAM (Upanayana), Guru Deeksha

A NADI RESEARCH TO PREDICT THE YEAR OF BRAHMOPADESHAM

By Ramadas Rao

What is Brahmopadesham

Brahmopadesham A Nadi Research to predict the year of BRAHMOPADESHAM (Upanayana), Guru Deeksha

Upanayana, also called “sacred thread ceremony”, is commonly known for being a Hindu Sanskar, rite-of-passage ritual, where the concept of Brahman is introduced to a young boy. The youngster is taught during the ceremony the secret of life through Brahmopadesam (revealing the nature of Brahman, the Ultimate Reality) also called the Gayatri manthra.

The hallmark of having gone through the Upanayana ceremony is the wearing of the Yajñopavita (Sacred Thread) on the body. Yajñopavita has three threads (actually only one thread, folded three times and tied together) each consisting of three strands.

These threads represent:-

  • Goddess Gayatri (Goddess of mind)
  • Goddess Saraswati (Goddess of word)
  • Goddess Savitri (Goddess of deed)

Upanayana makes the person receiving it a Dwija, a twice-born! The initiation is done by the Upadesam of the Gayathri manthra. The manthra is a universal prayer that can be used by men of all climes and creeds, for, it calls upon the Glorious Power that pervades the Sun and the three words to arouse, awaken and strengthen the Intelligence, so that it may lead to intense Sadhana and Sadhana may lead to success.

The main ceremonies during the Brahmopadesham are

  1. Nandhi Ceremony: It is performed generally just 10 days before the Upanayana to obtain the blessings of the family ancestors. Nandi in Sanskrit means the beginning, so with Nandi begins the actual rituals for the functions.
  2. Uthakashanth: Uthakashanthi is conducted for the purification of the mind and body and the protection of the child. All names of the deities are chanted in the form of mantras and invoked in water and then poured over the child
  3. Aajyabhaagaantha homam: It is a prayer to the God of Fire, Agni for the child’s long life, intellect, courage etc.
  4. Yagnopaveethadhaaranam: This is the core of the Brahmopadesham. The boy is anointed with the sacred thread. The thread has three strands symbolising the Goddesses Gayathri, Saraswathi and Savithri, combined with a knot symbolising God Brahma.
  5. Kumaarabhojanam: The boy’s mother feeds him before Brahmacharya with five different sweets made by her.
  6. Brahmopadesham: The Gayathri mantra is chanted in the boy’s ear by his father, his first Guru.
  7. Soorya Dharshan: The boy to be taken outside and shown the soorya, the sun god. This assumption here is that he will be protected by the sun god. The palms are clasped in such a way that it makes a peep hole to the sun god.
  8. Biksha-Charanam: The Brahmachari, who is now ready to recite the scriptures, and begins to do so, is offered food and shelter by the mother, householders and other ladies.

Bhrigu and Nandi Nadi leaves are thousand, thousands of years old and we know that our complete past, present and future are written there and with the help of right-hand thumb impression only predictions were made and even now in Kumbhakonam the Nadi readers are doing this as their career. But using traditional or Jaimini methods, it is difficult to predict some important matters like the exact happening of our Shodasha Karmas especially Brahmopadesham, Marriage , childbirth etc.

But Shri R.G.Rao has gone very deep into such palm leaves, discussed with many ancient Nadi Astrologers and decoded the methods of prediction using Nadi leaves. As I am an ardent student of Shri R.G.Rao, from last many years,I was doing some researches on Nadi Astrology and suddenly by the Blessings of our Nadi Guru,my lineage Guru ( Kashyapa Maharshi ),Acharya Shri Madhva,my Kula Devatha and Ishta Devata,I have found the method to predict when Brahmopadesham will take place.I was trying to find out from Vimshottari Dasa and Antar Dasas,Jaimini Rashi Dasa and Antar Dasas was trying to find out when such event will take place. Now by the Blessings of my Gurus and Devatas,I am going to delineate this secret Nadi method.

While making Nadi predictions, as per my studies, the planets’ Karakattwas will be taken and the corresponding events will be checked from transits of low moving planets Shani,Guru,Rahu/Ketu.After the male child’s birth, within 1st round of transit of Guru from natal Guru, the event will take place.1st round means after birth, from natal Guru, till the native reaches 12 years is called Guru’s 1st round. As per shodasha Karma rules, Brahmopadesham should be conducted within 11 years of birth of the male native.

As we know Ketu is the planet of spirituality and Vedic knowledge also.In the natal chart,Guru, the Jeeva Karaka is the native.Ketu is also the Karaka of Sacred Holy Thread ( Yajnopaveet ).So Ketu’s transit over natal Guru will make the native to take Brahmopadesham.Note natal Guru’s longitude and transit Ketu’s longitude.Ketu’s longitude must be within 3-5 Degs.of natal Guru’s longitude.

2nd rule is transit Guru must be in 10th house from native’s natal Guru. The reason is that here transit Guru works like result giver ( Phala Karaka )and 10th house is Karma Sthana. So from native’s Guru’s 10th house must be occupied by transit Guru.

Example chart 1A :

This male native was born on 14/10/1979 and natal Guru is at Simha Rashi 9 Degrees 15 Minutes and the native’s Brahmopadesham was conducted on 24/2/1989 at 9-50 AM.At that time transit Ketu in Transit chart 1B was in Simha Rashi 11 Degs.13’ and transit Guru was in Vrishabha Rashi which is 10th from native’s natal Guru.

Chart1a A Nadi Research to predict the year of BRAHMOPADESHAM (Upanayana), Guru Deeksha

Chart 1b A Nadi Research to predict the year of BRAHMOPADESHAM (Upanayana), Guru Deeksha

If we look into Vimshottari Dasa,it was Budha-Shukra-Guru running.Budha is 5th and 8th house lord placed in 9th house with Shukra who is 4th and 9th house Lord.Guru is the Lord of 2nd and 11th house placed in 7th with Rahu and Shani.By this we can not make out anything clear about the native’s Brahmopadesham.Only Budha, the lord of 5th and 8th house placed in 9th house with 9th house lord Shukra tells us that there will be some auspicious event. But Nadi Astrology tells us what will be that event and when it will take correctly.

Example Chart 2A :

Chart2a A Nadi Research to predict the year of BRAHMOPADESHAM (Upanayana), Guru Deeksha

chart2b A Nadi Research to predict the year of BRAHMOPADESHAM (Upanayana), Guru Deeksha

This male native was born on 22/10/2009 and the natal Guru was in Makara Rashi at 23Degs.19’ and is with Rahu. The native’s Brahmopadesham was conducted on 4/4/2018 at 10 : 58 AM.At that time transit Ketu in chart 2B was at Makara 17 Degs.51’.Here the difference in longitude was 5 Degs.28’ only and transit Guru was in Tula Rashi which is 10th from native’s natal Guru thus satisfying the 2nd rule also.

In this chart also,if we consider Vimshottari Dasa, it was Ketu-Chandra-Guru.Ketu is in 6th house with Kuja and Guru is in 12th house with Rahu. Here we can not even guess that the Brahmopadesham will take place at the date mentioned above. But Nadi Astrology helped us to predict the exact date of Brahmopadesham.

Decoding Panch MahaPurusha Yoga

Panch Mahapurusha Yoga Decoding Panch MahaPurusha Yoga

Pancha Maha Purusha Yoga

Written, Analysed and Compiled by Sh. Chandrashekhar Sharma

Yoga” is a Sanskrit word derived from the root “yuj” which means to yoke or join, and is used in Vedic astrology to indicate coming together of two or more grahas in a certain manner. There are numerous, and if I may say so, literally thousands of yogas that are given in the Vedic astrology texts. All Vedic astrologers, from the beginners to the most learned know about the “Pancha Maha Purusha” yogas. The yogas are based on the position of five planets and the literal meaning of “Pancha Maha Purusha yoga” is “five types of yogas that occur in birth-charts of great men” In Vedic astrology, we find many yogas having the same name but with different planetary combinations. Pancha Maha Purusha yogas, however, do not seem to suffer from allotment of its name to any other set of planetary combination.

Sage Parashara indicates the primacy of these yogas, by devoting a separate chapter to Pancha Maha Purusha yogas. As the very name implies the yoga arises due to certain positions of 5 different grahas. Sage Parashara describes the combination of grahas, bhavas and rasis that lead to the formation of Pancha Maha Purusha yoga and different names of the yogas related to the grahas causing them, beautifully, as under:

Shaloka 71 Panchmahapurushyoga 1 Decoding Panch MahaPurusha Yoga

I shall now define the indications of Pancha Mahapurusha. Kuja (Mars) etc. in strength and occupying their exaltation or own rasi occupy kendras, the Ruchaka, Bhadra, Hansa, Malvya and Shasha yoga occur in their natural order (Mangal, Budha, Guru Shukra, Shani).

Let us, now, look at how the individual yogas are said to manifest for the jataka according to Sage Parashara. I have not included the entire shlokas appearing in Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra, here for fear of making the text too bulky. I have only given part of what the Sage says, in bracket, where the indications given by the Sage may appear to be different from the commonly held perception amongst astrologers about nature of certain grahas. I trust this will also help astrologers to refrain from typecasting nature of grahas in a very narrow area, based upon one’s perception of interpretation of scriptures.

Ruchaka Yoga

One born in Ruchaka yoga has a longish face, is over zealous, radiant but polite, extremely powerful and with beautiful eyebrows. He has black hair, is of refined tastes, fond of battlefields and of dark complexion. He is a conqueror, intelligent, has height of hundred finger widths, is of proportionate body and of one thousand Tula weight. He can also be head of theives, of cruel temperament and slender of thighs. He has the signs of Veena (string instrument), Vajra (a type of sword), Dhanush (Bow), Pasha (noose), Chakra (disc) and Vrishabha (bull) signs in his hands. He is a worshipper of Brahmins, expert in Mantras for abhichara. He rules over Vindhya and Sahyadri regions and attains swarga by weapon or fire (dies on account of one of these reasons).

Bhadra Yoga

The jataka of Bhadra yoga is possessed of the radiance of a lion and has a well developed chest. His gait is slow and majestic, like an elephant. He has long and thick arms, is learned, intelligent and skilled in Yoga. He is of Satwa guna, has elegant feet, good moustaches and beard. He is of lustful nature (kamI/kämé) and has marks of Shankha (conch shell), Gada (mace), Shara (arrow), Elephant, Flag and Hala (plough) on his hands and feet. Possessed of a well shaped nose, he is an expert on weaponary, has black hair, is of independent nature and is protector of his family. He is of heavy weight (20 tulas), shares his wealth with friends for luxuries and spends a happy and comfortable life. He rules over Madhy Pradesha (Central region) and lives to 100 years of age.

Hamsa Yoga

Hamsa yoga is caused by Guru (Jupiter) ocupying a kendra, in own or exaltation rasi. A jataka of Hamsa yoga has a voice like that of Hamsa (swan), is fair with elevated nose and beautiful face. He has Kapha humor, eyes that are brown like honey, red nails and is possessed of a high level of intelligence. He has well formed cheek a round head and with beautiful feet he becomes a King. His palms and feet carry the marks of fish, goad (ankusha), Bow, Conch shell, Lotus, bed (khatwanga) etc. He is lusty and his lust is difficult to satisfy by his wife (ôI;u kamataeR nEit tuòtam!,/ stréñu kämärto naiti tuñöatäm|) He is 96 finger width tall, fond of water sports and rules the kingdom spread between the rivers Ganga (ganges) and Yamuna. Living for a hundred years and enjoying all pleasures on this earth, he attains death in a forest.

Malavya Yoga

Malavya yoga is caused by Shukra (Venus) ocupying a kendra, in own or exaltation rasi. A jataka born in Malvya yoga is possessed of beautiful lips, a thin waist and is of moon like (splendorous) complexion. He emanates a good smell, is somewhat fair, of medium structure and possessed of beautiful and clean teeth. His voice is like an elephant and his hands reach his knees. His face is 13 finger width long and 10 finger width wide. He lives upto 70 years of age, rules happily over Sindhu and Malwa countries and attains the abode of gods.

Shasha Yoga

Shasha yoga is caused by Shani (Saturn) ocupying a kendra, in own or exaltation rasi. A jataka of Shasha yoga has small teeth and a small face but is not of short strature (is fairly tall). He is possessed of valour, slim at waist, of beautiful thighs, intelligent and likes to wander over hills and forests. He knows the weak points of the enemies, is the leader of his army, with somewhat elevated (irreregular) teeth and is lively. He is knowledgeable in metallurgy, fond of women and able to usurp other’s wealth. His palms and feet carry the marks of Mala (rosary), Veena (a string
instrument), Mridunga (a purcussion instrument) and weapons. He rules over many parts of this earth with happiness and lives upto 70 years, attaining the abode of Gods.

Having understood the basic definition of the Pancha Maha Purusha Yogas, let us try to understand what makes it possible for such yogas to be able to deliver the results promised and how the results are to be applied to real life horoscopes. I am sure that most of the astrologers, both practising and the students, must have come across many horoscopes that did have the Pancha Maha Purush yogas. I am also sure they must also have been confused when they found that the results of the yogas, as indicated by the sages, have not fructified for many of the jatakas. This is the question that we shall try to address here. I shall try to give my interpretation of this anamoly. Those more knowledgeable than me, may like to find a more suitable interpretation if they think that my interpretation is not the right reason for failure of the Pancha Maha Purusha Yogas to fructify in a chart. As a matter of fact this may be a good subject for research for the learned, who could try to analyze about a 1000 charts in order to arrive at near correct reason for failure of fructification of Pancha Maha Purusha Yogas in a chart. I prefer to rely on the time-honoured method of presentation of any proposition based on Pramana (quotes from authoritative texts) and Tarka (logic) that was acceptable to the sages.

The first thing that strikes me, as it would any astrologer with an inquiring mind, is that even though results of five types of Maha Purusha yogas are given by the sages, each of the five planets can occupy a particular kendra in any of the three rasis, that is two of rasis owned by it and its exaltation rasi barring Mercury, whose exaltation and own rasi being Virgo, it can ocupy two rasis. There being 4 kendras in a chart, this means that there would be a minimum 56 variations of the Pancha Mahapurusha yoga capable of giving different results instead of the 5 results for the yogas, given to us by the sages. Thus each planet, excluding Mercury, can have 12 variations of the Panchmaha purusha yoga caused on its account. Mercury shall have 8 variations of Bhadra yoga caused by its presence in kendra. This will increase to 12 if we consider the exaltation of Mercury based on degrees traversed in Virgo as separate from its occupation of rest of the part of Virgo as a separate variation of the yoga. Should we do that, the total vaiations of the Pancha Mahapurusha yoga would be 60. It is obvious to even a person with reasonable knowledge of astrology, or for that matter any shastra, that the results for all the variations, for a particular planet cannot be identical. If we look at the shloka given by the sage Parashara again, we find that the sage does say that the planets have to be possessed of strength (biliÉí-balibhiçca). I find support in Kalyan Varman when he states in Saravali on commenting on the Pancha Maha Purusha yoga as under:

Shaloka 37 Panchmahapurushyoga Decoding Panch MahaPurusha Yoga

When the yoga is caused on account grahas like Bhauma (Mars) etc. in strength, one gets kingdom. But if, simultaneously, Suyra and Chandra are bereft of strength then the yoga for kingdom does not occur but one does get progeny and wealth during the Dasha of the yoga causing graha.

Each of the planets, causing any variation of the Pancha Mahapurusha yoga, will be generally treated to be strong on account of occupation of both a kendra and own or exaltation rasi therefore the meaning of strength, referred to here by the sages, needs to be understood in proper perspective. Since each of the planets achieve digbala in different kendra as are they bereft of it in others, it stands to reason that a planet conferring a Pancha Maha Purusha yoga, will not have same amount of strength while posited in any of the 4 kendras that it can occupy. Again we find that the planets involved have ownership of one male and one female rasi and they are themselves either male, female or eunuch. We also know that though shubha planets give greater shubha results when they attain strength, not all ashubha or papa planets have elevated malfeasance as a result of gaining strength. Saturn is said to give least malefic results, when he is endowed with strength and greater malefic results when bereft of strength.

Kalyanvarman is Saravali tells us this unambiguously when he says:

Shaloka 12 Panchmahapurushyoga Decoding Panch MahaPurusha Yoga

When grahas are strong in a horoscope, related bhavas and their indications (like Atma, Mana, Satwa, Vacha, Gyaana, Veerya and sorrow, as well as the benefic and malefic nature of the relevant grahas) are realized with more and more strength. If the grahas become weak the related indications suffer. In case of Shani reverse is true.

This means that if Shani is strong, sorrow does not increase but it decreases.

Similarly, Guru is said to distort (æò ) or harm one of the indications of the bhava he occupies, so in strength, he might harm the bhava occupied though he will give excellent results of the bhavas that he aspects and good results of the other indications of the bhava occupied. Many modern astrologers find it difficult to accept this position. I have seen the dictum coming true every time. But this being a principle on which there are divergent opinions, I would like to give an old shloka, often quoted by my father and astrologers of his generation, leaving the acceptance or otherwise of the said principle to the better judgement of the learned.

Shaloka 11 Panchmahapurushyoga Decoding Panch MahaPurusha Yoga

Guru occupying lagna in Lord Rama’s horoscope made him get banished to forests by his father, Guru in 3rd bhava caused the King Bali being sent to Patala (abode of Asuras- netherland under water) by lord Vishnu, 4th bhava occupied by Guru in King Harishchandra’s chart took away his kingdom, Dushshaasana (one of the Kauravas in Mahabharata) tried to strip Draupadi’s clothes on account of Guru occupying 6th bhava in her chart, King Ravana died (in war with Lord Rama) on account of Guru occupying 8th bhava, Guru occupying the 10th bhava in King Duryodhana’s chart resulted in his death at the hands of Bhima in Mahabharata, and Pandavas were sent to forest on account of their defeat in Dyuta (a type of gambling game of the Kings) on account of occupation of 12th bhava in Yudhishthira’s chart.

So the interpretation of the Pancha Mahapurusha yogas will have to be modified taking into consideration these additional factors. Next are the injunctions about some of the planets being incapable of giving (beneficial) results in certain kendra positions. The two benefic that come to mind are Mercury in the 4th and Venus in the 7th bhava.

Jataka Paarijata says:

Shaloka 52 Panchmahapurushyoga Decoding Panch MahaPurusha Yoga

Budha in the 4th house, Guru in 5th house and Shukra in 7th house, cause trouble to those houses. Shani gives good results in the 8th house.
So, even here, the results of “Pancha Mahapurusha” yoga would not be felt prominently and in accordance with the texts. Similarly, Mars in 7th, Saturn in Lagna, Mercury in the 7th bhava are said to be in Marana sthanas if aspected by or associated with malefics or grahas in debility as indicated by the definition of Maranasthana given in Jataka Parijata:

Shaloka 35 Panchmahapurushyoga Decoding Panch MahaPurusha Yoga

Shaloka 36 PanchMahapurushyoga Decoding Panch MahaPurusha Yoga

For Jupiter the 3rd house, Mars the 7th, Saturn the Lagna, Rahu the 9th, Moon the 8th, Sun the 12th, Mercury the 7th and for Venus the 6th house are called the marana sthana. If these planets, placed there, are also aspected or conjoined by a malefic or debilitated planet, an indication of these sthanas are harmed. One should understand that if the planet so aspecting/conjunct is only malefic some bad indication of the Marana bhava are experienced, and when the malefic is also an enemy of, or in debilitation, more harm to the indication of the Marana sthana house indicated.

So these grahas, in those sthanas (house/place), may again not deliver the results of Pancha Mahapurusha yoga, regarding making one a king over large tract of land in a chart, if aspected or conjunct malefics. Thus we find many reasons that could result in the Pancha Mahapurusha yoga not getting fructified. It is interesting to see the opinion of Mantreshwara, in Phaladeepika, regarding Pancha Maha Purusha Yogas.

Shaloka 64 PanchMahapurushyoga Decoding Panch MahaPurusha Yoga

If these grahas (capable of giving Pancha Maha Purusha yoga) are also placed in kendra from Chandra (moon) simultaneously, the yoga becomes capable of making one an emperor and possessed of great bhagya (luck).

He has initially given different results of the “Pancha Mahapurusha yoga” that exclude becoming a king of the level indicated by Parashara, barring in a few cases. He then goes on to say that if the graha causing the Pancha Maha Purusha yoga also happens to be in kendra to Chandra simultaneously, such as yoga is capable of bestowing Samrajya (becoming an emperor) and great bhagya(luck). Mantreshwar’s opinion appears to be based on very logical application of principles of Vedic astrology, since Chandra will be getting sthana bala, occupying a kendra, and will be paraspara karaka to both the lagna and the graha concerned the results would be more prominent.

There is another matter that needs attention of the learned and that is about what happens when more than one Pancha Maha Purusha yogas is present in a chart. As in many matters of astrological principles, there are two opinions here too. One school of thought thinks that all the yogas will fructify in the dashas of each of the planets causing the multiple yogas in the chart. Another school of thought is of the opinion that only the strongest of the multiple yogas will fructify in that particular graha’s period. I tend to agree with the later opinion, as I do with the opinion of Mantreshwar about the yoga causing needing to be in kendra to both Lagna and chandra to give a large kingdom to rule over, or its equivalent power to be wielded by the jataka.

Let us look at the chart of Lord Ramachandra, generally accepted to be the right chart by astrologers, to find out whether this principle applies.

Horoscope of Lord Ramchandra

Shiri Ram Chandra Chart Decoding Panch MahaPurusha Yoga

We observe, here, that there are three “Pancha Maha Purusha” yogas in the chart that is:

1) The Hamsa yoga caused by an exalted Guru occupying Karka (cancer) rasi, in Lagna.
2) Shasha yoga caused by Shani in exaltation occupying Tula (Libra) rasi in the 4th bhava
3) Ruchaka Yoga caused by exalted Mangal in Makara (Capricorn) rasi ocupying the 7th bhava

Amongst these, the condition of the grahas causing Pancha Maha Purusha yoga of being in kendra to both Lagna and Chandra is satisfied as Chandra occupies the Lagna. So, there is hardly anything to choose between the grahas to give an indication of how and which of the yogas will fructify. However we find the Parashara injunction of the graha with strength giving rise to the yoga unfolding here. We find that Guru is possessed of full digbala occupying the lagna which is rasi of its friend and in exaltation, whereas Shani is with 50% digbala and Mangala is not only with 50% digbala but also occupies its marana karana sthana and whereas Saturn occupies the house of its friend, Mars occupies rasi of its sama/neutral graha. We also observe that Shani is lord of the 7th and the 8th ,both Dusthanas, thus weakening the effects of its occupation of a kendra as the 8th lord weakens the house it occpies and 7th bhava is Maraka sthana. Mangal could have qualified for the yoga by reason of being the 5th and 10th lord and therefore a yoga karaka but for the fact of its occupation of its Marana sthana.

We are also aware, of the basic Parashari dictum, that if either an exalted or debilitated graha aspects the lagna, Raj Yoga takes place. Thus lagna and by implication its lord Chandra become strong, concentrating all strength in the yoga occuring in the Lagna. That dispositor of Guru, Chandra occupies own rasi in a kendra and is possessed of Paksha bala also renders strength to the effects of Guru. So there is no doubt that Guru will give the Pancha Mahapurusha yoga attributed to it which is the Hamsa yoga.

However, as we discussed earlier, Guru who caused the Pancha Maha Purusha yoga also resulted in Lord Rama being banished to forests by his father (Guru is lord of the 9th). We also see here

that Saturn, the slow one, aspecting the Lagna and Guru caused the results of the yoga to fructify at a late stage in Lord Rama’s life. That Mars also aspects the said Guru also indicated the difficulties that the Lord had to face before the yoga fructified for him. There are also many other implications of the planets in the chart, but I am sure I need not explain them to this gathering of knowledgeable astologers. I hope this analysis of the chart of Prabhu Ramchandra will help illustrate to the students, as also the learned, why even with powerful Pancha Mahapurusha yoga present in a chart, it is better to analyze the horoscope in its entirety, before looking at the final results that the yoga is likely to deliver to a jataka.
The reason is that in the horoscope of Lord Ramchandra, since there are multiple Pancha Mahapurusha yogas, the yoga in his chart which is in strength only fructified and he ruled over a kingdom between Ganga and Yamuna rivers, as indicated in the indications of Hamsa yoga, by Parashara.

At this point of time I must make it clear that it is not necessary that a jataka of Hamsa yoga will always rule over that region. The regions are only indicative of the directions related to a strong graha taking a person to its own direction at the time of operation of its dasha. Even here it may be the dispositor of the graha causing the yoga or its Navamsha dispositor’s position that may have to be considered if we are to follow the astrological principles in their entirety. One must remember that Vaidyanaath in Jataka Paarijata gives different regions and so does Mantreshwara in his Phaladeepika. That lord Ramchandra did rule over the area indicated by Parashara may in fact indicate that he ruled the kingdom in the northeast direction of the known world, at the time of his rule, as Guru does indicate the Northeast. I would like to enjoin upon astrologers, at this point of time to try to understand the principles being given by the sages instead of insisting that the yogas occur verbatim since they are so given by Sage “A” or by Sage “B” as is the fashion these days. Astrologers can understand this best in discussions of Pancha Maha Purusha Yogas as we find Kings in other countries who do have Pancha Maha Purusha yoga in their horoscopes.

Let us see the Chart of Sadaam Hussain, the ruler of Iraq, who could be equated to ancient day kings.

Saddam Hussain Chart Decoding Panch MahaPurusha Yoga

We see here that Shukra occupying the 10th bhava and being in exaltation causes the Malavya Yoga. He ruled Iraq, certainly not mentioned as amongst the countries indicated in the classics. Yet the Yoga did operate. We find Saddam becoming President of Iraq in 1979 when the Maha dasha of Shukra and antar dasha of Shani was operating. According to Ududaaya Pradeep, Shani gives results of Shukra in its own Antar dasha within the Mahadasha of Shukra and the Malavya yoga thus fructified at the right time. There are many other yogas in the charts, no doubt, however, for the present we are only concentrating on the Pancha Mahapurusha yoga occurring with the variation that the graha causing it is conjunct other graha.

Let us now look at another chart of a king, with Ruchaka yoga and Shasha yoga occurring simultaneously in the chart. The chart belongs to King Alexander I, the Czar of all Russia.

Decoding Panch MahaPurusha Yoga

We again find him getting to rule Russia, not mentioned in the texts. So I would advise caution in basing one’s predictions on literal applications of any results that are given for the jataka in any of the many numbers of yogas that are given in classics on astrology. The sages gave certain principles that are to be applied with viveka to a chart. The specifics mentioned in the yogas are by way of illustration of the strength of the yogas and this must be understood by all of us.

We observe that both Mangal and Shani are of almost equal strength, though Shani is endowed with more strength as it occupies the most powerful of the kendra in the rasi of its bosom friend, whereas Mangal occupies rasi of a graha that is “Sama” to him. We also observe that Guru aspects the Mooltrikona of Shani strengthening it and, by implication, its lord Shani who also happens to be the lagna Lord. Alexander the 1st ascended the throne in March 1801 on the death of his father Czar Paul I on 12th March 1801. Pratyantar dasha of Rahu was running at that time and we know “Manda sama Rahu” thereby giving results of Shani and operation of Shasha yoga in his case.

It is interesting to see that in both the cases the jatakas did not enjoy kingdom till end of their life, Saddam being deposed and Alexander I, Czar of Russia, is rumored to have left for Serbia to become a Hermit. What we see common here is that in both cases the Pancha Maha Purusha yogas occur only from Lagna and Chandra is not in kendra from lagna and the grahas. Thus this may support what Mantreshwara tells about the yoga gaining strength if it is simultaneously occurring with respect to Chandra as it does with respect to Lagna. I would be the first to admit that this sample size is too small to come to a definite conclusion. However this is one area that the learned may like to explore with support of data of jatakas in similar circumstances with charts numbering at least 200 or more to come to any definite conclusion. That the sages, in connection with any of the Pancha Maha Purusha yoga, have not mentioned these countries and yet the yoga has given them rulership over a country is supportive of my contention that the sages gave us certain principles that must necessarily be applied with viveka (sense of proportion).

Before I close, I give a shloka from Chandra Kala Nadi for the learned to ponder over:

Shaloka 27 Panchmahapurushyoga Decoding Panch MahaPurusha Yoga

When Shani aspects or conjoins Guru, then the results of Malavya yoga are not realized. The effects of Shukra being in exaltation are harmed on account of harm caused by the graha (Shani – but I think this may also include malefics).

This is the translation that appears in Chandra Kala Nadi AKA Deva Keralam. This is a very interesting concept since at first glance, there is no harm to the house occupied by Shukra or Shukra himself, barring, when Shukra occupies the 10th bhava, and yet the yoga does not fructify on account of conjunction or aspect between Guru and Shani. It is interesting to note that the exaltation state of Shukra is being referred to here, indicating, perhaps that the author of the Nadi did not give much weight to grahas occupying kendra in own rasi for considering occurrence of Pancha Maha Purusha yoga, restricting himself only to graha in exaltation in kendra when considering the Pancha Mahapurusha yoga.

Personally, I think that the reference is to Shani being placed in the 8th bhava which is also referred to as the Cchidra bhava, while aspecting Guru and Shukra in exaltation causing the Pancha Maha Purusha yoga is the condition about which the nadi author is talking. If we accept my premise then Shani will be aspecting the 10th ,the 2rd and the 5th bhava of the chart in either of which Guru will have to be placed in order to get aspect of Shani. With Guru’s nature of harming the bhava occupying and Shani doing the same with aspect, it is easy to see why the Malvya yoga caused by Shukra occupying its exaltation rasi will be broken.

Further analysis will show us that the lagna will have to be of one of the rasis owned by Budha or Guru, for Shukra to cause Malavya yoga while occupying its exaltation rasi. So in this case, Guru will be attracting Kendradhipati dosha and Shani will own at least one of the trika, trishadaya or Maraka sthana, thus the harm to the houses to which they relate would be greater thus causing the Malavya yoga to break. We also observe that Shukra will also own one dusthana with these lagnas.
Another interpretation of the word Cchidra could be the 9th bhava as the word refers to the nine Cchidra of the body. In that case, the indication is occupation of a trine from Shukra causing Malavya yoga being occupied by a malefic causing the yoga going waste. Personally I think that this principle of a malefic in trine to a graha causing a yoga wasting away the results obtained on account of that yoga, can be applied to other grahas as well. We can see the operation of this principle in charts of both Saddam Hussain and Alexander I Czar of Russia.

An additional reason for Shani conjunct or aspecting Guru causing break of Malavya yoga appears to be connected with the fact of Shani alone in 9th bhava and unaspected is said to lead to Pravrajya and aspect of Shani on Guru is also said to be indicative of one who is more focused on improvement of one’s soul, at the very least, if not pursuit of knowledge of the Para Brahman; than on one’s bank balance.
The wording of the shloka, to me, appears to suggest that the jataka will get the results of the yoga but would cause it to go waste on account of his own deeds or way of thinking.

I thank all of you for having given the patient reading to my thoughts on Pancha Maha Purusha yoga and would like to submit that these are my personal thoughts and those more knowledgeable than me may hold a different view on this subject. If I cause the learned to think about the texts in more depth, instead of only memorizing the texts, I would have succeeded in my efforts to bring more rationality to this divine science of Vedic Astrology.

RAJA YOGA as per Rao’s system of nadi Astrology

Raja Yoga in nadi astrology RAJA YOGA as per Rao's system of nadi Astrology

RAJA YOGA AS PER RAO’S SYSTEM OF NAADI ASTROLOGY

                   By H.Ramadas Rao

ॐ श्री गुरुभ्यो नमः

With the Blessings of Acharya Madhva,My Kula Devatha ,my Ishta Deavatha and Shri R.G.Rao,I would like to write a topic on Raja Yoga as per Rao’s System of Naadi Astrology.

As per traditional Astrology, there are many planetary combinations for Raja Yoga. For that one has to see from Lagna, the different planetary combinations. But in Naadi Astrology,it is planetary combinations or 2-12 to each other or aspects, one can able to see the Raja Yoga in a birth chart. Now let us which planets are responsible for richness and all types of luxuries.

For any kind of richness, the Karaka for wealth Shukra is very important. His combination with other planets give richness Yoga. Here the 1st planet is Shani  or Saturn. If Shukra is combined with Shani or in Kendra to each other, especially if Shani, the Karma Karaka is placed in 10th from Shukra, that will be the excellent Raja Yoga with richness.2nd planet with Shukra is Kuja or Mars.Kuja is Bhumi Putra or the Karaka for lands also along with other Karakas.

So if Shukra is with Kuja or aspect each other and in 3-11 to each other, such native will have expensive landed properties. The 2rd planet is Ketu. One may be surprised to see how Ketu becomes a Karaka for richness.Ketu is an indicator of root or base. Now Shukra is also Karaka for Padma or lotus. So Shukra + Ketu indicates lotus with its root to the bottom most portion of the earth.Shukra is also an indicator of Dravya or wealth.Ketu indicates root,so this means the native will have enormous wealth which can not be counted. This  combination if Ketu is placed in Vrischika Rashi and Shukra placed in 7th ie.,in Vrishabha Rashi or is in trine to Vrischika Rashi ie., Meena Rashi. This last combination indicates a multi billionaire Yoga.

The next is richness with Raja Yoga and this is formed by the combination of Surya + Kuja + Budha + Guru which are in 11th from Karma Karaka Shani. The last combination for richness Yoga is the combination of Shukra + Rahu either in 11 to Karma Karaka Shani or in 2 /12/7th to Shani.

Now let me try to analyse some charts for learning purposes :

  • Birth chart of Shri Krishnadevaraya of Vijayanagara. His date of birth is 16/2/1471.Time of Birth is not known.Place of Birth is Hampi ( Near Bellary,Karnataka ).

When we do Nadi method of analysis, first Jeeva karaka has to be identified. He is placed in Kanya Rashi but Retrograde.Guru is with Chandra indicating his ancestors migrated to this place of Hampi.Guru + Chandra is in trine to Kuja + Budha + Shukra in Makara Rashi. Here again Shukra is in Parivarthana with Shani who is in Vrishabha Rashi. So the combination will be Kuja + Budha + Shukra + Shani. So it is very clear from this chart that he is a warrior ( Kuja exalted ),intelligent and rich also through his Karma. Now consider Guru in Simha Rashi ( as he is retrograde ) who is aspecting directly Surya.By this this native has Jeevatma Samyoga and in this particular case as

Chart1 RAJA YOGA as per Rao's system of nadi Astrology

Chart2 RAJA YOGA as per Rao's system of nadi Astrology

He is a king, this Yoga is also known as Raja Pratapa Yoga. This is mainly because Jeeva Karaka Guru is connected with exalted Kuja and also with Surya who is the sign dispositor of retrograde Guru.Next when Shukra by exchange goes to his own house of Vrishabha Rashi,so Shani goes to his own house of Makara Rashi. When Shukra comes to his own house of Vrishabha Rashi,Ketu is in 12th to him along with Surya. So it is a very clear indication that his lineage or Vamsha is very rich.Final point is that exchanged Shukra from Vrishabha Rashi is in trine to Kuja + Budha + Shani + Guru + Chandra. So it is a very clear case of Raja Yoga and multi billionaire Yoga.

  • This chart belongs to Shri Jayachamarajendra Wodeyar of Mysore. He was born in July 18,1919 at 18 : 30 Hrs.at Mysore.

JCWodeyar RAJA YOGA as per Rao's system of nadi Astrology

In his chart,Jeeva Karaka Guru is placed in Karka Rashi whose Lord Chandra is placed in Meena Rashi. So Guru is having an exchange with Chandra. So the combination of the planets in Karka Rashi will be Surya + Chandra + Budha + Guru + Rahu .Kuja is the sign dispositor of Budha. So Budha will give the results of Kuja also. Now next in Surya’s own house Simha Rashi, there are Shukra + Shani. This means both Shukra and Shani can give the results of Surya. So this clearly indicates he was a king and a multi billionaire. As an addition to this analysis,Surya, the sign lord of both Shukra + Shani is aspected by Rahu who is his great enemy. So eventhough he was a king, his kingship was removed. But he got all the respects of a king till his death. Also eventhough Surya is placed with Guru, due to exchange Guru goes to his own place and Chandra comes to his own house of Karka Rashi which is a Jala Tattwa Rashi. So he was not able to have any male progeny but only adopted son due to exchanged Guru is in trine to Surya with Chandra + Budha + Surya.

Here one more point is that in Surya’s own house Simha Rashi,Shukra + Shani are placed who are considered as female planets.Hence no male progeny.

So by using carefully Karakattwas of planets and their position in different Rashis,it is possible to analyse any charts correctly.

Understanding Allergies in Ayurveda

What does Ayurveda say about Allergies?

A1 Understanding Allergies in Ayurveda

Written and Researched by Dr V.D Singh

The immune system is the defence mechanism of your body against certain bacteria, viruses etc. which may harm you. But sometimes when this defense mechanism starts fighting with the substances with which it shouldn’t, the condition is called Allergy. Such substances, found in dust mites, animal dander, pollen, insects, ticks, moulds, foods, some medicines etc., are called allergens and are completely harmless for most people.

An allergic reaction begins when an allergen (for example pollen) enters the body of a person, who is allergic to that particular allergen and triggers the release of antibodies. These antibodies attach themselves to special cells, called mast cells. When this allergen (pollen) comes into contact with the antibodies, the mast cells respond by releasing histamine and other chemicals.

Allergy may be atopic (inherited) or acquired. The allergens may hit your eyes, nose, sinus, skin, stomach, bowels, lungs etc and may cause conjunctivitis, allergic rhinitis, urticaria (hives), eczema, allergic asthma, etc and sometimes may result into anaphylaxis – a serious situation which may put your body into shock.

Antihistamines, intranasal corticosteroid nasal sprays etc may provide the symptomatic relief but the episodes may recur once you get exposed to that particular allergen again.

Allergy and Ayurveda

A2 Understanding Allergies in Ayurveda

In Ayurveda, Allergy is described as Asatmya. Asatmya literally means Intolerance or Incompatibility or Unsuitability.

In other words, Asatmya is that “which doesn’t suit the self” and ‘self’ here includes mind, body and soul. Pathophysiologically, Allergy is a condition in which either of the doshas ( Vata, Pitta & Kapha), individually or in unison, refuses to accept and adjust with some specific change in diet or environment and as a result, react against the causative factor.

Apart from doshas, misbalanced Agni (Digestive Fire) and hence produced ama (toxins) play a pivotal role in allergic reactions.

The Ayurvedic treatment puts emphasis on clinical observations of signs and symptoms of Allergy. The first line of treatment being  Nidan Parivarjanam  – to avoid the cause.

The causative factors may include any of the substances discussed above. However it is not always possible to evade the cause and sometimes even the patient himself is not aware of the allergen; hence, an all-inclusive Ayurvedic treatment is required.

It includes Shamana Chikitsa (Palliative treatment), and once the acute symptoms subside, Shodhana Chikitsa (Detoxification program or Panchakarma) is done to avoid the recurrence.

By and large Ashwagandha, Shatawari and Yashtimadhu are good herbal antihistamines for Vata, Pitta and Kapha  type of Allergy respectively but Ayurveda believes in individualized approach towards a patient and disease.

 Seasons and Allergy

A3 Understanding Allergies in Ayurveda

There are certain seasonal allergies which are described as per Ayurveda those are further connected to the state or changes in the season regimen of the earth at that time, means according to the rituachrya.

Ayurveda further states that season trigger allergies due to ‘doshas’ that are involved. To find a treatment, it is important to determine the aggravated ‘dosha’.

Vata types of allergies are caused due to dryness. Symptoms includes dry cough with dry phlegm, insomnia and anxiety. It gets worse in dry or windy environments and also during autumn.

Pitta type allergies cause excessive heating such as burning eyes, rashes and loose stools. The condition usually worsens during summers.

Kapha allergies develop due to moist, humid conditions and worsen during spring time as the weather warms up. It shows up as cloudy or clear mucus production and slow digestion. You should follow a liquid diet of liquefied fruits and vegetables once a week.

For curing allergies with Ayurveda, we must focus on cleansing the body off the toxins and boosting the immune system. If the allergies last all year long, it is advisable to visit an ayurvedic practitioner for proper guidance and diet plan.

How to Cure Allergies with Ayurveda

  • We must avoid heavy foods such as dairy, meats and nuts.
  • We should do hearty lunch and opt for a very light dinner.
  • Drinking plenty of warm water would be much relaxing.
  • Exercising daily.
  • Yoga breathing exercise would be good for relaxing the mind and body.
  • Allergies are worsened with intense stress. Stress causes disturbance in sleep which in turn aggravates the allergy. One must get adequate sleep to avoid allergies.
  • Applying Herbal oil massage enhances blood circulation in the body. This leads to the removal of chemical toxins which might be causing the allergy.

Conclusion

Hence Ayurveda can better deal with the Allergies and we must adhere it according to seasonal regimen, food and taste and for better results one must consult an Ayurveda consultant for complete relief from Allergy.

Battle Game begins Who will be our next PM ? an Astrological Analysis

2019 General Elections: Jyotish Assessment

Written, Analysed and Compiled by Utpal Pathak

Note: Those who are not interested in Jyotish assessments, may straight go to end of Part-1 and Part-2 and read Conclusions. Others who wish to understand how Jyotish application is done, can read through this long and exhausting article.

PART-1

(The Proposed concept of assessing STATE Assembly results)

I started applying Jyotish principles, my knowledge and experience on the politics of modern Bharat since 2012 December. Gujarat assembly elections on 2012 were the 1st stint in an application of Mundane Jyotish. Here I must state that I had predicted that result decisively in favour of BJP based only on Narendra Modi ji’s chart. No other factor was taken into account. Immediately after the success of that prediction, 1st lengthy article was written on Shri Narendra Modi (NaMo) ji and his chances for 2014 Elections which too proved successful. Since then, there were quite a few experiences of success and failures on different State Assembly elections.

In my experiences of all these State Elections, I have been half-hearted since a couple of years because Narendra Modi ji’s influence on State charts was no longer an absolute factor and this created almost crisis like a situation to assess any State Election. The reasons of being skeptical were:

1) MOST importantly, there is no way to trust birth details of important political personalities in a given state.

2) State charts are reasonably accurate and trust worthy. However, I was unsure if State chart can be taken into account when assessing State Election results. In this case, only some valuable experience could have helped me.

Thus, I was on a shaky ground understandably. This is not only my problem but the trouble for every “honest” Jyotish Sadhak. I even concluded (rightly imho) that it is inappropriate and dishonest to apply Jyotsih Shastra on our State Elections because of lack of reasonably reliable data.

However, the shocking losses of BJP in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhatisgarh gave me an extremely important clue I was looking since few years. My Jyotish-saoked mind was looking for something which can relieve me from the need of personal charts to a great extent. This was only possible if Transit influences on a given State chart works satisfactorily. This possibility was presented to my mind with BJP’s losses and Congress’s win in RS, CG & MP. Gujarat Assembly Elections of Dec 2017 and Karnataka in May 2018 also helped a great deal.

I checked State charts of all these 5 states and analyzed Transit influences on them when Election were going on and results were declared for respective states. The focus of Rahu, Shani, Guru and Lagna Lords were of primary influences. To my pleasant surprise, this analysis gave me important clues which were by sufficient by themselves to judge approximate results and did not necessitate the need of personal charts of various important personalities (such as CM, main contesting leader/s etc). To some extent, Charts of Political parties – BJP and Congress (I) helped in verifying the indications given by analysis of State charts.

After forming transit principles I arrived at after analyzing all these above mentioned state charts, I tried to apply them on Modern Bharat’s chart and checked various important General Elections of last 30 years. And I found it to be quite encouraging!
“over simplification” these Transit principles is given below.

1) If Rahu or Shani or both are passing through Lagna of a State chart, the power goes to the Political party which is detrimental for the state (her people). People ends up choosing the party or Gathbandhan which indulges in criminal ways and appeasement policies. Not to forget here that Rahu is a Karaka of Malechhas.

2) Above conditions have all the chances of coming to pass if there is no strong counter balancing from Guru and Lagna Lord.
3) If Moon of a given state chart is also badly influenced by Rahu/Shani, then it becomes almost certain that destructive party will come to power with thumping majority.

4) Also check 10th lord in Transit and influences on 8th Bhava to get the clear picture as much as possible.

Let us straight go to the practical examples and observe briefly.

A] Charts of CG, MP and Karnataka charts (All have Karka/Cancer Lagna).

1 Battle Game begins Who will be our next PM ? an Astrological Analysis
I am 1st providing the transit chart of 11.Dec.2018 (Result day) by keeping Kark Rashi in Lagna for the sake of convenience to observe the Transit w.r.t. the State charts of CG and MP.

One can superimpose the above chart of the result day with charts of CG, MP and check the transits.

1] Chhattisgarh

2 Battle Game begins Who will be our next PM ? an Astrological Analysis
On the results day i.e. 11.Dec.2018

1) Rahu was transiting from Karka Lagna. Rahu is dire enemy of LL Moon and he is the 8th co-lord of change.

2) Shani was/is passing over birth Moon placed in Dhanu. Rahu was transiting from 8th bhava of the Moon.

3) 10th Lord Mars transiting 8th Bhava of the chart

4) LL Moon was transiting 7th Bhava and affected by Nodes.

CG State chart was terribly affected by the most transit principles I stated earlier which indicate that CG Government will change (8th lord Rahu and Shani strongly affecting Lagna and Moon respectively while 10th Lord Mars relegated to 8th Bhava). Highly detrimental government that is corrupt, Deceitful, controlled by sinister elements of Malechha and communally appeasing Government would ascend to power with thumping majority. Thumping majority is indicated due to overdose of negative influences of Transit Shani, Rahu and 8th Bhava/Lord over Lagna, Moon and 10th

Result: Congress came to power with a landslide victory and ruling BJP got drubbing.

2] Madhya Pradesh

3 Battle Game begins Who will be our next PM ? an Astrological Analysis
On the results day i.e. 11.Dec.2018

1) Rahu was transiting from Karka Lagna. Rahu is dire enemy of LL Moon and he is the 8th co-lord of change.

2) 10th Lord Mars transiting 8th Bhava of the chart

3) LL Moon was transiting 7th Bhava and affected by Nodes.

The negative influences of 8th lord Rahu over Lagna bhava and 10th lord Mars in 8th Bhava aspected by 8th co-lord Shani mentioned above indicated change in Government. This ensured detrimental, Rahu-like Government coming to power.
However, unlike CG, Moon of MP’s chart was spared of negative influences. Due to that, 9th Guru passing through 5th Bhava and aspecting Lagna helped balancing the situation. This resulted in quite close contest with Congress managing to come to power with support of few MLA’s of other party.

Result:  Congress came to power by getting the support of BSP and BJP lost the power just by a whisker. Nevertheless, BJP is a very strong opposition and Congress would find it very hard to survive in future.

Karnataka State Assembly results came on 15.May.2018. The Transit chart of the day is given below keeping the Kark as Lagna (keeping in sync with Karnataka’s Kark lagna chart).

3] Karnatak

4 Battle Game begins Who will be our next PM ? an Astrological Analysis

Karnataka’s case is also very interesting to understand dynamics of Transits and how to arrive at judgement. Karnatak and Madhya Pradesh’s charts are identical.

On the results day i.e. 15.May.2018

1) Rahu was transiting from Karka Lagna. Rahu is dire enemy of LL Moon and he is the 8th co-lord of change.

2) Exalted 10th lord Mars affected by Nodes (Rahu-Ketu)

In this curious and delicate case of Karnataka, there is only 1 main negative of Rahu (point no.1 given above). 10th lord Mars exalted but affected by Nodes is another negative.

Formidable countering by Guru aspecting 10th placed transit Moon and Mercury. However, due to Veto like Rahu’s influence on Karka Lagna proved detrimental for the state. Strong party just fell short of Majority mark and Rahu like parties got together and formed the weak, self-interested, minority appeasing and absolutely detrimental government.

It must be also noted that Karnataka was passing through very fag end of Shani Maha Dasha. This is called chhidra dasha phenomena in Jyotish and proves time of instabilities and chaos.

Result: Congress came to power almost directly by supporting JDS who merely got 30 odd seats. BJP could not get the power even though being the largest party because of mechanization of ”Rahuvian” parties.

As soon as Rahu goes out of Lagna of Karnataka, we should expect developments there because it is a weak Government which can’t sustain once Rahu’s Veto is gone as well as sinister Shani MD’s unsettling chhidra period is also over in September 2018.
The same could prove true for MP but these are not the scopes of this present article, so we leave it for now.

B] Now let’s take Gujarat and Rajasthan charts. (Both are of Dhanu Lagna)

The transit chart of 18.Dec.2017 (Result day) by keeping Dhanu Rashi in Lagna for the sake of convenience to observe the Transit w.r.t. the State charts of Gujarat.

Superimpose the above chart grahas over Gujarat’s state chart provided below.

1] Gujarat

7 Battle Game begins Who will be our next PM ? an Astrological Analysis
On the results day i.e. 18.Dec.2017

1) Shani was transiting from Dhanu Lagna. Rahu was transiting from 8th

2) 8th lord Moon was transiting Lagna

These 2 points are powerful negatives. However, there are over powering positives as under:

3) Birth Moon of the chart is not adversely affected by Transit Shani and Rahu

4) LL Guru in transit is powerfully placed in 11th Bhava along with 5th lord transit Mars

5) This auspicious combination of transit LL Guru and Mars is placed in 5th from birth Moon. LL Guru in transit aspects birth Moon

6) 9th Lord Sun transiting from Lagna

Results: These formidable positives saved the day for Gujarat and the sinister party could not win. Please note that Gujarat’s birth chart is extremely powerful. BJP managed to win Gujarat again because of NaMo’s almost indispensable influence and political acumen of Gujaratis. Yet, extremely adverse transits of Shani and Rahu did give a big nightmare t BJP in Gujarat.

The transit chart of 11.Dec.2018 (Result day) by keeping Dhanu Rashi in Lagna for the sake of convenience to observe the Transit w.r.t. the State charts of Rajasthan.

8 Battle Game begins Who will be our next PM ? an Astrological Analysis
2] Rajasthan

9 Battle Game begins Who will be our next PM ? an Astrological Analysis

On the results day i.e. 11.Dec.2018

1) Shani was transiting from Dhanu Lagna. Rahu was transiting from 8th

2) Shani was transiting from 10th of birth moon

3) LL Guru and 9th lord Sun were transiting from 12th bhava

The negatives are too powerful in Rajasthan’s case. Unlike Gujarat, Rajasthan did not receive power of LL Guru as well as 9th lord Sun.

Results: The detrimental party came to power with comfortable majority and the much better government of BJP lost. This is where State chart is quite informative. It also shows collective political acumen of people of the states. If one compares charts of Gujarat and Rajasthan (both having Dhanu Lagna), one will realise as to why Gujarat is choosing BJP since 25 years continuously and progressing ahead, whereas why Rajasthan is changing the government every 5 years and thus allows themselves to suffer.

Note: Gujarat and Rajasthan are two quite informative cases of comparisons to understand how various transits can be assessed to arrive at difficult conclusion.

Conclusion of part-1:

The concept that is proposed here needs to be tested further in future assembly elections of various states. Serious sadhakas of Jyotish Shaastra may further take it forward by testing the transits along with Dasha of State charts. Dasha system also needs to be checked if it makes sense in State charts as it makes perfect sense in an individual’s chart. There are many unanswered questions on the dynamics of many states of Bharat such as Bengal, Kerala, Tamilnadu etc… One has to study and try to find out if interested. Oath charts of Chief Ministers are also one extremely useful tool to understand the Government and how it’ll perform.Election result assessment of State assemblies in our country is an overwhelmingly complicated matter. I am brutally honest to say here that whoever tries to consider charts of various political leaders’ and giving judgments are shooting in dark (me included). Prediction may come correct sometimes or incorrect. But then it’s all random and unreliable unless and until one can go deeper in State charts and find the light without needed personal charts.

Disclaimer: It is a different matter if one is 100% sure of Birth chart of a Politician(s). If such rare advantage is available, one can be more confident.

Suffice to say that a strong basis has been put forward in this article which could prove quite capable of giving idea beforehand about the results without requiring ever-untrustworthy data of important politicians. I am hopeful that this concept has a potential to improve consistency in predicting super complicated State results successfully. I categorically reject number of seat predictions done by Astrologers using Jyotish Shastra and also advice not to get carried away by one or two or even
three successful predictions done for State elections wherein Personal charts of many important Politicians are used randomly without detailed study of those charts. I have done that and I know it is highly unreliable. Being a highly passionate Jyotish student all my life, I have to say this.

If the concept given her works in 7 out of 10 future cases after keenly assessing the Transit w.r.t. State charts, I believe this article would have given a crucial basis for Jyotish application in State Elections.

PART-2

(If present Government of BJP will be back in 2019?)

I have applied the concept of Transits discussed in the 1st part on modern Bharat’s chart and tried to test many important General elections happened since 1980.

The methodology was to check how Transits have affected various election results and if there can be found certain pattern of co-relations.

After deeply observing and co-relating Transits on the day of results viz-a-viz various General Elections, I could found certain important Transit configurations. I experimented following Elections:

1977 (23.Mar.77), 1980 (9.Jan.80), 1984 (30.Dec.84), 1989 (6.Oct.89), 1999 (6.Oct.99),
2004 (13.May.2004), 2009 (16.May.2009), 2014 (16.May.2014).

From the analysis of all the above elections, the following interesting conclusions were derived:

For the sake of not making this article extraordinarily long, I would not discuss Transits of various Election results days observing which the above principles are formed.

Interested Jyotishas can themselves check as the dates are provided.

Transit chart on 6.May.2019 (w.r.t Vrishabh Lagna)

12 Battle Game begins Who will be our next PM ? an Astrological Analysis

A] Let’s us test above derived principles of Transits on the likely transit of May 2019.

Major Transits in May 2019 (Most likely month of Election results)

1) Rahu (10th co-lord) exalted in Mithun and aspects 10th own Bhava
2) Shani (10th co-lord) in 8th retrograde and aspects 10th Bhava
3) Shani and Rahu are in Mutual aspects.
4) Shani is very closely associated with Ketu
5) LL Venus exalted until 10th May. After 10th May he’ll be in 12th Bhava
6) Guru Retrograde and in Vrishchik (at the Gandanta of Vrishchik & Dhanu)
7) Sun-Mer in 12th until 18th May. After that, in Lagna
8) Mars in Lagna until 6th May and after that in 2nd
This is the most likely condition of Transit Grahas w.r.t. Modern Bharat’s chart when Election results of 2019 will be declared.
The most important thing as per our Transit principles is to check Transit Guru’s position. Guru would have just entered Scorpio in Retrograde Motion. This means that He would neither be aspecting 10th Bhava nor Shani or Rahu. Guru is also not exalted in transit.

This indicates that the present Government of NaMo-BJP-NDA is unlikely to go out of Power.

Now the next assessment is of strength of Shani and Rahu.

Rahu is exalted and aspects own 10th bhava as well as 10th co-lord Shani. Thus Rahu is very powerful. Shani is in 8th Bhava which is a weakness. However, this weakness is overcome by the nature of being Retrograde as well as getting powerful aspect from the 10th co-lord Rahu. Shani is very closely associated with ketu and this could be tricky. However, when I checked the most brutal record Majority election of 1984, I found Shani and Ketu very close to each other.

During 1989 General elections, Shani was traversing through 8th Bhava and Rahu was from 10th Bhava. Rahu was controlled by Shani by his 3rd aspect. Shani in this case resulted in the controller and Veto like. Shani wasn’t having retrograde strength required in 8th to be strong and adding to that weakness, Shani, Rahu and 10th were getting the aspect of 8th lord Guru. Dasha running was of that Venus.

Compare it with 2019 – Rahu is exalted and aspects 10th. Shani though in 8th, he is having retrograde strength and with Ketu who is always retrograde. This is very difficult to grasp. I feel that, the retrogression of Shani and Ketu in 8th would reverse the malefic effects of 8th Bhava trasit. Missing aspect of 8th lord Guru on Shani, Rahu and 10th adds to my confidence.
This indicates that the NaMo Government is likely to comeback with strong majority surpassing the present mandate.
The above assessment is quite likely if the results are declared on or before 10th of May.
B] Let’s see now what BJP’s chart suggests.

BJP’S Chart

13 Battle Game begins Who will be our next PM ? an Astrological Analysis

If we superimpose the Transits of May 2019 on BJP’s chart, we find the following.

1) 5th lord Venus exalted in 10th Bhava (if results are declared on or before 10th May)
2) 10th Lord Guru in 6th aspecting 10th Bhava and exalted Venus in it.
3) 8/9th Lord Shani in 7th gaining Digbala
4) 9th Lord Rahu exalted in Lagna
BJP would be under Moon/Mars Dasha. Moon is in 6th and his lord Mars aspects Moon from 3rd bringing about Neech-Bhang Rajayoga. Moon is aspected fully by own bhava Venus from 12th.
From Moon Lagna, Mars is in 10th with 5th lord Guru, Mer and Rahu. 5th lord Guru and 10th Lord Sun are in Parivartana… These configuration in birth chart of BJP shows that it has a very powerful Moon chart. Kemdrum Yoga will not affect prospects of BJP adversely in 2019 Elections in Mars sub period.

If one checks back the History, BJP came to power 1st time in Moon sub period.
All in all, BJP’s chart supports the conclusion arrived and it does not look affected. On the contrary, it is fortified with transit and Moon MD.

Let’s check the May 2019 Transits with Congress (I) Chart.

Congress (I) Chart

14 Battle Game begins Who will be our next PM ? an Astrological Analysis

1) LL Shani is in 12th in Transit with Ketu (Badhaka Lord)

2) Transit Rahu exalted in 6th.

3) 10th lord Venus exalted in 3rd

4) 12th lord Guru in 11th Bhava

Shani and Guru Transits are bad for Congress. BJP’s transit is much more powerful in comparison.

Congress (I) is in Guru/Venus period. Guru being malefic for Makar Lagna chart, this MD period is not good. However, Venus sub period could prove better in patches.

This assessment of charts of two main Rival parties at National level, BJP is at much better advantage in 2019 Elections.
C] I would like to discuss NaMo’s chart briefly.

NaMo Chart

Naren Battle Game begins Who will be our next PM ? an Astrological Analysis

He will be under Moon/Mer period. Moon is his 10th lord placed in 2nd along with 2nd lord Mars, generates Simhasan Yoga. Mercury is the 9th lord (also 12th lord) exalted in 12th with political

Sun. If we count MD to AD lord and same Bhava from AD lord, Bhoga falls in the 10th Bhava of Power.
In D10 Chart, he has 4 Grahas in 10th bhava including political grahas – Sun and Moon. 10th lord Shani and 2nd lord Venus are in exchange (Parivartana) generating powerful Simhasan Yoga. 9th/12th lord Guru is in Lagna. Guru has parivartana with LL Mars which makes him a “giver”. The Karm Yogi who is born to give, to sacrifice, to work for society, people, Nation.
Rahu is exalted in 3rd provides him with extraordinary courage and indomitable spirit in area of his work. If we notice, he became CM for the 1st time in Guru/Rahu. (we are discussing D10 chart and D10 Maha Dasha). He became PM during Shani/Surya. Shani is 10th lord in Simhasan Yoga and Sun is 5th lord in 10th.

Now in 2019, he will be running Shani/Rahu (D10 Vimshottari). This is going to be a very powerful and extremely interesting period.

Let’s come back to the Transit w.r.t. his main Rashi chart (Tula Lagna).

5th Lord Rahu would be exalted in 9th Bhava where as PYK Shani would be in 3rd. Thus 2 most auspicious Grahas for Tula Lagna i.e. Shani and Rahu would be excellent in Transit during April/May 2019.

LL Venus would be exalted or in the 7th Bhava, Both ways, it would be strong.

Shani, Rahu, Ketu and Mars are going to directly influence 3rd Bhava of Parakram, Action in NaMo’s cahrt. He is going to display unprecedented velour and genius in election warfare in next March to May.
Let’s check his Tithi Pravesh Chart of 2018/19.

TP 2018 Chart of NaMo (15.Sept.2018, 6:23:47 am, Vadnagar)

LL Sun in Lagna with Mercury. PYK Mars exalted in 6th. Mars is also Shubh Pati in this chart. 10th lord Venus in own bhava in 3rd with 5th lord Guru. No aspect of highly malefic Shani and Rahu on the 10th Bhava.
Finally, as many as 6 Grahas have attained Maha Yogada status in this TP Chart! Sun, Mars, Mercury, Guru, Venus and Ketu have attained MYD power.

This is absolutely incredible!!

[Added on 13.2.2019]

Quite a few points had been left out as the article length became too lengthy. I thought of adding this interesting point w.r.t NaMo’s chart for readers.

Take NaMo’s Rashi chart (D1) and Vimashottari Maha Dasha.

16 Battle Game begins Who will be our next PM ? an Astrological Analysis

He was parachuted into CM’s position, on 7.10.2001, when Venus (MD)/Shani (AD) Period was running. Venus is LL as well as 8th lord. Shani is Parama Yogakaraka. Also, in D10 Chart of career/work in society, Venus and Shani are in Parivartan generating Simhasan yoga. Thus this period of Venus/Shani made him CM for the 1st time.

Now the point is the way he became CM. His *gain* was *sudden* and at the cost of Keshu Bhai Patel’s *loss*. He was suddenly asked by BJP’s top leaders to go and take the charge as CM of Gujarat. This sudden gain can be attributed to 8th Bhava lordship of Venus along with Lagna Bhava. 8th Bhava can also bring about sudden windfall. LL/8th lord Venus is placed in 11th Bhava, the house of Gain along with PYK Shani. Thus it is not surprising to see NaMo’s sudden rise as CM in Venus/Shani period.

However, the Mercury AD period within Venus MD was interesting and equally important too! As soon as Mercury AD started, NaMo resigned as CM and dissolved the assembly calling early elections. He became CM again by winning the 1st ever MLA election and getting BJP to thumping victory. Venus/Mercury period was from 16.6.2002 to 15.4.2005.
Switching to present period, NaMo is again in Mercury AD since 15.4.2018 and it will remain until 18.9.2019. This means 2019 Elections will be fought in Moon MD (10th Lord) and Mercury AD period.

Let’s check the strength of Mercury in his chart:

1) Mercury is 9th /12th lord and exalted in 11th Bhava (in Bhava chalet He is shifting to 11th Bhava).
2) Mercury is 9th lord and extremely close to PYK Shani. Thus, creating a powerful Rajayoga.
3) In D10, Mercury is in 10th Bhava and carries power of exalted Rahu in the 10th Bhava.
4) Mercury is on the same degree of Sun. Sun is a Political Graha – The King!
4) Mercury is on “0” Degree of Kanya Rashi. It means He has just entered Kanya Rashi which is his rashi of exaltation. Exaltation Rashi is akin to the one’s most favorite place/house. Like a picnic spot etc… As one’s mood is supremely exalted when one enters most favorite place, here Mercury is in most exalted mood as he has just entered his sign of exaltation.
The above four points explains why Mercury is extremely powerful in NaMo’s chart and quite capable of giving him success. So this explains why in Mercury AD period in 2002 he became CM on his own strength.
Extrapolating the same influence, current Mercury AD within MD of 10th lord Moon is quite likely bestow thumping success to him in 2019 elections.

Let’s focus on D10 Vimashottari Dasha.

He became CM for the 1st and 2nd time in Guru(MD)/Rahu(AD). Guru is 9th lord placed in Lagna Bhava in D10 Chart. Rahu is exalted in 3rd Bhava as 11th Lord. 11th Bhava is of gain, fulfilment of desires.
Now again, he is running Rahu AD within Shani MD since 13.3.2017 until 19.1.2020.
Extrapolating the same influence, current Rahu AD within MD of 10th lord Shani again indicates extraordinary success to him in 2019 elections.

[Addition completed]

D] I have glanced through Amit Shah’s chart as well.

Amit Shah’s chart (Not completely sure of his Lagna)

17 Battle Game begins Who will be our next PM ? an Astrological Analysis

Amit Shah is under exalted Rahu MD placed in the 10th Bhava. In Transit, Rahu is becoming exalted from 23rd March 2019. Thus in Transit, his MD lord Rahu would pass through 10th in exaltation. This Transit Rahu would be in 3rd Bhava from his birth Moon. Thus 3rd Bhava from Birth Moon would be influenced by exalted Rahu, Ketu, Shani and Mars. March to May 2019 are going to be the Parakram and Parsihram ki parakashtha for Amit Shah as well as NaMo.

It is required to note that I have not used any other political personality charts including Rahul Gandhi. The reason is obvious because I have no way to authenticate them. NaMo’s chart I have used because I have worked on it extensively and I am very confident on it. Same goes for Amit Shah. Rahul Gandhi’s chart has interested me but at this point in time I have not become confident on it. It is full of Ketu and Mars influence. His available chart is majorly influenced by Nakshatrs of Mars and Ketu (Marakas if Tula Lagna chart and date are correct).

Lagna, Sun and Moon, all 3 important Tripods as well as Guru and Ketu of his chart are in nakshatrs of Mars or Ketu. This shows his personality disorder. However, I am yet to come to conclusion. As per his given chart, from March 2019, He will start Maha Dasha of powerfully placed Rahu in Kumbha, the 5th Bhava.

So we have to further study. For now, I am not reasonably sure, although his given chart has made sense on many parameters. We’ll wait for what happens in next 1 year at least to see his profile.

Conclusion:

Combining all these separately discussed aspect (A,B,C & D), the picture which is getting formed can be seen like this – Whatever is the assessment of Data Pundits in Media and Political parties, whatever may be the ground realities and fear of Nationalists, BJP under leadership NaMo and Shah is going to surpass expectations of everyone including BJP’s top think tank. It is likely that BJP alone may cross the 300 Marks in 2019. I am not able to give any figures but it is going to be a windfall of seats better than tally of May 2014. March 23rd to APRIL 30th is the decisive period which will miraculously shift tide overwhelmingly in favor of BJP which will help them to cross the previous bench mark. It is important to note Astrological events happening in this period:

March 23rd -Rahu comes to Mithun

March 29th – Guru enters Dhanu at an extremely slow pace.
April 10th – Guru assumes Steady motion and starts retrograde motion
All the while, Shani and Ketu are coming extremely close to each other
April 22nd – Guru enters back to Vrishchik with Retrograde motion. Shani and Ketu joins on the same degree and gets into

Graha-Yodhha

30th April – Shani turns steady and retrograde

Note these significant Jyotish events happening in the span of 37 days!!

The closeness of Shani, Ketu, Rahu and influence of Mars on them suggests that tis elections would be the most bitterly fought elections in the entire History of our Country since independence. The Transit Grahas in coming December 2019 (almost the whole 2019 to 21) suggests that our country is on the verge of crossing the most crucial threshold. The Mega transformation phase started from 2014 would be at its most important period. 2019 is the fulcrum year on which the fate of our country is hanging. This Election would go on realizing the 500 years long dream of Ram Mandir at Ayodhya which would be a reality starting from 2020end/2021 start.

I also see catastrophic events in the 2nd part of 2019. NaMo and other important Leaders’ lives would remain at high risk. BJP Government would go after enemies’ full throttle. Judiciary would be finally reformed for good after a bitter war with Government in the period of 2019/20. After this transformation, Bharat Varsh would be well on track of becoming top 3 Global powers in every way!

NaMo is coming back to power again with stronger mandate and the 2nd term of NaMo would be the most important one in the political history of independent Modern Bharat which will be written in Golden letters by future indigenous Right-Historians.

How to worship Goddess Laxmi in Deepawali 2018

Diwali How to worship Goddess Laxmi in Deepawali 2018

Compiled, Arranged and Written by

Rakesh Jamwal and Rahul Hr

The word Diwali has originated from Deepavali, and root name is taken from the Deepawali word whereas deep means (lamp) + avali means (row), putting Lamps in a row or in a sequence. Deepavali is thus a row of lamps. During Diwali, lamps are lit everywhere where darkness is there.

HistoryWhen Lord Ram returned to Ayodhya after completing fourteen years in exile, His subjects celebrated by lighting lamps. Since then, the festival of Diwali has been celebrated.

The spiritual meaning of Diwali‘By killing the demon Narkasur, Shrikrushna freed people from an attitude of indulgence in worldly pleasures, jealousy, unrighteousness and negative attitudes and made them happy by giving thoughts of God (or Divine thoughts), which is what Diwali is about. We have been celebrating Diwali year after year merely as a custom. Today the festival has lost its true meaning. If after comprehending this hidden meaning our knowledge is kindled, then the ignorance in the form of darkness will reduce. Also, the domination by people with demoniacal tendencies of enjoying worldly pleasures and indulging in unrighteous attitudes, over the righteous, will reduce. Why we Celebrate Lakshmi in Deepawali

Goddess Lakshmi is the Hindu Goddess of wealth. She is worshipped by all households devotes and is associated with the festival of Deepawali when people offer special prayers to her to invite her into their homes. Lakshmi Puja is performed for prosperity, material abundance, and spiritual prosperity. She is worshipped to remove troubles that prevent us from starting a spiritual path or business.

Lakshmi Pujan (Sanskrit: लक्ष्मी पूजा), celebrated on Amavasya (new moon day) of  the Krishna Paksha (Dark fortnight) in the Vikram Samvat, month of Ashwin, on the third day of Tihar and is considered as the main festive day of Deepawali.

The most auspicious time for the puja is decided when “Amavasya tithi” prevails during “Pradosh Kaal” or the evening time. On this day, the sun enters its second course and passes the constellation Libra, which is represented by the balance or scale. Hence, the sign of Libra is believed to suggest the balancing and closing of account books.

Deepawali- Awaken Your Ram Within

ramayana 7591 Deepawali- Awaken Your Ram Within
||Om Sri Guru CharanKamalebheyo Namah||
I bow down at the lotus feet of my master

Pranam to all the sincere seekers of truth,

Grateful for your wholehearted interest in the deeper aspects of spirituality and happy that the sharings are bringing awareness among the right set of people. As you must have gone through my last V-log on “Lakshmi- The Celestial Goddess” and if you have not then do read it before you read this one as both are linked in some way. Here is the link for the last V-log:

Today’s V-log is about bringing awareness about the festival of Deepawali. So, now as you know about Lakshmi, which has no relation with money but with one’s evolution on the life journey, now we need to understand who is “Ram”, “राम”. Is it the same राम or it means something else? Is it that whole Bharat is celebrating the coming back of Lord Ram to Ayodhya after fourteen years of exile? Let’s decode this today along with few more facts.
heart on fire 1080P wallpaper Deepawali- Awaken Your Ram Within
First of all, what does the word “राम” means; “र” represents the creative energy and light, “T” represents more/abundance of that energy and giving it a pathway, “म” signifies the waking state. So, this gives us a clear meaning of “राम”, which conveys the creative energy of light which is abundant and gives pathway to reach the waking state. One thing that we must realize now is that the pure & deep ancient knowledge is lost because of which we are merely surviving on the information which is passed from one generation to another. So is the case of our festivals and rituals. Living in a pure & spiritually rich country like Bharat, we can easily access to that wisdom, just if we connect to our roots and do not follow anything blindly.
Same way, Deepawali signifies the moment when the light is powerful and it removes all darkness from within. It reflects the beginning of the days of light as Deepawali is celebrated on the dark night of Amavasya which denotes, even if there is darkness all around but still you can enlighten amidst the darkness by lightning. Burn the soft cotton wick “chitta” by pouring the oil of “samkalpa shakti” in the earthen pot like “body” and let Thy Name by the flame to illumin you from within. “Ram” inside you has to be brought back home from the exile and it must shine within. Wake up to all what is causing darkness inside and let your light shine amidst all darkness as the Amavasya night.
How long will you continue to celebrate the festival of Deepawali without the return of your Ram home? How long will you continue to clean your cemented houses and let your house body be in utter dirt and darkness created by anger, hatred, sorrow, lust and grief? Will just burning lamps on your walls bring light inside? Think on these lines!!
The same life begins as the next day comes. Same routine, same life, same people, same emotions, same everything which shows that there is still darkness and you continue to live in the middle of Amavasya. Moon might shine on the sky but you there is yet no light in your conscious. Another Deepawali, an opportunity came and went but house remained unclean, the life remained in darkness and no change. Do you think sages were not wise enough to decide and fix festivals for us? Every festival is kept with great significance but the whole essence is lost and the surfaced rituals are left which lead you nowhere.
How can you celebrate Deepawali?
– Free yourself from all the dark emotions which kill your vigour and pull you down.
– Promise yourself that you will bring your Ram back home inside with your strong will power and practice.
– Forgive people whom you could not because forgiving them is not good for them but it will only set you free.
– Bow to nature and Lord Almighty to shed light into your life through knowledge.
– Keep your body in good health by feeding good food (ahaar) in all respects, be it natural food, knowledge or truthful company.
– Spread your sweet words to one and all. Make it a permanent thing that you will gift your words to people.
– Take it as a new birth like a new moon shines the very next day to Deepawali.
Remember, until your energy does not rise above the basic functionality of life, until the first lotus at the Muladhar does not flower, till then Lakshmi can not reside.

One more hint: Govardhan (Go means senses, Vardhan means to be enhanced) Puja is performed after Deepawali, which signify that awaken your Ram (light) on Deepawali and then your senses will function in an enhanced manner, which reflects the abilities like clairvoyance & clairaudience. But, this depends upon the shining of inner light, your Ram.I hope this will help you look at Deepawali in an absolute way and it shall be prosperous for you.

Happy & Prosperous Deepawali,
V

“According to one indigenous theory established in the Upanishads, the universe consists of five basic elements 1. Earth or land, 2.water, 3. light or lustre, 4. air and 5. ether. Nature has maintained a status of balance between and among these constituents or elements and living creatures. A disturbance in the percentage of any constituent of the environment beyond certain limitsdisturbs the natural balance and any change in the natural balance causes lots of problems to the living creatures in the universe.Different constituents of the environment exist with set relationships with one another. The relation of the human being with an environment is very natural as he cannot live without it. From the very beginning of creation, he wants to know about it for self-protection and benefit.”
